The best restaurants serving British food in Victoria Sefton North West

Bottomless brunch was super good with quick service and excellent food. The atmosphere was excellent as well. Would 100% return in terms of casual drinks and events as someone who has went to town for bottomless brunch in the past. Looking forward to return again

One of the best veggie breakfasts ever; including halloumi, smashed avocado, a perfect poached egg and more. Will definitely go again soon.

Amazing food and cocktails. Michael our server was great, very friendly and always making sure we had everything we needed.

This is our 2nd visit for Sunday lunch. The food was really good. However the service was very slow this time. We waited an hour for our main after having our starter. We were also sat next to the door. Which on a very cold day in December was not ideal. Every time the door opened there was a cold blast. We were a table of 5 the previous visit it was just 2 of us. So not sure if this is the reason the food took so long. As the Kitchen only looks small.

A group of 4 of us visited the george,upon arrival we were greeted by jake the bartender. He made it a very welcoming experience with drinks served in no time and with a smile, he also went out his way to find us a table when they were busy. Great member of the george team!!

My new local! Amazing pub and so happy it’s now my new local! Amazing food and amazing atmosphere and staff! Can’t wait for many more visits!
