I popped in today because I was stuck nearby and seriously hungry. The service was delightfully friendly and the coconut tart I bought was excellent.

Went here today for the first time. I thought I could have sat in with a cuppa and a cake but realised there’s no seats so got a few to take out. Oh my god! The most yummy and fresh cakes here! Got a selection of carrot cake, custard cake and Victoria sponge. All of them were faultless. I can’t wait to go back. Lovely customer service too!

I have to visit here every week for a sweet treat. Great range of home made cake, biscuits and more, and they do breads on Friday and Saturday. There's some seating inside and outdoors at the back if you fancy a cuppa. Make this your regular snack spot!

The best Victoria sponge I have ever tasted! What do you put in that buttercream??? It's Devine! Also the other half said that it was the best brownie he's ever had and he's hard to please! Love it when work takes me to Crosby as I always pop in for a box of cakes x

After many visits I thought it was about time I left a review about this fantastic place, to put it simply the treats from here taste absolutely fabulous. Whether you are a vegan or more specifically have celiac therefore need gluten free options. You’re not going to find a place with a tastier and more fairly priced variety of goods, that taste no different to items containing products you cant have. Not to mention how the bakes here tend to taste extremely fresh and seem to use a perfect balance of greatly sourced ingredients to avoid being alike supermarket cakes which contain excessive amounts of sugar, are badly baked and have harmful preservatives in them. My visit this time I treated me and a family member too the carrot cake“sandwich”, Nutella party cake, sticky toffee apple cake, chocolate gingerbread cake(GF), caramel cheesecake(GF) and the Black Forest brownie. Everything you could possibly want or expect from these products was met perfectly such as the texture, freshness, taste. So good in fact a usual favourite bake from there the carrot cake was already fully and happily eaten by myself before I could take the pictures. You always get an incredibly friendly vibe from the staff and atmosphere here and you always feel like you’re welcomed and can be helped by knowledgeable bakers with whatever you’re looking for. In conclusion whether you just want a slice of anything you can probably think of, or want to go all the way with a bake that could feed a party of people. There is simply nowhere else in the area that competes with Caz’s for me on all these fronts which for an independent business is absolutely amazing.

What a great cafe and cake shop, we got cakes, quality coffees and the children had lovely hot chocolates, jumped in the car and ate them on the beach. Couldn't ask for better staff, very friendly, patient and helpful. Excellent.

Supplier of all things sweet and pretty. What is most remarkable about this place is the genuine enthusiasm of the owner. Purchasing cake from her is like purchasing cake from an old friend. Prices are reasonable too.

Fantastic cakes, obviously made with great passion for flavour and ingredients. I had an amazing hot cross scone which was beyond delicious. Everything I’ve tasted from this shop has been just lovely, from the Bakewell tarts to the brownies and Jammy Dodger cakes. Give this place a try - I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic local independent business and Caz is passionate about keeping the community buzzing as well! Everything they offer is great, fresh bread, healthy energy balls, cakes, coffee, peanut butter, gelato and more! With so many great cakes to choose from, deciding would be the same as be asked to choose your favourite child. Great for a coffee and to watch the world go by. Caz and her staff are tremendously helpful and always inviting. A big player on the local independent business scene too. Caz's Kitchen ticks every box. 10/10

I am refined sugar free and EVERYTHING i have bought from Caz has been delicious, flavour and texture. The team could not be more kind, more supportive, more friendly or more helpful. We live in wilmslow so when we visiting my mother in law.. we stock up. Take a cool bag as they keep loads of the raw things in the freezer...

Ideal para comer, llevar o hacer pasteles a pedido para cumpleaños, etc. ¡También hay muchas opciones más saludables que son sin azúcar refinada pero que aún así tienen un sabor increíble! ¡Nos encanta especialmente la nuez de pino de bayas! !

A fantastic selection of home made cakes. The two I tried were 10 out of 10. They were both sugar free but sweetened with fruit. I will definitely come back again and try the rest of the selection. Kaz is lovely, knowledgeable and helpful as well. A superb independent cafe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing selection of cakes & drinks, including many vegan options & a large range of vegan ice creams. Enjoyed an almond milk latte & vegan peanut butter ice cream in the lovely, quirky little garden hidden down the road. Also took home a snickerlicious which was sooo good!!

A real community business where I would always choose to spend my money . This shop has done so much for the local community and charities and helped transform the area. The ethics are amazing and the cakes absolutely gorgeous / we use them for business and for just yummy cakes for ourselves and they made a fabulous wedding cake for us - incredible

Very disappointed to find that all the cakes were frozen. Went on Saturday morning for cake as knew they did options for vegan and gluten free. Server asked if we wanted to sit in or takeaway when we said takeaway we were told that was just as well as the cakes were still solid frozen in the middle. Very disappointing cobsidering the price and reputation would expect fresh baked produce.

If you are a cake lover you will love this place all homemade cakes and goodies cater for vegans. you cna get a fresh coffee too and thye are barista made. A real treasure and you wont be disappointed

We have been there in the past and bought enjoyable cakes. We went back because they do some gluten free. Unfortunately the staff were so rude that two of our group walked out. The best that I can day about the pecan pie and lemon slice that I bought was that they tasted as if they were good for you. I didn't finish either.

Popped in with my family because two of us are Gluten free and we know that they make some pretty great cakes. I actually left to stand outside because the girl on the till was so rude it made me not want to buy anything! She asked us no less than four times if we were all together and then demanded to know if we had decided what to get yet and was just generally very brusque and not at all a good representative for this little cafe.

The cakes looked good and I am promised they are, especially the gluten free ones. However the staff were aggressive and decidedly brusque when I went in, so I left without buying anything.

Lovely place, staff very friendly, fab cake and coffee!

Every time we are in the area we come here to have a cake or 2 with a drink, we always get some cakes to takeaway aswell. We love the raw healthy bakes (snickerlicious, big up brownies, the little frozen cheesecakes,power bombs) they are all super tasty! Also the normal cheesecakes, the crack pies, traybakes, sponge cakes are all very nice. We dont often find a place which do true homemade cakes like here.

Never fails. The vegan cakes are as good as it gets. The atmosphere is lovely. It’s uncomplicated yet clever . The staff are good people too. They know their craft . I grew up with a father who taught food technology and specialised in cake making . I know my cakes. So do the staff here.

The cakes here are out of this world I went on for one slice and came out with 4. So much selection and everything looked & Tasted Amazing.

I’ve been coming to Caz’s since the first few days of opening. What can I say about the place, it has become my second home. Everyone who works here are utter legends. Caz is the most genuinely wonderful soul you are likely to ever meet, she will do everything possible to make others smile. This isn’t just a business, it’s a community hub, a place for people to gather and exchange ideas and conversation. The cakes are always wonderful, the range of vegan and gluten free products are very impressive too. With a background in nutrition Caz definitely knows exactly what she’s talking about when it comes to these things. If you visit here you are in safe hands.

An amazing selection of fresh and frozen home made cakes and treats. The blondes are a particular favourite. Also homemade jams are excellent. A couple of tables outside and limited seating inside. Always a pleasure to visit.

Cazs cakes are awesome. Her range includes indulgent alongside raw and vegan. She grows lots of her produce in her allotment and the dedication to excellent products shines through. The whole staff team are friendly and welcoming.

I come here for raw vegan cakes, which are delicious, nutritious and guilt free. There's a wide variety of non vegan cakes though (although I would prefer them to be 100% vegan!) A great shop for the area. Friendly staff. My mum loved the scones on Saturday.

Love this place!! A brilliant community focus for St John's Road. We've been going since it opened. Love popping in for an oat milk coffee and vegan slice!! Down quirky St John's Road amongst other local independents find this lovely cake shop. Bought gluten free for friend's birthday and they were delighted. Love the passion, charity work and care for the local community. Can eat in too at a couple of seats or secret garden in the summer. Lots of local fruit used in cakes.

I have been a Caz's Kitchen regular since it opened. I can honestly say I have never had cakes like them anywhere else. Delicious. Unique. Generous.

This is the place to go if you need quality cake at affordable prices, I've tried a few different types and there all really high end in taste and appearance

It’s very sad and it upset me much. I’m never going to visit that place again. And I’ll definitely tell people what happened to me there many times.

superb homemade cakes of all sizes and descriptions. My naughty favourite is the tiffin. The range is ever changing and some of the favourites are on going like the tiffin. I usually buy a couple slices of different cakes so that my son and I can taste different flavours. Did I mention the tiffin? well I think its to die for. Think ii is Tiffin time! again... What time is tiffin time? Anytime, any place, anywhere .. stuff the martini its time for tiffin.......

Been meaning to stop here for a while. Got the opportunity on a Thursday lunchtime and was not disappointed.

Went for a coffee and a cake which were so delicious we had to take some home but was flabbergasted at the write up price to eat in !!! I think they must have got the math wrong which is a shame as it's a great little place

Nice cafe, friendly staff with a selection of awesome cakes baked fresh on site. Try the crack pies, they really are addictive. Cool little outside area to sit and enjoy cake and a drink on a nice day.

Cakes are nice although if you go at the end of the day they can be a bit soggy....staff a bit hit and miss on the saying hello and being friendly front , maybe they are the same as the cakes and start off well before going downhill....

we often go there for coffee and cake, there are so many different and unusual cakes, including vegetarian and vegan, my favourite being the choc chili torte. The staff are so helpful and friendly and knowledgable about all their products.
