They take your money then don’t deliver for an hour and a half and they don’t answer the phone

The food used to be great. Sloppy but gorgeous tasting Lasagne. Since Jan the quality & quantity has gone right down. I didn't even eat the last Lasagne I ordered as it was horrible. Really disappointed. Also Not happy at being charged £1.50 for a can of coke. Bit of a rip off

Just awful. 2.5hrs for a takeaway to arrive, still a bit warm. Anaemic sausage on the pizza. Spag cabonara was part cooked spaghetti in pool of butter with bits of cheap packet ham. Onion rings were not delivered. Calamari rubbery. Dont waste your money. One star for the canneloni which was ok.

Ordered a few time it's Really really great food, good portions for the price. But really terrible delivery times food is still warm on arrival but takes too long over 2 hours

Would give zero if I could. Ordered several meals after moving house. After an hour and a half the delivery driver called for directions. Turns out he was only 2 minutes away so we gave him directions. After a minute rge driver put the phone down. Numerous calls back were ignored. After 20 minutes I called the shop. This was one of 4 calls. On 3 of them I was told " I don't understand English " and the phone was put down. On the 4th I apparently spoke to a customer! Appaling!!! Save your money and go elsewhere.

Ordered calzone with 3 vegetable ingredients. Was something unidentifiable inside it. When I phoned I was told this was Bolognese sauce with meat. This is entirely unacceptable for a calzone with 3 vegetable ingredients to have meet added to it.

I had a hard day in my new job and me and my boyfriend go to mediterrano we a lovely meal and the owner was very friendly to us both the food was amazing we highly recommend everybody to go to this restaurant as the food is so tasty and refreshing.

Our first time ordering from Mediterrano. We've had delicious pizzas delivered from here tonight; great toppings and the best pizza base I've had in a while. Was delivered in good time, really pleased with the whole experience. Will definitely be ordering again.

First time customer and really disappointed with the service and food. Ordered King Prawn starter which was ok but only had four prawns and it cost £8.. Also had a mix Kebab, the meat is inedible due to it being tough and fatty. This cost £14, and they charged me for chips which wasnt needed as some chips come with the kebab. It was also difficult to understand the person who took my order. The delivery guy was friendly. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered a delivery via Rossendale Eats but name was Mediterano, even though if you look at address it's Spaghetti Della Casa. I've never had a bad takeaway but tonight's tea was not very nice. Chicken was bland, onions and peppers were practically black and covered in oil. Holloumi coating was not nice. Removed it in order to eat. Pizza dough was thick one side and thin on the other. Over £30 spent.

Quality of food was much lower than usual from this establishment to the point where we threw it away after only a few mouthfuls. Dishes had a different look and consistency to how they usually appear. Even the food containers were different. It makes me wonder if there has been a change in ownership or at least the kitchen staff. This used to be my favourite takeaway but, unfortunately, I don’t think I will be ordering from here anymore.

food stone cold except for chicken wings, the cold drinks was but in with the chip which was stone cold and warm cans. pizzas was cold food arrived 1 hour late. very angry and disappointed when spent £45

King prawns in butter were the best I’ve ever had! Amazing

Pasta was delicious!! However garlic bread was slightly cold, but obviously not their fault. It didn’t even matter that it was cold because it was also very nice.

they garlic bread was sweet. the fish cakes were over cooked. The cannelloni pancakes were burnt and the sauce was so salty it was all inedible.

£49 worth of food and i was unfortunately very shocked by the quality. nothing was enjoyed. it was cold too

Food was delicious! First time ordering,will deffo be back. Pizza was light and crispy and so was the garlic bread with cheese. Ribs, fantastic…Would you do the rib sauce on its own with no ribs? I could bathe in it!!

Lovely food. could tell it was fresh. will definitely be ordering again. The chicken burger was huge tasted lovely with fresh salad. The pasta was fresh and tasty and the garlic bread and pizza were so nice.

Took well over an hour to arrive, the food itself was nice, but the portion sizes were shocking. A portion of meatballs that only comes with 3 meatballs, and they were tiny. Like the frozen ones you get in a big pack.

We order a lot from here normally would give 5 stars but was very salty this time it was almost fully inedible , and the wrong meatballs was sent & was so spicy my son couldn’t eat them.

The food was okay- the pesto garlic bread was genuinely delicious! But the salmon tasted kinda funky and the pasta didn’t have much flavour.

Ordered carbonara, was contaminated with octopus tentacles found within my meal, as someone who doesnt eat seafood it put me off completely. also ordered a seafood Risotto for someone else and they sent a spaghetti Bolognese. Will not be re-ordering! had to call them to argue the wrong item was received and asked if we were happy with the spaghetti Bolognese, we had to wait another 40 minutes for the correct item to be delivered

Food was terrible. The tomato garlic bread had clumps of garlic just dolloped on under the tomato sauce. The only positive to this is that the food was piping hot when it got to me. The pasta I ordered was a creamy pesto and chicken pasta. It clumped up and was very oily. I wouldn’t order again as I couldn’t finish it due to the taste

I've had a few takeaways previous to this one which have been fairly good. Today i tried fish cakes it should be taken off the menu as I wouldn't pay for that in a restaurant, the dog ended up eating them, looked like something from the freezer in b&m. Tuna salad ok too much over powering dressing. Seafood tagliatelle not able to finish something a bit off about the taste and the bits of fish used

There was not much asparagus in the pasta but it was very tasty.

Exceptional. Ordered a steak/chicken/kebab mixed grill with chips and cheese and a BBQ pizza with a side of onion rings. Absolutely delicious. The meat on the mixed grill was cooked to perfection, it literally melted in your mouth. The pizza was also equally as delicious as were the onion rings. Could not fault the order at all! Would definitely order from here again. Wished I’d known about them sooner to be honest, I’m grieving the food I could have eaten.

The pizza & calzone were really nice, but the lasagna was odd, no tomato sauce, barely any meat & just caked in a sickly cheese sauce. It's a shame, their food is usually really good.

First time ordering and will be the last.. the garlic mushrooms had no flavour to them at all was disappointing. The only thing that was nice was the garlic bread, and the chocolate cake was disgusting.

Finally a proper Italian! Quality pizza dough, good chips, tasty risotto and truly divine stuffed vine leaves. Even the grilled halloumi made it to us warm and fresh. Can't praise enough

The food was really good, but ruined by the delivery drivers rudeness insisting I "MUST UPDATE MY ADDRESS" as his phone took him somewhere else. My address was/is correct. Lived here 5 years, plenty of takeaways/deliveries etc and never an issue. A simple sorry, struggled to find it (or a phone call to ask directions!)

The food was only just about warm when I received it so I was disappointed as I’ve ordered from here before and that wasn’t the case. Perhaps a busy evening.

The delivery driver was very rude. While he delivered it on time which I am thankful for, I have a medical condition which means that I sometimes need to be in the bathroom for some time and because I couldn't make it immediately to the door he almost drove off with my food.

Everything was amazing. Garlic bread was clearly prepared from fresh as I could taste & feel the semolina flour granules. Chicken was a really good portion, seasoned very well and the sauce was delicious. Fries were very tasty with just the right amount of seasoning and had a nice crunch to them. Tiramisu is lovely, not too overpowering with coffee like many places. This is easily the best takeaway that delivers to my area and these guys never disappoint. Thank you 🙏

Disgusting! Said would be delivered in 30mins and took 1hr 20. Called and told was 2-3 minutes away. 15 minutes after that it arrived stone cold. Cheese was rock hard anyway with being left so long from when cooked ‘fresh’. Had to re heat. Honestly wish I had give £30 to a rough sleeper rather than a waste a penny on this muck. Please please do not waste your money… buy a packet of pasta and a jar of sauce and save yourself the £28!!
