Mustard & Co in Sefton

This is our 2nd visit for Sunday lunch. The food was really good. However the service was very slow this time. We waited an hour for our main after having our starter. We were also sat next to the door. Which on a very cold day in December was not ideal. Every time the door opened there was a cold blast. We were a table of 5 the previous visit it was just 2 of us. So not sure if this is the reason the food took so long. As the Kitchen only looks small.

Had a lovely visit to Mustard . Gorgeous Sunday roast . All the family enjoyed it from the roast beef the chicken and the vegan Sunday roast . Lovely lady who was our server was very helpful and friendly. Have visited before and will return .

Lovely atmosphere. Excellent and friendly service. Delicious food and great wine. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back again soon.

Visited yesterday for lunch. Fixed price menu with good choices. We both had ham terrine to start and roast monk fish main. Finished off with one apple type pudding and one cheese and biscuits. Excellent food and first class service.

This is probably the best restaurant in Crosby by a mile. We've been three times now and the last was the best yet. The a la carte menu is limited but that's how it goes with this level of food. There is a tasting menu available but not on offer when we've been, not a fan but some may want that option. Normally quite expensive as you'd expect but at the moment they have an offer which is very reasonable. The wine menu is not extortionate and the pinot grigio I had was outstanding. Staff a attentive without being overly so. Needs supporting as this is going to be a difficult year for the industry and we need a restaurant like this locally.

Had Sunday lunch with family. The food was delicious as usual and such good value for money. Passion fruit crème brûlée was Devine too! Faultless service, all of the staff are warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Can’t wait for our next visit!

This was our first visit to Mustard and certainly will not be our last . We had the tasting menu, food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly giving excellent service. Highly recommend this restaurant, a hidden gem, already looking forward to returning.

Went with family for the Sunday roast menu, food, all 3 courses, were excellent, in everyone’s opinion, service was excellent, atmosphere good and well worth the money. All in all an excellent meal/time was had, afterwards we all agreed the whole package was a 9/10 (although some of the group thought 10s) all in all a great time was had and would highly recommend.

2nd visit here for Sunday roast & yet again it was absolutely delicious, everything is so fresh, tasty & beautifully presented. It’s so nice to see staff who love what they do, great chef & waiting on staff. Will be back again soon.

Had an excellent meal last night at Mustard. From start to finish the food is first class and staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

We regularly visit Mustard and we love the staff, especially Tom he remembers us every time and he’s super helpful with recommendations. The servers are always so lovely and really take care over their work. The chefs are so talented and there’s always something different to try, even on a Sunday the desserts change regularly enough to keep you interested. I really like supporting this place it’s a little slice of class right around the corner.

Fabulous roast and excellent service, we enjoyed our trip to mustard. The food was excellent and good atmosphere in the restaurant too.

Went friday evening and booked online which was very easy and straightforward. We had soft shell crab and chicken barone for me and fish and chips for my wife. The portion sizes are ideal and the standard of ingredients are high quality. It’s really interesting to see the chefs at work creating the dishes in the open plan kitchen. The service is excellent. The wine we had was enjoyable and to a good standard. All in all a really nice dinner experience and we will definitely go to Mustard again.

This was our first visit to Mustard & co , very warm welcome from staff who were super attentive and friendly without being too much so . Very friendly atmosphere, food was absolutely amazing especially the fish and chips , we will definitely be back !

Visited with my partner last week for Sunday roast and it was outstanding, we could not fault a thing. The venue, service and the food was all fantastic. Will definitely be visiting again
