This is ok venue the price of it 0.0s are a joke 4.50 and it need to freshen up it act when got a live perfomer top staff there and much inprove bouncers it fit the perpus for rawtenstall more no rival bar

Nice spot for the last couple of drinks of the evening. The place was busy but didn't take long to get served.

Just not really my sort of place

I’ve been in tonight and totally shocked by the behaviour of the the bouncers … first of all the guy they kicked out wasn’t at fault but the young guy was I witnessed it and to make Matters worse the young lad was laughing so I challenged the bouncer ( 53 year old women) next I was taken out the back door totally disgusted how I was treated only saying that the young lad was in the wrong. These bouncer need to check themselves before blaming the wrong people … shocked

First visit to Blind Tiger for a while. Still good service & friendly staff but very disappointing to find out that cash is NOT accepted. Luckily 3 in our group of 6 had debit cards or we would have had to leave. Customers should be given the choice of paying in cash or by card.

Poor management, badly managed toilets

Well good here, bottomless brunch is fab! Food was lovely and drinks kept coming. Really good night.

I was told as I was wearing 'sports' shorts that I can't enter!!! Its a bloody heatwave! Also pointed to him that they have leaves on and they aren't sports shorts. Also apparently £10 a pint so probs best to stay away

Would love to say something about the vibe, food, drinks etc but didn't even get in. Turned up with my £100 shoes and told 'no trainers'. Well, they're not trainers dude. Not even a chance to sit outside. Seems to be that you go in business shoes or high heels, which I doubt. I think they just couldn't be bothered serving and blamed the whole thing on 'the boss'. I assume not Springsteen. Pretty unfriendly place for the Valley.

Staff is the only decent thing about them, they already lost their best, Greg is good but truth is they currently csre more about making money back from covid than their consumer. Not as good as it was pre covid.

Came here as part of a birthday pub crawl and had a fab night. The atmosphere is great and outside tables have heat lamps above them which was a huge plus. Drinks were great but on the more expensive side, between our group of 8 we spent a small fortune (was well worth the 50p-£1 extra per drink to sit in a nice place). Ended up staying here most of the night thanks to the AMAZING customer service from Jason who really made the evening for us all and was super helpful, polite and charismatic! He was absolutely above and beyond !! Overall a great place with great staff, would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic, we visited with friends on Saturday 8th May. During restrictions, so we could only sit outside. Service was super quick, area was well set out so that you couldn't mix too closely(because of government lockdown restrictions). Drinks were good quality. Highly recommended.

Favourite bar in Rawtenstall, top music, great atmosphere and top notch customer service! Would highly recommend if you like indie/rock and live music. Wide variety of drinks on offer, slap bang in the middle of great takeaways when you need to soak them up, perfect!

Thanks for staying open Bank Holiday Monday when everywhere else closed due to the terrible weather!

90 minutes for cold food and the bar manager was argumentative and rude, and when paying the bill he said have we not noticed how busy it was and they had given us 40% off so what's the problem. Oh my sincerest apologies that you couldn't cope with the handful of tables you had in with the 8 staff that I counted, two of which waited just as long as us and sent thier food back. Don't go here to eat if you're in a rush, want to eat together or want it hot, as they will only make you feel like you are an inconvenience

A great pub with an amazing atmosphere and perfect as a live music venue with a professional house sound and lighting system. I look forward to going back for another fab night.

Ok..Where shall i start. A friend of mine got in touch recently to tell me about a caribean themed weekend that was happening in Rawtenstall. The event was at a Bar/music venue on "Brook st" called the "Blind Tiger". Cut a long story short we headed over there..There was an excellent live "Reggae band" (From M/cr) performing and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. No dress code but people were generally smartly dressed and very "chatty". Im not really an "alco" drinker but soft drinks were also served.The music/band had everyone in the place dancing and wanting more. The bar was well stocked with all the favourite brands and snacks. However I didnt see any hot food being served. You wont be disappointed if you pay a visit. wear your dancing shoes.Very friendly, cheerful and smiling bar staff. There's also an outside area for those "al fresco"boozers. I hope to go there again soon....

Better bars in rawtenstall and cheaper

I do like this little place. Always has a good atmosphere. Drinks seemed a little pricey but they had entertainment on so that made up for it. Had a couple of drinks at the bar and then sat upstairs at a table. Staff and bouncer that night both seemed sound.

Lovely place, fantastic night out, some great live bands and an enthusiastic music loving clientele. Cheap ale and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more. Special thanks go to the sound engineer Kieran and the in house PA system which makes playing the venue a stress free experience!

Decent rum and gin selection . "Craft" beer from brewdog and pizzas for scran. Live music but does get crowded quickly

Now Blind Tiger it remains an excellent bar and live music venue. A visit here will not disappoint.

I gave this 4 stars even though for me its really a 3. The reason is its just not my sort of place. In the evening they have live acts on and its insanely loud mostly because the place is tiny and there is no real decor to absorb the sound. In the day however its more sedate and there is a seating area outside albeit next to a major road. The drinks are expensive and the seating very limited. Mainly popular with types that like to pretend they have a lot of money and fans of live bands. Good place if you like that sort of stuff try it as its very popular.

Excellent spot for live music, bands, DJ's. Good beer - cask ales.
