The best restaurants in Samlesbury and Walton South Ribble North West

Visited the cafe for the first time today. Excellent. Friendly staff, quick service, good prices and tasty food. We will be returning.

Ordered 3 steaks all had a funny smell and aftertaste didn't eat them spoke to staff still paid thd bill as no offer to reduce the price dissapointed as not been since new owners and will not return sorry

This place is good, the sandwiches are massive and good quality and the pies are good too. Its great if you want a massive feed b7t if you want something for a child there isnt much choice. It is a little pricey but worth it. Good selection of food, some great cakes and friendly service, I would just of liked the option of a smaller meal for the little ones.

Food good. The toilets were totally disgusting can’t believe the smell. I complained but was told yes your right we know about it….. why is it actually open to the public. Totally unacceptable will not visit this place again.

Another great lunch time visit to my favourite restaurant in Canterbury. Cosy setting, good food and great service. Always a hit with the boys

The staff were incredibly rude. I placed an order for an event, and the service was shocking. My order wasn’t ready at the promised time, and there was no apology. Instead, I was told to go elsewhere if I wasn’t happy with their service. Let’s just say I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Added response: When I arrived (at the scheduled time), there was no record of my order, and no one could provide an update. I was already on my way to the event and running late due to your error. Your staff were rude and dismissive to my concerns. Your response to my feedback, along with the other negative comments, shows a clear disregard for your customers. I definitely would not recommend this service.

Been here 4 times already. Wonderful staff and amazing manager Haroon. Food is always so fresh, hot and tasty. . The only place to go to.

Always spot on. We've had this Chinese takeaway a few times and it's always fantastic. Piping hot and large portions. The food is brilliant.

What a pleasure it is to go ! The manager is always bubbly and always smiling always up for a right good laugh 🩷 the lady who does breakfast is always smiling and is a very polite young lady . Wouldn’t go to any other Greggs except this one

Nice hotel, pitty tv wasn't working, work was been doneon hotel while staying there, couldn't sleep with the smell of the paint, other than that staff were great, rooms were clean and warm, food was savage

Visited on a Wednesday afternoon for a mid week treat. Both had Karahi Chicken with roti breads. The portion size was great, as was the service. The food was delicious, and reminded us currys from back home in Bradford. Definitely recommend

This is NOT a review of the food and venue as I know it is always excellent. What this is, is a review of the table booking system. Twice now I have booked a table online and each time I have had to call them as I didn't receive a confirmation email. Having called them this last time they informed me that although the online booking system accepts a booking, it doesn't actually reach the restaurant and hasn't done for months since a change of management. Therefore I strongly suggest that this is taken down at the earliest opportunity OR that it is properly reinstated as you will have someone turn up for a booking that doesn't exist.

Went for lunch toast and soup £7.95 Look like Homemade sausage rolls £3.00 tasted good and large with not a lot of pastry. Coffees and pot of tea large and the clementine cake was excellent Good quality all round and service very freindly. Only reason not a 5star cause the place was grubby especially The kiddies toys, they needed a clean, also dust and cobwebs in corners, furniture covered in crumbs just felt needs attention to detail. Dirty windows do nothing for you when a lot of glass surrounding the cafe Look past this and it was relaxing and worth the cost will defo caaall again
