The best restaurants in Victoria Sefton North West

Food was fantastic, good value for money. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The chef is ths best in Crosby and the sunday roast is a must. You must visit.

Where to start here. We booked a table for 11 (in plenty of time), they gave us a table for 6 and then upped it to to 8 after a little while. We were asked if we wanted drinks once when we first sat down, they got the drinks order wrong. They did not bring over one of the kids drinks. We had to ask 3 times for the missing drink. They didn't ask again if anyone wanted a drink (we were there for 2 hours). We didn't have any starters and it took an hour for us to get our main courses (which were excellent). Included in the kids meals was some ice cream. We had to ask for it. We then had to ask for it numerous times again. It took a further 45 minutes to bring it over. An absolute joke. I wouldn't have minded but I ordered a drink that never came so I was thirsty. And then we were charged separately for the ice cream which should have been included as part of the kids meal deal. It was one of the most infuriating dining experiences that I've ever had. I've eaten here before and again the service was poor so I will never dine in here again. Takeaway only going forwards.

Myself &wife went Christmas Eve,the restaurant was80% full which is a good sign,we decided on scallops,mussels and salmon pate(starters),lobster tagaltell and catch of day(mains),cheeseboard with2xport,everything was first class,the chef has high standards and the service was superb,I can only advise people to try this excellent restaurant ,we will definitely going back in new year,great little place…10/10.

Amazing home made food! If you want a big breaky come here it’s huge and tasty! Staff are so pleasant and accommodating. Overall a lovely experience.

Lovely,efficient and friendly staff. Reasonable prices for plenty of filling on thick crusty brown bread toasted. Nice atmosphere too.

We ate there this evening..absolutely lovely and perfect. Been eating here as a family since it opened....it's just an absolute gem. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Cannot recommend this place enough. A little gem on College Road. Food is really fresh and tasty, we had burgers with loaded fries and a side of delicious fried pickles with tzatziki. The house slaw was also very good and comes with your burger. Staff are friendly and service is excellent. We will be back and telling our friends to not miss Kraftburger when they are in Crosby, it’s great!

Taking my order the maitre d’ stated that she would not accept my request for a medium steak. She said “what colour do you want it red or brown ? This is the way we do it as we’ve had so many complaints”. What a ridiculous state of affairs. I’ve been to restaurants all over the world for 50 years and have never come across such a moronic attitude. It’s not my responsibility if some of her previous customers don’t know how to order steak and complain stupidly, but I shouldn’t have to bear the consequences of that and be treated like a child. I won’t be returning.

Lovely friendly staff, great pizza and beautifully cooked al dente pasta. Spoilt to have such great eateries just around the corner!

We have just celebrated my Mums 70th Birthday Meal here and had a 3 course meal for 26 people, and I can't recommend this place enough. The food, the service, and attentiveness shown from the staff to all of us as a large party was amazing. Thank you all
