Place is a joke! Ordered food with a request of if it’s gonna take to long don’t worry I’ll order somewhere else 3 hours later no delivery f**king fuming and to late to order from somewhere else. Useless. Avoid!!!!

terrible customer service, they don't answer the phone! I refuse to get an app just to order some food, they also once charged me twice and had to speak with the owner to get the money back, the food however is very good, but if they no longer answer the phone I'm no longer ordering from them so it's their loss.

Have food every week good food and fresh staff very nice and the set meal for 2 is a bargain told all my friends to try and always get lots and free poppadoms and chutney and mint sauce and salad give it go I did

So, ordered food tonight at 8.11, it came at 10.43!!!!!!!!!, rather than the driver apologise and say sorry we are so late, we had a driver down, he was rude and said ur 4.5 miles away it’s not worth my while driving to you!!! Even though I’ve had lovely delivery drivers before with no problem!l and ordered numerous times !!!! U took my money, you delivered my take away over 2.5 hrs later and then was rude !! Omg!!! Really!!!! Shocking, disappointed and I’ve lost a valuable customer!!!!

Poor customer service, poor delivery service got told order be there soon 2 hours later ring up and it hasn’t even been made yet would not recommend will not be using them again.

The food is lovely hence why I go back..but yet again poor delivery with no phone call to update or say sorry. Ordered 7.24pm it's now 9.39pm and still not here. Going bed on a full stomach again. C'mon guys take the 60min clock down off ur website.

Went for the famous Hazel Bad boy Kebab which comes in a pizza box its that big definitely worth having can't fault it . The staff were very friendly would highly recommend 👌

Been using this place for over 12 month. Unable to order a curry because I’ve moved house and my card is not yet registered to this address so they refuse to take payment. Iv been a loyal customer for so long and now will never used this place again awful excuse for not delivering. Thanks but no thanks.

I ordered from deliveroo tonight. I was pleased to find that the expected delivery time was only 30 minutes. Then 45 minutes later I was still okay that my order status had only just changed to on route. However 1 hour and 30 minutes after I placed my order the restaurant changed my order status to delivered. Nobody had been. Nobody had called. I spent another 30 minutes speaking with live chat support as the restaurant wasnt answering calls. Finally the chat said they would give me a refund as it seemed my order had disappeared off the face of the earth and nobody was able to contact. I began cooking my own dinner, then low and behold the doorbell. Poor delivery guy got the brunt of my hanger as I unloaded my frustrations on him. I know it wasnt the poor guys fault, but how else do I get contact through to the restaurant when they dont answer?! They had added a few extra bits which were useless to me. So I couldnt eat them. All I wanted was an accurate update and not to lie about the order having been delivered. This caused me so much hassle and stress. Now I feel guilty about the delivery boy, when I was just trying to give feedback. And to add to this, I dont eat dairy, and the rice definitely had butter in it, which wasnt stated on the menu. So now I'm going to be poorly too. What a wonderful evening! A customer lost!

Ordered via deliveroo. When late phones and restaurant said order would be 15 minutes never arrived. When phoned back didn’t answer phone and didn’t answer to deliveroo. Poor

We have been using Hazel Spice for about six months now and haven't had a bad dish! Everything is superb from the starters - we love the prawn batura through to the chef specials. If you like spicy try the gorkali or the napali - really excellent.The special mixed biriani is the best I've had. We have recommended to others and they like us have said it's the best curry they've had. Even chips really tasty. Buy from the website and there are special offers as they don't have to pay just - eat and arm and a leg!

Ordered on line for first time, and easy to set account up, menu varied so options for everyone, ordered 2 of the bad boy boxes, and very impressed, only change i would make if possible next time,is to ask for bit more salad and a bit less fries, but still a bargain for the price

Just had an order delivered tonight was somewhat disappointed I ordered it at 17.50 to be delivered at 7 it must have been cooked straight away and been stood had onions and salad missing from the order the starters where cold the onion bhaji had gone chewy nan bread cold curry was good but luke warm second time I have ordered first time was lovely so now your sacked sorry

We ordered for all family of 4 persons a food for dinner on last Friday: it was not delivered and after some time we have asked by phone what happenned. It was still there ,they forgot obviously as it was not delivered in next "5 minutes" ( 3,5 miles distance but after more than 30-40 minutes. The girl that delivered want just to dissappear saying she does not know what happened, however : we ordered something and received something else :as we were hungry and had no more time to discuss we just ate it. However, what arrived was ok, e.g .my food arrived and I was eating a good : chana chaatapurri as starter and biryani beef as main with one nuun bread ordered in addition. For drink : one Indian Pale Ale from Shepherd , Neame und Co ( Waitrose).

Absolutely delicious food with polite and helpful staff. The delivery drivers are incredibly friendly, even offering to go fetch rice when I didn't order any. Their Hazel special is delicious and their sauces are amazing. You always get poppadoms with a variety of dips, and the quality and price of the food is great. Best Indian in Manchester, let alone Stockport.

Ordered meals for my wife and I, took 57 minutes to arrive. The poppadoms were soft. The vegetable samosas were the worst we’ve ever had. My Rogon Josh was tasteless and was very thin, I reckon it had been ‘watered down’ with tinned tomatoes. My wife’s Bhuna was the same and had what appeared to be tinned plumb tomatoes in it. I reckon you’d get a tastier dish if you mixed HP sauce with a tin of tomatoes and poured it over some roast chicken. Hazel Spice was good when it first opened but after this latest episode there will be no going back for me.

This has taken over heavily tandoori. Fresh, tasty, portion sizes, delivery time, there’s a new king in town. If you are like this every time we will return every time. Everything about this place sticks all the right boxes.

We order from here quite a lot, it’s one of the best Indian takeaway on the top of their game. Food is always excellent and fantastic service each time. Always on point, my family loves it. I personally like the lamb chops curry on the bone. It’s also good value for the high quality

We wanted to try out what the Hazel Spice hype was about in Stockport. We had a free delivery, great value for money and lovely delivery woman. We had a South Indian garlic and pathia both dishes was flavoursome and best Indian i had in a long time. Definitely kept up the name and shall order again and highly recommend

I booked my take away order on line on Wednesday evening , which incidentally is a very simple process on their user friendly website. Food was ready 15 minutes later and absolutely superb. Great service here and led by the very friendly Cam. Well recommended - see you soon!

We had delivery from this place for a friends party at my house, food arrived on time with a first class service and it was delicious. For 22people the bill was reasonably priced. My favourite would be Exotic Chops nicely spiced with mince lamb, amazingly good. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, saying how lovely it was. We all will be ordering from Hazel Spice. Thank you

We ordered here the other day, food was nice and fresh. Outstanding service and fast delivery, when arrived it was piping hot and cooked to perfection. We are vegans and they made everything suitable for vegan. We have found our new Indian takeaway. Will be back soon.

I went to this takeaway for collection order for the family, it was my first time and wow they are very welcoming and polite, nicely decorated and buzzing atmosphere. We had sindi raan a lamb shank slow cooked on the bone it was fantastic, partner had chicken afghani loved it best curry for great value. This is our new regular x

As i was on a business trip to Stockport staying at a hotel, I ordered a free delivery from here. I had a garlic chicken starter, Rosted beef for my main and a rice and chips. Food was very good the best I’ve had and driver was dressed smart and polite. This place definitely beats any Indian I had in uk. Keep up the good work guys x
