Very tasty Pizza, staff a bit off and music too loud and odd selection for what is supposed to be a neopolitan Italian restaurant. Reasonable prices, limited selection of vegetarian options though you can mix and match.

Absolutely love this place, the English breakfast is the best by far. The staff are lovely and friendly. Can’t recommend enough 10/10

Gym, fitness classes pool and golf all available to residents and non residents alike - you have to book for the classes. Gent's changing rooms recently (Nov '23) refreshed and updated. Ladies changing rooms refreshed and updated January 2024. Hotel area and rooms are good - just what you would expect from an international hotel chain. The Delta rebrand appears to be a success

Went today for some lunch , chips were beautiful, nice and cooked , not bland and undercooked like others , staff very friendly , so nice to see a local fish and chip shop that cares about their products they serve to the public , definitely worth a visit and worth travelling for

Stayed here on route from West Wales to North Yorkshire, so this was in a great location for us. Loved how quiet it was in the room, even though right next to main road. Also really liked the door in the hallway, between main door and bedroom area - think that also helped make it a lovely quiet stay. It was great that we could stay in this hotel with our dog too and the hotel garden was perfect for him. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with my gluten free requirements. Buffet breakfast was great. The dinner was fine, but did not feel like the usual Novotel experience we are used to - but we havent stayed in a Novotel since before Covid so i guess like most places, things have changed re food offerings. We would stay again if we are passing through/visiting this area. Novotel Online booking system could be improved by including an option to add a dog to the actual booking - as I had to call the hotel direct and ask how do i include our dog in the booking and was told to put it in "special request" box.

Never again! Very ordinary cooking given the location. I wouldn't recommend food served here to anyone. My son said the only thing that tasted good was the Appletiser, and for me it was the beer!

Very disappointed with a price tag Of £110 per person and £55 for children the food was underwhelming with hard roast potatoes half a parsnip and half a carrot and I doubt the cabbage was cooked the chef needs some training

Had lunch here today and was really lovely, we got 2 burgers which were very nice and the staff on the bar were lovely (sorry didn’t get their names) and mark who brought our food was so friendly and bubbly and did a great job of checking we were alright and told us about the desserts and coffees etc. Fab customer service and fab value for money

Nothing has changed, beer in the wrong glasses, no ice @ 6.00pm on a Friday night. Tables need cleaning, in there for nearly 2 hours, not a glass cleared. The staff could not walk 100 yards to the co op for ice, typical Greene King, no one cares.

We booked the Marriott for our wedding anniversary meal as we have been here a few times and each time has been a great experience. For the starters we had ham hock and scallops. My wife ordered the steak and I ordered the pasta for our main dish. The food was of great quality and delicious as always. We also ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio which was lovely. The staff were very professional and polite. Especially our server Alfie who made the experience extra special.

Nice to go for a quiet drink. Bit expensive drinks wise but nice to sit out in the court yard in summer. Table service available. A mix of residents and non residents of the hotel.
