Good atmosphere and selection of drinks.

Popped in for quick lunch. Two large (not as large as they ised to be) Coffees a postie and a sandwich was £18. A bit expensive for a midweek snack. As this Costa is part of Tescos, you are constantly reminded by automatic system that people are approaching the end of the conveyor. It's most annoying.

Looking at the last review 7 months ago, what went wrong ? Awful food. barely warm and what they called "spare ribs" bore no resemblance whatever to actual spare ribs. They over charged my daughter because they couldn't be bothered to update their 3 years out of date website. I will not be recommending you to anyone!

A lovely, quaint location. Dog friendly. Relaxed and informal vibe. The new menu is varied, including interesting options for vegans and vegetarians, healthy choices, and of course good old favourite pub grub too. We had a traditional rag pudding, cheese & onion pie and a very delicious harissa cauliflower steak. Cooked and presented nicely and the service was excellent. Nice walks on the doorstep too!

Always superb pizza here - never fails and wonderful service for all the family. The best thing is the consistency - something lacking in The Valley.

we generally have a chippy supper once a month and we find that Ashtons is up there with the best of them. Great fish, proper chips and choice of curry sauces. Worth giving it a go if your passing.

What a fantastic gem of a restaurant. Mix of Spanish and Italian cuisine in a tapas format. Love pulpo and they did a great job with it!

27th May 2024Used to be a regular customer,food is banging. ordered a pizza but due to one of my phone digits being wrong, the driver was unable to deliver and the store was closed. The next day i phoned up to get a refund and was told i would get a call back. Heard nothing and kept the money. Scandalous! November 2024 still had no call back or anything. Absolutely disgusting. Give me my money back robbing swines

They take your money then don’t deliver for an hour and a half and they don’t answer the phone

Had a Chicken Pathea from here last night, it was amazing! absolutely delicious, this is the only Indian we order from others can’t touch it and don’t come close. Del driver lovely, polite, just outstanding on everything from taste to service, 💯 spot on,

Wasn't impressed with the Service as soon as we arrived we waited few mins at the front desk for someone to come greet us . Was asked any allergies and follow me. No hi you okay thanks for waiting ect.... Was shown to our table. Had to repeat our order several times to the waiter so it was understood. The food however was delicious but the atmosphere was very lacking of anything exciting for a Sunday afternoon . You could see the Steam trains arriving though through the window.

A busy lunchtime for this licensed cafe. Excellent service with courtesy. Upstairs & downstairs dining. Close to Rawtenstall market and other shops. All in all, it was a good experience.
