My new local! Amazing pub and so happy it’s now my new local! Amazing food and amazing atmosphere and staff! Can’t wait for many more visits!

The increase in food prices, coupled with declining quality, has become a noticeable issue at this pub—and perhaps in Greene King pubs in general. As a regular customer, I paid £10.29 for the meal shown in the attached picture. The quality simply didn’t match the price. Shocking

Came with my mother for food and was pleasantly surprised. They're are getting a lot work done, out on the front entrance area, so was slightly put off with how the pub looked, but do not let this stop you from visiting! I can’t illiterate this enough this was an absolutely amazing experience and visit! From start we was given a warm welcome, the FOOD was 10 out of 10 would give it more if I could! Greeted with a smile by Mia and served quickly. Graeme ensured we was looked after throughout our visit he was very polite and professional… and was a very good at upselling as we are stuffed from Drinks, to starters, mains, sides, and desserts. Great food recommendations as the food was lovely, tasty snd HOT!!! and looked even better! Not very often you get this so 10/10 for the chef who cooked it! Definitely deserves a special mention! Thank you, keep it up team ENDBUTT and well done! We will be back! Maybe tomorrow hahaha been told there’s a new menu coming in the next few days this is exciting! We have also booked and payed for tickets for there next two events that’s was also recommended by Graeme the manager that’s how good our visit was! Bonus it’s dog friendly! And wasn’t expensive!

This was my first time visit! I can honestly say the food service and staff was amazing. I asked who was the chef was it was it was Mia. All food was gorgeous well presented and hot. The all staff were very nice especially the manager Graham made us feel very welcome. Can't wait to return. Definitely my new pub.

Had a lovely experience in the Endbutt last night. I came for tea with my family and particularly loved the Katsu chicken. Will definitely be returning

I went for a few drinks on Saturday night and had a really warm welcome from the staff. I was served quickly by Chloe, who went through the selection of beers available, and she was really helpful.

Unreal place for drinks as we never really come into crosby so was nice for a change of scenery & enjoy every minute of it, this pub has an amazing atmosphere and full of life & the worker Chloe was so lovely to us just had a smile on her face the whole time !!

Great pub. Chloe served us all night and she went above and beyond! The food was lovely and so were the drinks.

Visted on saturday for a few drinks, Chloe on the bar was lovely and friendly. We wernt left waiting for any long period of time. Assest to the business 👌

I recently visited The Endbutt an had an excellent experience, thanks in no small part to the wonderful service from a young named Elsa. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive,friendly, and made sure we felt welcomed.

I went into the Endbutt last week and had a really pleasant experience. It was a match day and even though it was extremely busy I was served my drinks and food in a timely manner by Chloe. Would definitely go again thanks to the Endbutt

Came the endbutt for a couple of pints an we had great service provided by elsa who greeted us with a smile and did the upmost to make our visit enjoyable

Really enjoyable pub, great food and atmosphere. Service was second to none. Will be back again.

The burger me and my wife ate was overcooked (burnt) and hard to eat. The chips were plain and tasteless. The playground definitely needs updating. Despite this, the service was excellent and I can’t fault that.

Gonna update this review as I came here a year or so ago maybe longer, the food was nice then but I'd say its even better again now. I turned up late yo the party as mum and dad went before me, ordered the breakfast and it was delicious but not only that I felt it is great value for money, week off coming up soon, I plan to walk my dog around rimrock valley then stop off with her, give her some chicken and ill gey the breakfast again I enjoyed it that much. This is my favourite local in all honesty though, I still hope to be drinking here well into my much later life I love it that much, look forward to coming in as a regular aswell.

This is a lovely pub However the food really lets it down. I ordered a burger, which took a while and when it arrived it was overcooked. I returned and then waited a further 15 min to recieve a burger that was even worse. The waitress said that the chef said it was because of the grill settings. Even as none chef, I wouldn't even serve it at all and offer something else, especially if I knew my appliances where not up to scratch for serving edible food. It was that hard I could knock it on the table. If I tried to eat it I would of certainly lost a tooth. It certainly was not the waitresses fault, it was the kitchen staff that day. I will not be returning to this establishment for food again.

The Endbutt is my little sanctuary It’s so warm and welcoming by all staff and customers met some great friends over the years in there, food is beautiful but the best part is the pints of beer 🍺

Only place ile come for food an drink atmosphere is the best and big shout out to the staff who go above and beyond to help

Took ages for food to come out & it wasn't that good if I'm honest..The Lillies Ciders were like water & the drinks were pretty expensive..The toilets were not very clean, the pub is propped up outside & has been for a long time..Needs a revamp soon.

Nice place to take kids for a cheap and cheerful scran.

Enjoyed a lovely family meal. Food was excellent, I had a delicious hunter's chicken roll. Staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience very enjoyable. Dog friendly and space for a Greyhound.

Lovely little pub we popped into after a busy day, food and service were amazing. We got a halloumi kebab, hunters chicken and Katsu they were all delicious! We were served by Niall who was very attentive and made sure that our dietaries were noted.

Amazing food and service! Came in for a catch up with some friends and was served by Jocelyn who recommended the hunters chicken to us.. absolutely beautiful! Had a good time here watching the football. Decent choice of beer and the screens are good quality, and there are about eight of them around the pub, including the big screen for the projector. It's also a nice place to be so credit to the staff.

Always a good experience at the Endbutt been coming here for over 30 years and can say consistently good quality and service staff are genuinely committed to making your drink and dining experience better

Food is great Don't have a pornstar martini though because it's not the proper one Disgusting If your using a blue light card don't order your food online because you end up paying more

Wow what an amazing pub, we were served by Daniel i think his name is. We will definitely be coming back in the future. We came for a family meal and were not disappointed by the food or the drinks. My children had a great time here as well as my husband, who enjoyed the sports on the tv.

Nice beer, nice basic food and good service.... But just to many kids in there running around knocking into people while the match is on. Ruined my experience.

The endbutt has been my regular for 25 years, it used to be our regular Friday night family tea, birthday teas etc, it was brilliant, unfortunately the food has deteriorated massively in the last 12 months to the point where we would never eat here again

Me and my mates went the endbutt a couple Saturdays ago and really enjoyed it. Food was great, compliments to the chef Sean, best San Miguel I’ve ever had matched with the great service from the bar staff Ben and Matt. All round great night. Definitely coming again!

Great selection of food and drinks. With free parking to the rear along with a beer garden and a kids play area. Also live sports TV throughout the pub, including a very large screen in the main area. The Endbutt is a great place to meet, chat, eat and drink, and watch those big all important games with friends, all in a warm and friendly environment. The Endbutt (in Crosby) is situated on Endbutt Road, hence the name. It is also situated along the local 54 and 133 bus routes with a bus stop just outside (bus going to either Liverpool or Waterloo) and close by on the other side (bus going to Thornton or kirby). The main menu has a good selection of traditional pub foods and there is also a kids menu and a seniors menu. Food and service is excellent and all prices are reasonable.

Absolutely love this pub, staff are absolutely spot on and very hospitable towards their regulars. There's never any serious trouble which I certainly don't want because I work long hours and like a quiet pint. I did come in a couple of times last year for food and found it was well cooked and well presented, tbh I need to get my backside into gear and have more daytime experiences with the food in 2023 as it was fabulous last time and every time I've ever tried it. The beer is absolutely second to none, always got a great head on it but also there is plenty of variety. It is above all my favourite crosby pub and I hope to goodness I keep this as my main crosby watering hole for the rest of my life if I'm honest.

Visited the Endbutt last week with friends and family for a meal and drinks. The food was amazing and all the staff was really friendly nothing was too much for them and they all have great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be returning.

I went to the Endbutt for a family birthday meal. We enjoyed our visit and got looked after by the whole team with the team even putting banner's up without it being requested. If you are celebrating a family event, I would highly recommend visiting here.

Average pub. Food was poor. Beer ok if you get bottles. Had the footy on so thats a plus

Really nice local pub, good atmosphere, lots of screens if you're into sport and the match is on. Pool, darts, but also plenty of nice quiet corners and booths to tuck yourselves away in. Good selection behind the bar at very reasonable prices, and filling pub grub. Perfect service both on the bar and from the young man who was waiting on, Daniel I think he was called. Will definitely go again, especially as there is a nice beer garden and play area for kids. Plus dog friendly!

Cannot recommended The Endbutt enough. Come for the first time last Monday and the football was on so it was busy but the service and standards were still so high. Thank you Shell and Tom for making it a great night.

Used to be a good local but really gone downhill , from service to awful drinks , had to leave drink and move on , also noticed a lot of the regulars have done the same which is a shame

Very flat beer. Disappointing food menu

Went here yesterday for lunch,meals were not great, son had fish and chips fish was cremated told the lad who was on duty who was quite rude and said it was the oil and what did we want to take it back recieive a replacement my son couldnt eat it said it tasted horrible, i hade all day breakfast beans and bacon cold didn't complain because couldn't be bothered to have to listen to excuse surely the cook can heat beans up in microwave. Plus side female member of staff apologised and was very pleasant won't eat here again Ps. To the manager we did try to raise the issue with the staff only to be told it was the oil.maybe send someone you know in and see how bad it is staff need training to use the microwave and how to speak to customers. Not trying to get a freebie just giving my honest opinion.

Booked a table Saturday night 8pm.Arrived ordered drinks sat down at our booked table went through the menu then went to the bar to order food only to be told it finished at 8pm. Why didn't anybody tell me when ordering the drinks and why did they let me book a table for 8pm. Will definitely not be coming back to the endbutt .

Myself & several friends, who all live locally. Decided to go to the Endbutt Pub, to celebrate the birthday of one of us. Straight away, upon entering, we were greeted by a warm, clean & friendly atmosphere. The staff in particular, are to be praised for their professional & friendly demeanour! We where to late to order food (our fault), but was presented with a plate of Nachos & melted cheese. Without any delay, it was put on our table & we all enjoyed them! Asking for change, with which we wanted to play pool. We where given £5 worth of pound coins, as on Wednesday's, the pool table is free. We had a great night, made to feel welcome & looked after by the staff. Who in or collective opinion , deserve special mention & praise. They really Looked after us & as a consequence, we had a great night. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Endbutt, to anyone!!!

Lovely pub, lovely and clean. Everything is on the ground floor. Nice play area for the children, fenced all around and safe. Area outside for smokers, covered with seats and a heater.

It is undergoing building works at present, but still open. It no doubt return to normality on completion.

dined at the endbutt on sat 1/10/2022.unfortunately the food was overcooked.myself and my wife where very disappointed the the service also.i have been a customer at the endbutt since the 1960s,we invited friends out for a meal who traveled for north yorkshire,they were staying with us for the weekend and we all where very disappointed.i`ll be thinking long and hard about revisiting this hotel again in the future.kind regards Mr seddon..

Took my grandma here for the seniors deal. Couldn’t believe how cheap it was and service was exceptional, especially from our server Jocelyn, she was great! Will definitely be coming back.
