Awesome food, awesome Chinese! A must visit place!!!

All good reviews must be from owners or their friends as it was absolutely terrible and so many people complaining not enough food nothing topped up, people walking out and some people being thrown out by the vile person who is the manager, screaming at customers and upsetting people and their children, Olive of Sani was over run with customers who all either got thrown out from here or left after paying and were still really hungry, by the way Olive of Sani customer service and food was amazing, stay well away from this restaurant unless you have money to waste and love waiting ages and repeatedly asking for food to be filled, it's like a scene from Oliver Twist " please sir can I have some more" but the guy in Oliver Twist was more friendly then the manager here, honestly save your money and time.

The food was not at all fresh and had a very bad taste,guy who was behind the till (may be super visor) was very rude,we didn't feel welcome at all by him,it looked like he was serving us free of charge and he doesn't want any customers in the restaurant,he wasn't replying to any of our questions properly,also he was charging different price to everyone,the vibe was so bad as well,if you want to spend your family time in good atmosphere then please avoid this place

Food was incredible and has such a large variety to choose from, fresh and absolutely delicious. Definitely worth the money and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The owner is such a sound guy and spoke to me and my daughter, making our experience a 10 out of 10 for our family outing.

Good price, ok location and great range of foods. The starters didn't seem fresh though. Plus, the car park has caused us issues on more than one occasion. No bays, people blocking other people in. 🙄 Could have done with some ice with the water. But overall, OK

Drove from Bolton after a good food but ended up leaving for home back in less than an hour due to tasteless n non fresh items including main menu. Waste of time and money alike.

Went with family and I must say the place does need cleaning bigtime cobwebs over and around the ceilings, above the food, certain foods were ok but the service can be improved, the workers look like they are busy but can't be bothered, we went for the sweet.dish and they were not all there, we got.told 10mins but then we eventually.left. Overall it was not as good as these reviews tell you.

Abit disapointed with this. Food was ok but they only topped it up when asked, fish pakora was nice, lamb biryani was nice but harfly any lamb, needed a magnifying glass to look for the meat, butter chicken was good, pani puri was not good, the jelly was rubbery?! Mango delight was nice, gulab jaman was a let down, too soft and very sweet. Gajar halwa was ok i guess, the currys were decent, staff should keep an eye on when food runs low, also 1 toilet downstairs?? Flush wasnt workin properly either, wud not go here again, id rather go merzee and pay extra for better food and service

The variety of food seems almost repetitive, but they taste good. Maybe because its not my local and natural cuisine but I did enjoy the lamb ribs and egg fried rice

Huge selection of great tasting food, including some of the best desserts I’ve ever tasted! All the food is clearly labelled, showing allergens too. They also have an unlimited soft drinks option which is good. The price is very fair and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this place and will return. The English food on the cart in the corner didn’t look the best but I guess that’s just not as popular as the other dishes and what I did have from there was fine. I’ve been a few times and noticed they can struggle a bit to keep up when they’re busy but there’s never a really long wait for food to be topped up, just means you might not be able to get dessert (which they serve to you at the counter, as opposed to you help yourself) for five minutes whilst they’re rushing around elsewhere.

Food was good ,except pakora fish which wasn't fresh but latter a nice guy whose n ame was emad very nice chap who brought fresh fish pakora . Staff emad with a smiling face and Vijay both very professional provided us a good service

Very crowded in one side, requested for table for another side but they didn’t accepted it saying that the tables were booked which is fair enough but on top of it when I asked about small tables he rudely said I can’t give for 2 people Coming to food it looks absolutely beautiful but tastes absolutely disgusting this is the 3rd time I have been in this place hoping that I might visited on day so next time maybe better food as this place has good reputation but I’m wrong Gulab jamun flour smells like it was year old And lastly about the reserved tables were not occupied with anyone during my stay

First time Experiencing a buffet in Preston, Lancashire from RAEES. For an adult it cost £16.95 and £2.95 for unlimited soft drinks. Personally I liked the starters especially their Chicken Tikka. The main course I didn’t liked that much, Salads were okay, and ice cream, gulab jamun, halwa was so sweet and awesome. The Staffs were nice. Keep in Mind, Take only What you Eat. Don’t waste food.

I went for the first time with my family and it was a very good time we spent there. The food was very warm but I prefer a bit spicy,the cutlery was cleaned. Good price. Parking available you can organise parties and events.

This place has gone down hill!!! Hardly any food ask staff 4 times to refil.. had to wait 10 mins for glasses . Very short staffed, ran out of chocolate icecream .Wouldn’t visit this place again

So far the best food place in Preston. £16.95 for adults, which is very compared to what you get. Around 50 dishes in the menu. Children only £4.95, which is nothing, compared to the food choices. If you have fussy kids, don't know what they want, this place got everything, Fast foods, amazing choice of desserts. Overall food & service is the best you can get. Staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Can't recommend enough. In one sentence, "If you live or you're around Preston, this is best everyday place to go" 👍🏽😊❤️

Honestly the worst buffet I’ve been to. We came in at 6pm(we had a booking of 14). There was barely any food left and was told a 10 minute wait. We waited 10 minutes and still no luck. We ended up starting to fill out plates up at 6:20. The food was mediocre with not many selections. The waiters was very rude and kept talking to us in a rude tone especially when we asked when the food would be ready. There was a selection of only 3 desserts and 4 flavours of ice cream. My dad is diabetic and needed some sort of sugar however no desserts were ready. Awful experience. AVOID

Waited there, guy at the counter just ignored us whilst we wanted a table, started refilling cups and tissues for other people who just weren't in the queue, then just denied us a table for 7, was told didn't need to reserve it but then he didn't have the staff for 7 people. Honestly was just silly and ridiculous 🙄

Welcoming atmosphere and well presented. Quite a good range of food, drinks and desserts and pocket friendly too. It has a large car park and it's a must try if you want to treat yourself to some Chinese-Indian cuisines

My experience at Raees Restaurant was far from satisfactory. With subpar service and dishes marred by excessive food additives, it falls short of delivering an enjoyable dining experience. Would never recommend to anyone.

Worst food and more worse service,what an rude and arrogant replies from the host, literally took 15mins to get water,had gone with my friends spent £80 which had gone into waste and all our stomachs were upset for 2 days since the night we had food from ,food had gone into bin more than the food that had gone into our stomach.

Hi guy's, RAEES is one of the best buffet in Lancashire.. we usually go there twice a month as its that favourite place to eat 😍 We have our family parties there too. Staff member called Vineet is really helpful and everyone else is friendly too. Best thing is they have a prayer room upstairs too Alhamdulillah. Thanks alot Raees for always looking after us 💖💖💖😊😊👍👍

Went for my wife's birthday. Service is shocking, the staff couldn’t be any less helpful. Food is very random nothing goes together. The only Chinese they had was egg fried rice and prawn crackers. First and last visit.

Fantastic quality tasty food. Good variety of curries that all tasted different with a variety of spice strengths. Lots of options including Chinese style food. Not as big or as many options as much larger buffet venues but the food was delicious, fresh and regularly topped up. Enough ice creams and Asian style desserts to satisfy the sweet tooth too. Don't expect 5 star service as the place is probably operating on very small profit margins but it was clean with plenty of food and fresh clean cutlery / plates. 3 pounds for unlimited drinks refills is more than fair to be honest, plus free parking.

We couldn't decide where to go so did a Google search and landed on Raees. We could not believe how incredible the food was. There was so much choice and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend going and we will definitely be back!

DE-LI-CIOUS! 90% of the dishes are spicy but if you're a fan of chilli, go for it. Still vibrant and different taste to each dish. Massive choice of mains and sides as well as great salad bar.

We went as a family of 5 yesterday and everything was fresh tasting delicious. We even received complimentary lamb chops. Overall, an evening with taste buds popping of enjoyment with every bite, wanting more and more as the evening progressed. We will definitely be back for more!!!!!

Amazing food, authentic Asian taste— a rare find in the UK! Their biriyani, paya, garlic chicken, soup, gajar ki halwa and hot gulab jamun are mind blowing! My little one loves them so much that we have been there 7 times in last 6 months. Their offer for kids and card system is praiseworthy, environment is child-friendly. They have a prayer room and multiple WC as well.

Every thing was so good but a team member with black attire was very rude to Asian faces and even in answering guests questions. This was not expected from an Asian restaurant anyway we are happy with all other team members services and taste of food hopefully I will find some other restaurant with good tasty food and nice service.

For the extremely reasonable price of £19.90 this is a fantastic option to go out for an Indo-Chinese buffet meal, a wide variety of fantastic tasty food options full of flavour with unlimited drink refills, absolutely worth every penny! 10/10 I couldn’t recommend this buffet restaurant more

Very nice place, good prices, good food, friendly staff, cutlery very clean, only the glasses were quite dirty please clean glasses better as there was dirt on all 3 of the glasses we had. The selection of food is great, almost every dish was very excellent. I did love the nihari lamb and daal recommended by the chef, overall very good place just need to clean glasses, otherwise everything else is perfect will deffinately be back with rest of family.

Food was really delicious. Good atmosphere, my 3 girls also really enjoyed as there was an area with kids food. Will definitely go back again.

Gone right down hill this place used to be my favourite place to eat used to come over every week today was deffo me last visit wont return again they have a new chef and everything was greasy tasteless and not good found what seemed to be plastic in my food told the guy he brushed off and told me it was tomato skin there is no self service dessert nomore u get a little bit in a takeaway bowl its a joke now

We went there for dinner buffet and was delighted to experience all the dishes as most of them are delicious . Staffs are friendly. Aarun attented us very well. We had a great evening. My kid also loved their food and ice cream.

I wish i could give 0 stars ..visited with family today i feel so bad as i was the one who told my family to lets try this place ..food was old not fresh at all ..tasteless soggy AND MOST OF ALL ONE OF THE CURRY I HAD “PAYA”the meat still have hairs on it ..i was DISGUSTED called the person behind the till he came looked at the piece just grabbed it from my plate with tissue and just throw it…NO apologies nothing ..i couldnt eat anything after that ..cake in desserts were dry and old crumbled and children options were 4 or 5 and everything was tasteless and soggy..since came home me and my husband already been sick and kids have stomach !!! REGRET GOING THERE !! Please do no waste your money or time

Honestly. This place is amazing. The foods fantastic staff are brilliant and accessibility was perfect everything's clean and tidy. Baby changing table in the toilet, both upstairs and downstairs toilet. Will definitely be returning
