I am still owed money for non-delivery after 4 weeks and am being ignored. Ordered takeaway in early April via the website as I usually do. It never arrived and after a few hours I phoned up to receive the answering phone message that the business is closed for over a month. I sent in an email requesting a refund, and the reply suggested I should have seen the closure all over social media but they assured me I had been refunded. I have still not been refunded. I don't have social media, I don't order food over social media. If your closure is not shown on your website and your website is taking orders, this is entirely your fault and not mine. You still owe me money. I left it almost 4 weeks before giving a bad review to give you time to rectify the situation, but since you're ignoring my emails I don't have a choice.
