Food was great and the decor makes you feel like you're in America! The staff were friendly as well, three stars isn't a reflection on them. However, automatically adding a percentage tip to the bill for Cash for Kids on top of what I already paid left a bitter taste in the mouth. 1. Pay your staff properly so they don't rely on tips. 2. Tips are for the staff. Don't guilt trip them into giving it to charity. 3. Don't guilt trip me into giving it to charity either. If you care about it that much donate to them out of your profits. Very sneaky. I wonder, if it was Hickory's making the donation, would it be 10 percent?

Fabulous lunchtime deal. Plenty of choice & Fabulous food Service brilliant, friendly & attentive. Didn't ask about allergies and partner gas fish allergies

Used to be good, ordered from here frequently over the past few years. Service and quality isn’t worth it anymore. Gone downhill

First time I’ve been to this fish & chip shop & I have to say they were very nice especially the cod. I will definitely being going again. As it’s hard to find good fish & chip shop. 😋😋

Nice decor and friendly people. Dogs welcome. However: They had no idea what a "cortado" is so barista skills/expertise are lacking. Very small choice of sweet treats.The scone we had was very dry, clearly nowhere near fresh.

Wonderful little gem. The new owners and staff have provided a really tasty and inventive menu guaranteed to please new and old customers. Friendly and accommodating service in a quaint Lancashire village. Will definitely call again when in the area.

Lovely little tea room - visited with my mum who had the ‘daily special’ of vegan haggis, mozarella and tomato wrap and I had a glamorgan cheese & leek sausage butty. Both meals along with our warm drinks served in cozy tea cups were really good quality. The staff are also really nice and friendly. Dogs welcome too!
