Excellent across the board. Service was friendly and on the ball. Food was great quality and very generous on portion size. Would recommend for a family occasion for sure. Waiter Stefano went above and beyond to make a fuss of someone in our group who's birthday it was when we visited.

We were staying round the corner and were looking for something to eat when we spotted this restaurant. The food is amazing and Stefano and the staff were so welcoming. Loved the little touches when it was someone’s birthday. Be prepared for huge portions but food so good that you just want to finish.

Been here a few times for family meals etc and I've always enjoyed it but the last couple of times the food has got gradually worse. The staff are excellent but the quality of the food has definitely dropped. It's not the type of place I would go normally but my older family members like it. The portions are massive but the quality is not the best.

A group of 17 of us attended for a 50th birthday. The staff were amazing…so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was fabulous and the atmosphere was warm, friendly and welcoming…would recommend to anyone.

Lovely Restaurant great staff bit dissapointed with my Tbone steak, there was just loads of fat and grizzle not much meat on it. Other than that the food was cooked perfect

We went to Chicago’s for my Mum’s 50th at the start of August. It’s safe to say that our experience there was 5 stars worthy. We were served by amazing staff, and the food and drinks arrived quick. The foods portions were huge and made up for the price. The staff were so kind and even one went out their way to make my mum a drink that wasn’t on the menu, which was really considerate and well made. The meal was finished off with a birthday song for my mum, which was very entertaining! Thank you to all the staff who work at Chicagos and can’t wait to go again!

Had the pleasure to be invited last night to celebrate our grandson's 7th birthday he just loves going to Chicago for every birthday since he was about two years old, The restaurant did not let us down yet again the food was amazing and such Unbelievably generous portions most of us needed take away boxes to bring some food home, the staff one and all are so friendly and helpful it just makes the experience all the better, can't wait to go again

Me and my partner visited the restaurant for our evening meal. Stefano the manager served us. I asked him if he could make me a specific pasta dish which was not on the menu. Stefano made sure the chef cooked what I asked for and was really attentive and couldn’t have been any more polite to us. the food was amazing, large portions and very tasty food. We will definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t been before, and we will definitely be back again.

We always come here for food and it’s just a lovely atmosphere, the staff are lovely and so friendly and make it an experience the food is fantastic and amazing for the price particularly the staff member Stefano who always goes out of his way to make sure your enjoying your meals and your drinks are topped up!

Would have been 4 stars but the staff at the end made us feel like we shouldn't be there, we were last customers in had half bottle of wine left and was considering a cocktail due to special occasion shuts at 10pm this was not long after 9 and we just got stared at until we left as my wife felt uncomfortable. It was very obvious. Also little bit overpriced I thought for the portion size on the sharer but tasty.

We came for my neices birthday and my god the food was amazing, staff were beyond helpful. Lovely atmosphere, staff and food we will be back.

Absolutely massive portions - well worth the money and went home completely stuffed Food was great pasta was super creamy and the chips were crispy fresh & burger was amazing Not so sure on the onion rings though, little too much batter Cant wait to come back

My partner and I went here today. Absolutely fabulous, lovely food lovely staff, manager really friendly and gives it the personal touch. Portions huge l ordered the full rack of ribs and my partner the Texas burger, the ribs alone would have been enough for 2 . Highly recommended, wil definitely go back.

What a place… absolutely amazing meal for family birthday celebrations.. food was 10-10 and generous portions had to have takeaway boxes. Nicky was our server and couldn’t do enough for us..made us feel so welcome and was great with the kids laughing dancing. Will definitely be back for future family occasions. Well done Chicago!!

I never usually leave reviews but feel like I had to. We went yesterday for lunch as a treat for my 4 year old daughter. She is very shy and the waitress (I can’t remember her name, but had blonde hair) made her feel so at ease and couldn’t do enough to make us all feel so welcome! Will definitely be returning. The staff were amazing. Food portions were huge

Another great meal at the fantastic Chicago. Went with my whole family, including a member of my family who has learning difficulties and they were flawless in accommodating all our needs. Nickie our server provided us with fantastic service all evening. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Had a lovely meal here. Both had steak and couldn't believe the portion size! Huge! The steak was on parr with Miller and Carter. The waiting staff were friendly and helpful too. Going back for father's day!

Had an amazing night for my brothers 13th birthday. He was made up with the hats and effort that went in to singing him happy birthday. Food was lovely and service was great. We went for my Birthday and I felt totally spoilt, the service was amazing by everybody, the food was fantastic we could not fault it and we didn't have a long wait from ordering to getting our food. We eat here on occasion for family events or just me and my husband for delicious food and friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend it.

This American themed restaurant really follows through both in the taste and portions. Steaks are cooked well and as you order consistently. The Victoria fillet is beautifully soft. This is the only place where I like the onion rings, they have a savoury batter and arrive superbly crisp. There isn't a big selection of desserts but you'll likely be pretty much stuffed by then anyhow. Staff are really great efficient and friendly

We both had the ribs! They were really good! A massive portion of chips under a whole rack with bbq sauce. The salad is lovely that goes with it. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Somewhere we come often.

This was our first time at Chicago Bar and Grill, firstly the service and welcome was very helpful and by friendly staff. We ordered starters and the portion sizes were really big !!! The mains were delicious. Our waiter Stefano was very helpful and great costumer service. I would recommend this, especially for a celebration. There was two birthday parties in and there was a really fun atmosphere.

Absolutely shocking place food and service vile staff members talking about customers food was disgusting chips saturated in salt burnt steak tasted off like it wasn’t fresh and out of date burger was horrid the place has gone down the pan never ever will I step foot in this place again and wouldn’t recommend it to no one it’s overpriced and poor quality food and staff members talking about customers

Always my favourite place, amazing atmosphere, my mum is in a wheelchair and very accommodating which I love, very accessible, you can't beat a chicago fix, always come and can never finish it and always end up taking it home, Stefano was very polite, accommodating and even let my mum have extras on her steak without battling an eye lid, forever my favourite place, chicago we will be back 💖💖
