I popped into Cafe Nero to while away some time over a coffee whilst reading. The welcome was very courteous and the service was excellent. So much so that the barista had the foresight to call after me in leaving to pass my book mark back to me which I had inadvertently left. This act of generosity was greatly appreciated and showed a care for customers which is not always apparent. A very grateful customer.

Ordered poached egg on toast ,egg was like rubber .. my coffee was only warm ...staff are lovely an very helpful but not much atmosphere to place now since changes..

I ordered a meat and potato pie with chips and gravy, well the chips was hot and ok but the pie tasted horrible it looked like dog meat inside and the pastry was soggy and wet , didn't eat it after the first taste, my partner had the bacon paninis and he said it was nice , and to make it worse the salt was damp and wouldn't come out , over all a clean cafe but definitely wouldn't go back

Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had, tasteless fish in hard overcooked batter and cold hard chips. Mushy peas weren’t even mushy!

Fantastic service from Lewis and his team of young ladies as always, today we had the Wild Mushrooms and the French Toast which were both exceptional, coffees were also gorgeous and our little dog was made very welcome.

Great little subway most of the time staff are very friendly and professional.

Terrible service ordered 3 times and they have forgot the same food over and over again, then refuse to bring it after I have spent my money on it, ordered and wrap which was more like a kabab wasn’t wrapped up at all, attitude towards people ordering is appalling aswell WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
