Kraft Burger Crosby in Sefton

Hands down one of the best places I’ve been to! Heard a lot about Kraft Burgers and finallly had a chance to try one at their new store in Salford. Place is aesthetically clean, customer service is bang on and the food is amazing. The Smash burger and Churros was my fave 👌🏽

Would give 6 stars if i could. Im yet to eat in as i only found this restaurant last week but I’ve already ordered 5 times through uber. I often find food isn’t as good or portions are smaller when ordering with uber but this place is perfection every time. Portions are so generous, food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. Couldn’t find a single fault if i tried. Highly recommend the iron man burger, bacon cheese burger and any fries (they make the BEST fries) My favourites are the pulled pork fully loaded fries. Really looking forward to getting the time to eat in the restaurant with my family very soon.

Love this place. Been here quite a few times. A fab range of burgers including one with peppercorn sauce or if you prefer a spicy kick, with jalapenos and hot sauce. The children's meals are a good size and reasonably priced. Funky decor and eclectic tunes. Worth a visit.

Second visit, three burgers down. Their basic burger the "krafty" is hands down the best burger I have had anywhere. Can accommodate GF, and quite possibly work magic on the bread to make it good. Will need to explore take out in the future

Decent burgers but not worth all the hype considering the prices. £2 to add a slice of cheese is bit too much for me and it will set you back closer to £25 to get a burger, chips and soft drinks.

Good quality food cooked very well. Pleasant front of house staff who are very efficient. Easy to use online booking system.

Excellent range of burgers to choose from and there’s always something new to try! We have visited on multiple occasions now and have always been very happy with both the food and the service. Very reasonable priced for the portion size and quality. Staff are very friendly and happy to help with specific requests made.

This is a favourite place of ours since we discovered it a couple of years back. It's always difficult to find somewhere that bothered me and my partner can eat, (I'm vegan and she is not) but this place is spot on 👌 There are plenty of options for me, and this time I opted for the newest vegan option of a child's portion of nuggets and chips. I added the salad as recommended by Pav and it was SO good 👍🏻 Not many can get salads tasting good but this was excellent and will now be a regular dish for me. In the past I've tried all of the vegan burgers, and my favourite meals have been the impossible burger, followed by the BBQ jackfruit loaded fries. They make large portions so you always take half a portion of loaded fries home for the next day 🤤😋👌 The venue is lovely and the artwork on the walls is a great touch, all staff we've met are lovely and it's always good to have a chat with Rory, Pav, and Laura when we visit. Wonderful burger bar! We ordered 2 vegan burgers which came complete with vegan coleslaw and we ordered fries separately. Polished off the lot and the staff are lovely

I am shocked and upset by the treatment of the manager towards their staff. We observed a staff member appear to accidentally drop a glass behind the bar. We then observed the manager shouting at him. This not only created an awkward atmosphere in the restaurant but also appeared to us as bullying behaviour towards staff. I hope the staff member has taken action following this.

I hate the idea of leaving a bad review but I do this in the hope that Kraft Burger will see this as constructive feedback. I want to like this place, I really do. A burger is a thing of beauty and to have a proper burger joint down the road from me would be a dream come true. I’ve been to Kraft Burger four times in the last couple years and each time I’ve been left sorely disappointed. While the burger is often tender, it’s always under seasoned, has this weird bitter taste on the outside, and isn’t pink in the middle the way a gourmet burger should be. The lettuce is always slimy - very off-putting. Most recently, the fries were incredibly over-salted (I am a salt fanatic so it takes A LOT for me to say something has too much salt). The blue cheese dip had no flavour whatsoever. How is that even possible? It’s BLUE CHEESE!! The dip literally tasted like hand cream. On the other hand, there’s so many little things that Kraft does well - the coleslaw is lovely, as are the buns and toppings like fried onions, mushrooms, streaky bacon etc. But nice toppings does not a good burger make. I really don’t understand why this place is so highly rated. I thought at first maybe it’s because I haven’t eaten in, only been for collection (I live like 2 mins away). But if you’re gonna be a top burger joint, you gotta be at the top of your game whether that’s eat-in or takeaway. I keep going back in the hope that things have improved but if anything, they’ve only got worse. This place has so much potential - I hope management will take some of my comments on board.

Ordered a takeaway whilst visiting friends and it did not disappoint ! We ordered both meat and vegan burgers and they were all delicious. Would Highly recommend !

Another excellent meal here. Beef burgers but also chicken, lamb, pork and vegan options. Also beers, wines, cocktails, hot drinks and soft drinks. Service is also good and they're really nice in here so all in all you can't fault it really.

We ordered take out from this place and the service/ food was excellent from the beginning, when calling up and making our big order (including our substitutions/additions) the staff took it perfectly and didn’t get a thing wrong. The fat pig burger was my personal choice as someone who’s been wanting to try here, I got some additions such as bacon and extra sauces/onion which the staff were happy to add. The beef and pork of this burger sums up the food well being incredibly juicy, tender and making me feel like it’s worth the money if I’m in the mood for a great tasting and seasoned burger. Our extra sauces and sides were refreshing to say the least also (despite staff kindly following my request to make the food more spicy) the peri wings were cooked so well, could taste all the the peri-peri flavours you want to see while getting a nice roasted outer skin. The sweet chilli chicken fries had that sweet and spicy flavour I was looking for, had a great kick to it and the fried despite being saucy were not soggy. It’s also worth noting as you can see in terms of the food the portions were also generous and filling. With this heat from the food which was served fresh on the counter, it was nice to get a refreshing biscoff milkshake that tasted nice, biscuity and thick! Another refreshing side which although not ordered was included was the coleslaw, which had a lovely strong flavour. If you want a great place for American food especially if it’s a burger, then this place is a great independent business for you to try.

Went here for the first time over the weekend, brilliant food and excellent service. Staff went the extra mile and nothing was to much! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Sat down to eat ordered a peri chicken burger asked the waiter if it was spicy, he said only yes… ordered the burger but never realised it would be so spicy it was unedibile. Would be a lot easier to order if you had a spice rating next to the burgers rather than having to ask the waiter who then gives no detail in his response. Took the burger back, nothing else offered nor an apology just “I did tell you” considering it was a table just for 2 and we were buying cocktail after cocktail, nothing was done about the burger £100 we spent and my gf didn’t even eat get an enjoyable burger .-. Had there been some sort of spice rating next to the burger we would not have ordered the maximum spice

I have eaten Kraft Burgers finest in a number of occasions, always taken away as I would wish my little one on other customers. But ordering to collect is always smooth and easy, ring early to get your preferred slot and turned up a minute or two early as your food will be made for the time of your collection. It's guaranteed to be fresh and hot this way. The burgers are insane and the sharer fries portions are massive, fully loaded with cheese and oh so good. I'd eat at Kraft Burger every time I wanted a burger if I could. One thing that doesn't get mentioned is the coleslaw you get with the burger, another level as well! In the photos are the cheesy sharer fries, an iron-man burger (the big one) and the fancy pants. All unbelievably good, even the ones we didn't have this time.

We had a lovely Father’s Day lunch here with our baby. The table they’d reserved for us had plenty of room for the pram, so we weren’t in anyone’s way. The burgers were great and the fried pickles were a surprise treat for starters. We didn’t have room for dessert with the generous portions! Delicious burgers, I had the vegan pulled pork burger and rosemary fries. Couldn't recommed the place enough. Atmosphere is super friendly, facilities are disability accessible. Staff are friendly and cheery. My friends had vegetarian and meaty meals and we all had coctails, everything was perfect!! Thank you so much :)

Today was our first time visiting this place and I can say without a doubt that the “Iron Man Burger” has been the best burger I've ever tried! The restaurant was a bit quiet, I'm assuming it was because they don't usually open on Monday but luckily for us, they do today. Everything was clean and tidy, staff were so friendly and helpful. One of them suggested a cheesecake, however, I was so full that I could try it, maybe next time. 100% recommended!

To expensive, burger is £10 for a basic burger with no sides

This restaurant has amazing service and their burgers are the best, I highly recommend the bacon and cheese beef burger without removing anything from it especially the sweet tomato sauce, which was a delicacy, this place even asks if you have any allergies which in my experience most restaurants don't normally ask and I am most certainly coming back here.

My favourite place to eat in the area by far Amazing food I especially love the loaded fries but all the burgers are amazing too, perfect portions and sizes, not so big they're impossible to eat but all incredibly delicious and well cooked. WOW! This is by far my favourite place to eat in Crosby/Waterloo. I've eaten here in groups and alone (after working a long day) and the staff are always accommodating and attentive. Incredible food, clean, friendly and a lovely atmosphere. A real little gem in the heart of Crosby. The cocktails are unreal too. It's not your regular burger restaurant 🍔😊

Great burgers and fries. Also, very delicious fried chicken! Very friendly customer service. The only disadvantage is lack of parking. However, it is definitely worth the visit! Totally recommend it 👌

Excellent food, a party of 8 including 2 vegetarians, all had starters and mains which were faultless and deserts and local beers were fantastic. If you dont have room for a desert ask to take one away, you wont regret it. Considering the quality and portion sizes the prices were also very reasonable.

We had a very good experience at Kraft Burger. I have soya and lactose intolerance, plus I follow a vegan/plant based deit so I'm definitely not easy to cater for and honstley the staff made us feel so welcome and nothing was to much trouble. The staff double checked with the kitchen and the allergen book to me extra sure that everything was safe. I'm very careful were I eat due to my intolerances but I will definitely go back in the future and highly recommend as the food was delicious.
