Had an amazing night for my brothers 13th birthday. He was made up with the hats and effort that went in to singing him happy birthday. Food was lovely and service was great. Big mention to stefano who made our table feel very welcome and ensured we were topped up on drinks all night. He was really friendly and we have all said how lovely and hardworking he was. We went for my Birthday and I felt totally spoilt, the service was amazing by everybody, the food was fantastic we could not fault it and we didn't have a long wait from ordering to getting our food. We eat here on occasion for family events or just me and my husband for delicious food and friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend it.

We visited for my mum’s birthday and the staff and food were outstanding. The food was cooked perfectly and the portions are ample without being over facing. We both had the ribs! They were really good! A massive portion of chips under a whole rack with bbq sauce. The salad is lovely that goes with it. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Somewhere we come often.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Travelled to Liverpool for the bank holiday weekend and found this restaurant we thought we'd try out. Was an amazing meal, good portions, food was out quick and the atmosphere was lively. Staff were friendly and big shout out to Stefano

This was our first time at Chicago Bar and Grill, firstly the service and welcome was very helpful and by friendly staff. We ordered starters and the portion sizes were really big !!! The mains were delicious. Our waiter Stefano was very helpful and great costumer service. I would recommend this, especially for a celebration. There was two birthday parties in and there was a really fun atmosphere.

Absolutely shocking place food and service vile staff members talking about customers food was disgusting chips saturated in salt burnt steak tasted off like it wasn’t fresh and out of date burger was horrid the place has gone down the pan never ever will I step foot in this place again and wouldn’t recommend it to no one it’s overpriced and poor quality food and staff members talking about customers

Been a few times & it’s always solid. Decent food, well priced & the service is always really good. I normally go for ribs but got the seafood spaghetti this time around & it was lovely, with plenty of seafood & a nice slightly spicy...

Great food, friendly staff and quick service

clean and beautiful deco inside, yes looks like a burger joint from outside Lamb chops the best, very juicy. We used to go regularly, but unfortunately they have put up there prices, not a £1 here and there, some gone up £5. So won't be going anymore, such a shame, but can get cheaper and nice food elsewhere. Staff not bad as well, all very polite and make you feel very welcome.

Amazing place. The staff are friendly yet relaxed. Stefano genuinely seems to love making sure that everyone is enjoying themselves. The cocktails are spot on. The food is delicious and plentiful. The music and decor is tasteful. All topped by my purse being swiftly brought back to me outside when I'd left it on the table. One of my future favourite places to eat.

Christmas lamb roast was truly awful, tasted like a school dinner. Stated on the menu “with all the trimmings” there was a frozen Yorkshire, tough lamb, gravy was basic veg. A couple of roasties that were soggy. I’m so disappointed, love this place usually but feel like we never want to come back after paying £75 each.

Me and my family ate here Christmas Day and over all was not impressed. The food for the roast was all very clearly frozen and seamed like it was bought from Tesco, the steak was tough and had no flavour. The garlic bread was just cheese no garlic. The staff was polite and caring the manager came over and offered to swap the food for anything of our choice. The owner came over and said "why didn’t u eat" and then once we explained pulled a face and walked away. Over all not very impressed.

Lovely food and brilliant service. Went for a Christmas work meal over 20 people, didn't need to pre order and there was no delays on the food. Everything was lovely, they also made a fuss of a couple of our colleagues who had december birthdays too. Would definitely come back and recommend. Thank you!

First time here for works night out ..on a Friday night 8.00,busy..we had drinks then ordered food ...I got the chorizo & chicken kebab with rice & salad, absolutely lovely ,it was so tasty & quite alot ,really enjoyed it ..staff are lovely,very attentive & welcoming.. .overall I would definitely recommend it, will be going again 😘local restaurant,reasonably priced,great value 👍

Stefano was so polite, we didn’t book so let us wait at the bar with drinks till there was a table available, he sat us in a nice place to eat our food. Kept making sure everything was okay for us and making sure we wasn’t left with any empty drinks, along with other staff members who was there. He took away our finished plates so they weren’t on the table for long just sitting there. All staff were lovely and very welcoming and happy. Loved our experience there. Not my first time here and deffinitly not my last. Came one Sunday a couple weeks back for a meal with my family on my Birthday weekend. Amazing experience from start to finish. Staff were friendly the moment you walk through the door, seated instantly. Meals came fast, starters were great, mains were splendid. The portion size is one of the best around, really fitting for American. My birthday being on the Friday onoy briefly came up in conversation with the manager as we were asking for the bill. No two minutes later the lights are dimmed and happy birthday is played. The staff bring out a cheesecake with candles and all. On the house no less. A wonderful touch that I'm very grateful for. Tltr: Great food, great staff, great manager. Would recommend.
