AVOID this was absolutely the worst experience we have had..... ever !! Food - totally in edible! not that there was much in the counter and no gravy!! No utensils to get food, he used his hands to throw the cold yorkshire puddings in a tray Service - what service !? No explanation offered Restaurant - Tables were sticky Cook/ Owner ?? (definitely not a chef!) the rudest, offensive man, no manners and very angry about something!! Have you even worked in hospitality before??? We demanded our money back and left! We will never ever step foot in the place again, perhaps this is why the place had very few customers!?

So to start I have to say the customer service at this place is beyond a joke. The employees are rude, unhelpful, arrogant and lack any sort of pride in their work or customer satisfaction. These people carry your brand, are subway not ashamed to have staff like this representing them? It's even more disappointing as a majority of your customers like myself are relatives of people at the hospital and could probably do with some compassionate service at the time. I visited today 24.05.25 at around 1.30pm. I entered the restaurant and asked what deals and offers they had today. A blonde haired girl replied "none" I said you don't have any deals at all she looked at me as though I had farted and said "NO!" so I looked at the board and there in full view was a subway saver deal. I asked "isn't that a deal" and she replied "oh" scowled and turned away. I said "forget it" and left. So clearly the customer service as u can imagine was lacking to say the least but upon curiously looking over your reviews it seems this girl is mentioned in a few and has been upsetting people for a while. Although not in a position to tell you but maybe as a suggestion this girl needs some fast customer service retraining as a matter of urgency. Usually I would say I won't return as I bet many have, but I'm going to. Just to see if she has been reprimanded and her representation of subway staff and business as a whole has improved or not.

Tried the Sherwood for the first time & unfortunately it will be the last Some of the food portions were really small for the price, ordered a boneless southern fried chicken starter which was £5.99, I was shocked when it came out to see 3 tiny southern fried chicken nuggets, had to order a second portion which worked out at £11.98 for what was 6 tiny chicken nuggets, cheesy chips portion was also the smallest I have seen anywhere The flatbreads & mixed grill we ordered were value for money Bar service was slow & people who came up to the bar after me were being served before me I had relatives visiting from Wales on the visit which made it even more disappointing

Really lovely Costa. Friendly and efficient staff. Served by Ryan, who was very helpful and made us feel very welcome . Will definitely return 🙂

I ordered a sandwich platter just the day before a 50th Celebration at Royal Preston Hospital the staff so helpful when ordering and collecting the platter I have always used Greggs as I just never thought of Subway but will never go to Greggs again went Tues to order 3 platters for Thursday and the said it wasn’t long enough at least 2 days before so I will always use Subway now good price beautiful food and fantastic staff thank you

I am disgusted that Edward Booth is penalising his regular customers by inflicting a one hour time restriction on spending money {to enhance his cushy lifestyle) I understand that it is inconvenient that hospital visitors abuse the carpark making it difficult for shoppers to park, but a better solution should be found. When I voiced my feelings to a member of staff I was asked if I had any suggestions to alleviate the problems (yes many) pay me Edward and I will share my ideas! Meanwhile I will vote with my feet (well car really) my local corner shop, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Tesco will be my "go to" shops in the future. EDWARD, you had two left feet when we all went to the Top Rank Ballroom, you still have two left feet shunning all the people who have made you rich. Hopefully (like Woolworths - booths will become a thing of the past and a better company will take over the running of the shop.

Waited in que for half n hour. People arguing with staff. N getting fed up. When we finally got food it was stone cold. Didn't want to wait any longer. But not going there again!

Asked for a regular portion of fries and this was how much I was given and when I said this was a very small portion I was told, that she’s only obligated to give me 4 pieces. I have ordered these multiple times in other locations and got almost 4 times as much as this. Absolutely ridiculous, they portion and the service, the other server was very apologetic but still unacceptable

Considering I thought we had taken a wrong route and was in the middle of a business park what a surprise it was like a dream the most fabulous bakery I had ever seen, so clean and shiny, full of yummy things cakes both large and small, pies of all sizes butter pie is Dave’s favourite, gorgeous sandwiches and salad boxes, I could go on …. We were recommended to try the Coffee Renoir OMG so lovely, we also got some pies both hot and frozen, a great big cherry pie as we are visiting family at the weekend and quite a lot of other stuff, we will return and will also visit their other outlet listed on the web page, I would like to mention the two lovely ladies who greeted us very warmly (this makes a huge impact in business) their name were Joanne and Leanne so friendly and so helpful
