Never again been loyal for years ! Wrong order delivered sent back rang to complain assumed it was being sorted but after 2nd call 1 hour later nothing had been sorted!

So disappointed today as they have change the packaging and the portions are now half the size, after complaining and then being in-denial that they said the portions are the same, they offered no resolution or anything for the inconvenience, really bad customer service, when u pay £9 for a spay bol u expect it to be bigger than a starter they was like kids portions. Added

Portions were ridiculously small and there was very little meat in any of the dishes! Based on price per portion this is extortionate. We have ordered for a special occasion and were so disappointed!

Meal very nice, meat tasty and cooked well. Disappointed that the cheese chips which I ordered arrived as just plain chips! Portions, particularly chips, seem to be getting smaller whilst prices have raised..... something I suppose we are having to get used too. Meal was very nice!

Delivery never arrived. Spoke to the driver who was adamant that it had been waiting 20 minutes. No delivery…on phone to restaurant and driver since claimed to have delivered. Then they hung up. Shambles. Avoid at all costs

Half my order was missing. When I called to understand when they could deliver the other half, I was told it would be on the way within 15 mins. It’s now 2 hours later and still no order. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and the food is good but the customer service has been dreadful. Disappointing.

Unfortunately the additional order of fries was missing, only the one included as part of the meal choice, was received. Took the decision to do without! Meal was very nice.

everything is cold. i thought I could give them the benefit of the doubt as this happens all the time, why can't the delivery driver ring as soon as he can't find the address Instead of waiting 10+ mins.

This is normally our go to place when we don’t know what to have , we agree on this and there is something we can all agree on and is normally fantastic. Tonight the food was cold. Huge let down tonight. Very disappointing. Lasagne out of the oven should be very hot, not the case and tomato garlic bread was stone cold. Thumbs down for tonight for this place I’m afraid!!!

Food was so dry, wrap was crispy only got one. Use to be able to get all the sauces required for a fajita now only get one and they stopped doing the mixed grill which is disappointing.

Avoid like the plague. Portion sizes have literally halved. Spent 24 quid on barely enough pasta for a child and a 9 inch pizza. We've been loyal customers for years. Will not be ordering from here again

We have ordered from here many times and this place always delivers. The food is amazing and the portion sizes are generous. Never had a bad meal in several years.

Hi. The order was wrong as we ordered 2 different pizzas but 2 pepperoni were sent. I rang the restaurant and they said I needed to report via the app.

Food was swimming in oil , fajitas where soggy and filled with green peppers! No mushrooms at all ! Chicken in pasta was rubbery and mushrooms in past were burned ! Very disappointed has totally gone down hill from how it used to be

This is only the second time I ordered from here, the first time the pasta came in a plastic container which was a good size and it felt like good value, and the food was great! However tonight the food arrived in a much smaller cardboard container half the size. It absolutely didn’t feel like a full portion or good value so I will not order from here again. Really unhappy! The pizza we ordered was lovely

Sadly a mass produced base that was undercooked with a tasteless bolognaise topping, really disappointed.

Sent wrong items. So not great. What was right of the order was nice though. Just a shame 1 dish was wrong and the price.

Food was really good the portion sizes were ample and I would definitely order from here again, the only issue was it was a bit cold when it arrived so I had to ping it in the microwave for a few seconds..

Ordered takeaway like we have several times before without issue, 1st issue went to the wrong address then turned up at our address with the food left on the roof from the previous wrong address (3mins round the corner) missing the garlic bread, came back 5mins later with a cold garlic bread that had been left on the porch of the wrong address. Customer service offered a replacement garlic bread, shambles.

Despite food arriving earlier than expected, it was lukewarm. The garlic bread with tomato was actually cold and chewy, not fresh, as if it had been either sat around for ages or even previously reheated!? Very disappointed! Both Lasagne’s had to be reheated and tasted very bland. Not much flavour. I had to smother it with pepper and Parmesan (at home) to sjuzz it up a bit. My child said the pizza was ok though!? But I never even saw it so can’t comment.

The person who the party was for didn't get her meal!?! Incredibly embarrassing and I'm very angry!!! A refund for that one item just isn't acceptable!!! Very very angry!!! Sort it or I will post to every review site!!!

Nice take away for a bit of a change. Feels like home cooked meals so not too naughty for a school night! A bit expensive but the portions were enough that we’ve saved one of the meals for another day this time. Meat lovely and soft in the mixed grill and the pastas always delicious.

The ribs were lovley fell of the bone nice and juicy, the carbonara was verry good to verry tastey, we also had 2 pizzas these were below average to be honest and could do with being better. Chips were good id definitely go back but not for there pizza unfortunately.

Very very rude young boy who delivered the order, banging on the door late at night like It was a police raid when I had 3 children in bed, when I asked him why he had to bang like that in his own words he said, I’ve banged on all the f**king doors like that tonight what the problem, so I told him there were children in bed but he just began to answer back and even offer me out for a fight, 🤣🤣 what a disgrace and let down for your business as I think this takeaway is normally faultless, I’m afraid I won’t be ordering from you again as i refuse to be spoken to like that from anyone especially a little pathetic boy like him. Sorry guys he’s let your busy down in a big way!!!!!

Ordered take out so can't comment on atmosphere. Food was absolutely incredible, i had the garlic chicken and fella had the fajitas. Delivery was spot on time and the portion sizes are huge. Will default be ordering again

2 pizzas, Juniors lasagna and chips all freezing cold on delivery and nearly 1hr late from specified delivery time. Shame as this was our second order as first order was nice. Will be requesting a full refund. If you can’t keep up with orders stop accepting them

Wow!!! All the food was super hot & tasty BUT that garlic bread with tomato is simply THE best garlic bread I have EVER tasted. I keep trying to think of an excuse to order again!!

This was the best takeaway ever! Tasty, a good quantity and excellent quality.

The beef stroganoff was tasty - using high quality steak. Boys loved the Al Pepe and the Penne Arabiata

so disappointed that their food has gone down hill for a while now..i used to really enjoy everything we ordered previously, unfortunately i keep giving them the benefit, hoping the last meal was a 'one off' but tonight I ordered stroganoff and it was nothing like it should have been. If I had ordered beef chunks with mushrooms in a thin and salty sauce then I guess it would have been as expected and palatable, but there was definitely no brandy or paprika to be tasted, and the consistency of the sauce offered no cream either. the tiramisu was ridiculously bland like it had been purchased from a cheap wholesaler. On a plus note, the barbeque platter my husband had was good, so it's a 50/50 review, however, this is the last time I'll be ordering from here again... very sad as it used to be 'a treat'.

AMAZING! First time ordering and it certainly won't be the last. I can't believe I have missed out on this lovely food after all these years! Easy to order, big portion sizes, reasonably priced, fresh, authentic and HOT. What more you could ask for! We were all impressed with our food and it got the thumbs up from the children.

Orderfrom here!! This place is amazing!!! We have never been disappointed and we've been ordering when we can for the last 3 years at least!! The food is aways delivered fresh and hot. They take note of food preferences, where most other places ignore. Portion sizes are huge, makes an extra meal the next day. All the menu is very well priced and all of the garlic breads are worth a go. Oh and the salad n coleslaw are banging too. You will love the food from here.

Waited almost 2 hours to get cold tasteless food.

He did forget one pizza but went back to get it it was nice all the other times everything arrived.

Really fresh food, we are renovating a house at present and are working all hours so sometimes (most of the time at the moment) we are having to rely on others cooking skills! It’s nice to have a takeaway that is fresh and not full of saturated fat. Can’t wait until we have the time to visit in person.

I've ordered takeaway from here twice and both times the food has been great! Really amazing pizza, pasta was tasty and very modest prices. Delivery was super quick too. Would highly recommend, especially for people who like only THE BEST pizza 🍕
