The pizza from here is amazing and good value for what you get. Forget dominos come here next time you want a takeaway. The only downside is that it's cash only.

Asked for 10 hot wings got 5 hot wings and 2 pieces of normal chicken, feel robbed! Large kebab looks more like a small, won’t return!

The food was very nice and delicious my family loved the food. The service was excellent. The staff are very nice and friendly.the atmosphere of the place is very nice and peaceful. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family members.

ordered today 26/10/23 was absolutely fantastic ordered 2 pizzas and chicken nuggets all staff were very welcoming especially taking my order and giving me my food which i had ordered will be coming back soon !

I have been ordering from rios for quite a few years. The portion size is not what is used to be. Kebabs are small very small. Charge over £2 for extra salad ( a bit of lettuce) Ordered simple chicken nuggets and chips for my son - nuggets overcooked and rock hard, chips are like eating cardboard (my sons words) staff not very welcoming and rude on the phone. No card machine. Cash only!! Get with the times!! Will not be ordering again!!

Looking forward to trying this place... so stopped off after a very long drive home. Made my order, took my card out to pay only to be told it's cash only. Didn't have any on me so that was that! Disappointing.

I went here 3 times in one week! The food was great, affordable and the service was very friendly. They have a wide menu and are open late. I had a nice chat with Aram, who remembered me from my previous visit. Can't wait to go back and try more on their menu!

Been a few times previously and been really happy but was disappointed this time - waited over half an hour for a pizza to be cooked then for them to 'find it' on top of the oven, I know they were busy but still....

Great customer service and food is excellent

Came in Friday night seemed quite busy which is always a good sign, three lovely young lads at the front had a nice chat about the football while waiting for my food, order a few kebabs and garlic breads the food was amazing chicken was tender, juicy and flavoured beautifully and garlic bread was cooked to perfection with the right amount of garlic and cheese definitely visiting again.

Closed early and then laughed !! As I wanted to order at their normal times !

9" pizzas here are just how I like them. Chicken is good, never greasy. It's my go to takeaway.

My time at Rios was disgusting! First of all, I ordered it and it said it would be here in 30 minutes. It took 2 hours! I didn’t want to eat my food at once due to the presentation. There was grease dripping down my arm, the chicken was pink and the chips had a ridiculous amount of red salt on. I bit into my food and there was a toe nail in it. The next day I woke up feeling worse than ever. I had food poisoning. I will never eat here again and I recommend to anyone thinking of buying here to avoid your purchase. Rios I hope you see this and sort it out!

Wrong order delivered, delivery man not bothered, bland chicken, spicy wings not spicy, waste of money, won’t be ordering from here again.

Attempted to order but the guy who I genuinely think was about 12 years old was hard to understand (that might be why he wasn't wearing a mask) Just trying to order a chicken burger meal was so hard I walked out mid order

You just can't go wrong with Rio's Chicken Hut. I used to love KFC but it has over the years declined. When we tried Rio's we have never looked back. Even their Pizza give Pizza Hut a run for their money :-)

First time ordering and weren't disappointed at all, half and half pizza to share with grandson, hot wings not too spicy but very tasty and to round it all off we had the chocolate fudge cake, well done, we will be back.

Best pizza's and chicken for miles

Had a missed order issue, but the manager rectified it immediately. Its the first time visiting and will definitely be back to try more of their large selection.

Has really nice food but the staff were very rude

Visited many times over a few years. The chicken and chips are ok but the donner meat could do with improving. Very pail with litte taste. The grilled chicken is also very plain. There are different grades of donner meat, please improve it, you may sell more.

Ordered a mixed shish thing with salad.the salad was a pile of iceberg and a pile of onions.the meat was tasty but overcooked and chewy. Last time we come here for sure

Donna kebab, choose small medium large, loads of fresh salad,meat fresh with lots of tast , will definitely be back, their chicken pieces are also fresh and tasty

Fantastic, we have just been and had two Donna Kebabs and they where fantastic best I've had in year's .Had the chille sauce sepperate and it was fruity but not blowing your head off , just as I like it

Avoid .. chicken is tough and pizzas are horrible

Called here a few times on the way to Southport enjoyed every meal we've bought from here.

Rio's serves excellent food and has great service. And no you can't argue, it's a fact.

Great food, great price & great service. No bad experiences thus far.

We've been ordering from Rio's for years, always found them good value and a good variety of food, with the added bonus they deliver locally. Unfortunately this evening we placed an order and the cost was far more than we expected (granted we were working off last years pricing menu, however there was a £6 difference between what we expected and what the member of staff on the phone advised). Taking into account the new prices we do not feel it is value for money any longer.

You get more food than at a KFC and its just as good and you can get kids and pizza's

Order regularly from Rio's for collection. So far tried the pizzas, chicken strips and chips and never had a bad meal. Took a while to see staff and visitors wearing face masks during COVID-19 pandemic but good to see they are now all wearing these and keeping everybody safe.

ok pizza and chicken sometimes bad but the cartoon chicken is funny

We have regular meals from rio's. However today they got the order wrong and would not replace the meals, the person on the phone was arrogant and rude and told us it was our fault. The meal was also not the best quality and we will not be ordering from there again.

Great tasting Boneless chicken strips and really good meat feast pizza.

Wow mixed kabab each meat as tender as the next and so full of flavor. Best kabab I ever had can't wait to try other food.

There may be better places to eat at, but if you're nearby then it's definitely good to get food from here. Pretty cheap and good food quality.

I think it's nicer than kfc and it seems to be better value.

Hit and miss here with the food,but the last time we ate from here, the whole family was ill afterwards.

Wow! Wish I could get this more! Great food chicken was delicious and chips were too my only problem that was the garlic bread was a tad burnt but that doesn't really matter when the rest of the food is great! I've Never felt sick or anything like that with this! Would recommend!

Great food every time, sometimes portions a tad small. They should have a loyalty scheme. They should also play Duran Duran's Rio on repeat, would really liven the joint up.

We eat here a lot the food is always excellent but recently they have the popcorn chicken and it’s not as good as it used to be. But the rest of the food is excellent

Service people always give you snotty looks, roll their eyes, huff n puff n asked for a menu n it got slammed down infront of me. Hire some better staff

Value for money can't be grumbled at. However in recent years there's been a trend of depreciating food quality control. It's a little bit out of the way due to it's isolated location also. Hopefully their food returns to it's earlier best.

The waiting seats are comfortable. The food comes quick. The place is clean. However we asked for red salt and didn't get any.

They asked me if I wanted lettuce and mayo on the classic chicken burger, said yes - got a plain burger. Dreadful.

Sent a meal without the drink which I could cope with but also sent the wrong pizza. I ordered a vegetable special and received a vegetable hot one.I'm not one to write reviews or complain so I just ate the wrong pizza. If it had been amazing fine but it was mediocre and it made me wish I had gone to the supermarket and bought food in. The fries with the chicken meal where not very nice also. Disappointed when we only have a takeaway twice a year!

Awesome, nice great quality takeaway,fresh tasty and staff all have a friendly professional attitude. I arrived gone midnight to find them mopping the floors, lights being switched off, despite the fact they were almost closed they still made me a lovely pizza and a milkshake that has changed my whole appreciation for the shake, I didn't want it to ever run out, the best shake I have ever had...well done lads it's great to see quality and great customer service within the same business, Paul NWales
