Sunday roast absolutely gorgeous fresh veg.Beef,turkey and Gammon cooked to perfection well worth a visit and the 53 bus stops right outside the door 😂👍xxxxx

Great atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming

First visit to The Oxford in Waterloo. Atmosphere was lovely with a mix of people in for Sunday roast or coffee and cake. We had an early Easter celebration and thought the beef roast was delicious. My daughter had the vegetarian option and thought the mushrooms were tasty. Coffees were delicious and they had my favourite oat milk.

Great dog friendly place for a cup of tea or brunch when you're feeling peckish. Nice friendly staff who are attentive along with yummy food. Tiny suggestion to have some sweet treats on the menu and that'd bring me back again and again :)

Fantastic little bar, fantastic food. Always have a good night at the Oxford. Live music was also very good. Highly recommend, bus stops directly outside.

I popped in for a coffee, and the guys in there were really nice. Fab music too.

Went on Sunday for a late breakfast, food was great and the staff were friendly. Will be trying the subday roast when we next can.

We had The Oxford Breakfast it was amazing, with fresh food and drinks, I highly recommend anyone looking for breakfast around waterloo.

I went there for breakfast and it was amazing everything was beautiful made however to make it just in my own opinion that little bit better as i got orange juice it was from concentrate and i know it’s a bit nit picky but nothing beats fresh orange juice with a full english

Lovely little bar and restaurant. Cosy vibes. Dog friendly! Wonderful staff. Food is delicious too. We have been for the Sunday roast and breakfast and both were fab. Breakfast was particularly wonderful, every element was delicious.

The Eggs Royale on toasted bagel were nicely prepared and presented, but why are the portions so small? We were still hungry. I expected both halves of the bagel, not one. I expected two eggs but only got one. This is a snack, not a meal.

I had the cheese and bacon burger with Fries. The burger was delicious, the best I've had in a long time! The portion was huge and very filling! It was a tad loud as the venue was full, but didn't effect my meal! I would definitely order this again!

I have enjoyed visiting "The Oxford" as a customer and as a musician. I have had tasty breakfasts and evening meals served by cheerful, attentive staff. I say don't hesitate get yourself down there!!

Evening visit - kitchen was closed but managed a nice cuppa before moving on.

Great little Restaurant and Bar on Oxford Road 👍 It has a nice relaxed atmosphere about it, and the decor, tables and seats are really warm and welcoming. Food is surprisingly good, I had the 3-Course set Menu - Satay Chicken Skewers, Sunday Lunch and a Cheese Board 😎 All food was delicious but the Sunday Roast was great (not like the usual 'Roasts' you find in Pubs) from the Honey-glazed Carrots to the Roasted Potatoes all made with great ingredients and perfectly cooked 😎 Service is really friendly and efficient, with no big delays between Courses 👍 The price for Food and Drink is really reasonable for the quality of food 🙂 Well worth a visit if you are passing by...

Came at 5:30 and it’s closed, at least update the opening times. I walked for so long and my ankles started hurting and all I wanted was an iced coffee to be let down like that. Unacceptable.

Called in for a breakfast after going to Crosby Beach. Nice friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely and the place was nice and clean. Will definitely return again when in the area

Long awaited visit to this gorgeous little gem, just for cuppa after walking dogs. What a warm welcome for us all! Decorated beautifully and fab menu, that we'll try next time. Even have good range of drinks if fancy a tipple! Can't wait to revisit.

This was a lovely place. We visited as my nephew was very Ill In Alder hay, so wanted to take his parents minds off it for a couple of hours. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. They accidentally spilt something in our tea and changed it straight away. One of our meals was late out and they apologised and took some money off of the bill. If I was In the area I would Deff visit again.

Nice cute cafe with friendly staff, just a tip maybe ask costumer if they want sugar top coat on their coffee or not, like the coffee but the sugar and chocolate sprinkled a lot just ruin it

Great burns night in the Oxford waterloo, great staff really friendly. Food spot on ,scallops haggis and cranachan and whiskey cocktails. Well worth a visit

Nice place , Friendly Staff, portions on the small side .I had the scouse with bread it was small and one small bit of bread , My wife had jacket potato also small chip small sorry but it was . For the money it should have been twice the size, we left there and went for food in another establishment. Fine as a kids meal , but not for adults. Sorry

Really friendly staff here who are great with my daughter and quick with service and considerate. They do a cracking breakfast.

What a fantastic place. Intimate, cosy and great feel inside here. I've come here on numerous occasions and it has always been brilliant. The staff are extremely friendly. Food is amazing, had my friends come up and they said exactly the same for their first visit, the menu doesn't overwhelm you with some amazing specials on the board with a great selection on the menu, I must say the scotched egg is my absolute favourite. The drinks menu is brilliant and plenty of choice. Could rate this place enough (I'm fortunate enough that this is my local)!!

Great atmosphere at quiz night tonight. We came last but the free chip butties softened the blow! If you haven't already try The Oxford you won't be disappointed.

Only popped in for a few drinks but the service was amazing! Never had a “beerlenie” before but it was so nice, and by far one of the best daiquiri’s I’ve ever had, will definitely be going back soon!

I travel from WestDerby to eat at this really friendly cafe. Staff are lovely, food is good quality and reasonably priced. Can’t recommend it enough !

Lovely inventive menu. Everything was delicious but particularly liked the Coley and Buttered Tomatoes.Good wine list and a lovely atmosphere. We will be back.

Stumbled upon this place after visiting the Gormleys on the beach and I was so impressed. Food was absolutely delicious, service was quick and staff were really friendly. The portions are not huge, which suited us fine. The dishes were really reasonably priced and we were offered a free home-made fermented elderberry drink with the bill. The only suggestion I would make would be to add some items into the space to improve acoustics. I highly recommend.

Absolutely divine. Brought my 2 boys here for breakfast today. Food was so nice and staff so Friendly and helpful. Lovely place to visit. Will be back to try the Oysters.

Absolutely stunning three brunches here over the past week. Brilliantly tight menu and some really interesting options. What an absolute gem. Watch this place fly.

We had a gorgeous Saturday afternoon bread, oysters and Portuguese wine treat! Love this place. We are very very lucky to have this on our doorstep.

Lovely lunch at The Oxford yesterday. The BLT and daily smoothie were DIVINE and sooo well priced. The staff are lovely too (I swear everyone is just nicer up North 🤷‍♀️). Will be back if I'm ever in Crosby.

We enjoyed a very nice Breakfast this morning. 1 veggie and 1 English. A nice simple menu with lots of options. The place is clean and well presented. The owners are polite, friendly and professional. We would recommend and will be returning to try the lunch menu
