Speechless fantastic food rapid service I can't get enough of this place travel all the way from accrington .

Absolutely gorgeous food, been ordering from here for years and it is mine and my partners go to Chinese in rawtenstall, the salt and pepper chicken wings are so good! You get more than your money's worth, they even gave us a box with all the food in to carry which is fantastic customer service. They are really polite on the phone and every delivery driver has been so kind and lovely. Definitely will always be our number 1, love it love it love it, thank you so much for gorgeous food as always 💖💖💖💖

Easily the best Chinese food in rossendale.

Disappointing I should have known from the abrupt, impolite and impatient manner of the lady taking the order something would not be quite right, and cash only in 2024!!?? Simply the worst fried rice I have ever experienced. Almost like they had fried boiled rice, it was just mushy and the contents indistinguishable, it may have been a big portion but it was just pointless, went straight in the bin. Salt and Pepper Tofu: I've eaten Salt and Pepper Tofu all around the world, this was nothing like any I had eaten anywhere, didn't even come close to resembling a Salt & Pepper dish, soggy tofu, soggy batter and just not the correct taste. The chips, re-cooked, pre-cooked, hard to tell, dry and dreadful. They have a huge menu, but I think they should concentrate less on quantity and more on quality, less is more etc.

Absolutely awful could not eat as so full of salt. No other flavour than salt in all dishes. I have high blood pressure so couldn’t eat the food thirsty after each bite. Wasted money tonight.

Called in to collect a menu as the website was difficult to use on my phone.

Excellent meal - we had the special for 4 - enough for 2 sets of meals, maybe more. Hot, delicious and plenty.

Moved here 3yrs ago and had stopped trying chinese take-aways because I was always so disappointed. Went to Lucky House when I'd just finished a 12hr shift and knew the cupboards were bare. Wow, I ordered something simple and was super impressed. The next time I ordered noodles, rice, soup, crispy duck pancakes and sweet and sour pork. Portions are huge, flavour is authentic and super fast delivery. I can't fault it. Its my regular twice a week now. Highly recommend

Special Kung Po with egg fried rice. Absolutely delicious, large portion and quick delivery. Been in the area for a few months now, and wasn't overjoyed with other Chinese offerings in the area. Lucky House all the way now!

Tried for the first time tonight and now will not go elsewhere. They did forget my rice but the portions were so big I had some of my husbands vermicelli. Sweet n sour chicken was really good with quality chicken. Very impressed

Ordered Chai sui fu yung, chips, curry, a portion of beansprouts, and a portion of mushrooms....worst Chinese I have ever had....chips were dry, and chai sui was macerated....curry wasnt nice either...beansprouts and mushrooms were in a thick sauce that was not palatable....threw it in the bin.....cost me £16 ....when I complained today, I was told I should have done it on Friday, when I ordered it....wont be ordering again.....

Very friendly over the phone and extremely patient. My delivery was not your ordinary address and she was happy to assist. Food was still hot and taste great if ever in the area will definitely order from there again. Great value for money

Never been before . But its my chinese from now on . Had ribsx2portions . Chipz n curry sauce .best ribs and curry sauce in the valley . Phone never stopped ringing while i was there 10/10

We have been having a takeaway from Lucky house in Rawtenstall for a long time and the last few times just recently have been very disappointed. It seems like they have got a different chef and would be interested to know if they have. Looks like we are going to have to find a different Chinese takeaway. Very disappointed.

Amazing Chinese excellent food 100% of the time

Generally speaking always excellent food but the chips were very soggy I love crispy chips , that's the only complaint. The food is always piping hot and the place is spotlessly clean

This absolutely a disgrace my dog who loves dry ribs would not even entertain them all our meals were short of flavour WILL NEVER ENTERTAIN THEM AGAIN.

We ordered from here, we got crispy lamb, but was more cremated lamb as so hard i've ended up with cuts & sores in my mouth, the onion rings weren't cooked long enough, the batter was still raw inside, & online it said delivery £1 within 3 mile radius, yet when i rang to complain she said it's £2.50 delivery, i only live 5 minutes up the road if that, will definately never use again

As a chef myself I've always rated the food here but last night's food has not only gave me a bad stomach, the rice was very dry, the curry tasted sour (clearly off), had no no Jung prawns in my mixed curry (usually get at least 3) and the the Asian delivery driver was that rude to me he nearly got a good hiding off me and when I rang takeaway to complaint about the driver they didn't seem to bothered so didn't see point on wasting my time complaining about the food .... Will not be using this place again ever. AVOID IS ALL I CAN SAY

Clean and fresh front-house design. Good communication from staff over the telephone and polite during the order. Seasonal vegetables dish was very good and not smothered in onions like most takeaways. Unfortunately the tofu dishes are cooked in an unusual batter and we found the texture unpleasant. Also loses one star as they do not accept CARD PAYMENT which is most inconvenient - especially with closest ATM on Bank Street.

Lived all over the country and Chinese is my favourite food and I’ve never found a Chinese as good at this one amazing. Used to be happy valley in bacup that is why happy valley has gone down hill. Glad I’ve found you again best Chinese eva thanks for you great food

Tried Lucky house for the first time on Saturday... overall the food was good !! Salt n Pepper Chicken spot on, also beef curry was very good.... Salt n Pepper Squid was ok ... but that’s probably because I prefer smaller pieces and these were huge. I will definitely try some more dishes.
