Wow what a great service & hot latte in morning,really appreciable drink

I love Costa I have never been in one where the service and staff were not excellent! Victoria hospital is no exception! Quick efficient and friendly and the coffee was great too!

Favourite Costa for me whenever I'm in the area, plenty of comfy seating and not quite as noisey as some Costa's can be.

First person tried to say they couldn't put decaffeinated coffee in my order and last time they didn't put the caramel sauce round the inside of the cup. Probably just 1 member of staff who either isn't trained properly or doesn't care as the laughed when I said caffeine keeps me awake all night 😠. The person who did take over was very knowledgeable and even gave us a discount for the inconvenience/confusion the first person had caused. Will try again but if the same happens again won't go back.

Cute little place, but enough seating area for having a coffee or eating a snack. Nice clean, scented toilet (and another one for disabled people). The girl of the staff serving me actually wished me well at my departure. (Which most of Costa staff do at other locations as well). First time here, pleasant experience

Coffee was consistent. Bacon sandwich was substandard. I expect better from Costa. Too fatty and just bacon and bun

Nice and clean no long queues pleasant place for a coffee, shame we don't allow an area where people with dogs can have a coffee inside, after all you allow workers from home to commandeer tables made to occupy four sometimes as many as 5 or 6 taken over leaving not much space for others, designate an area for customers with dogs and an area for home workers. Other establishments do this 🤓

Dont know what it is about costa at the moment... maybe staff turnover, coffee never done right , dirty tables, those that are clean taken up by laptops and an empty cup. Flies on the cakes, even A nasty look when you correct them and say no its skimmed milk..they tip the milk away then proceed to pour in your chosen milk into the jug of wrong milk... er excuse me no !! Clean jug pls

This Costa is always impeccably clean with the friendliest of staff. There is a dizzying array of drinks now as well as many options of hot and cold snacks and desserts. The coffee measures are huge . Being disabled, access is often a problem in coffee shops but not in here. My walking aid had plenty of room and seating was easy to find there is also a love outside area to sit.

All in all, it's a Costa. Some confusion over opening hours. A variety of options when it closes on the net Vs in store. Don't go in to close to closing time. They want you out sharpish.

Better than some branches, tables usually clean, toilet facilities acceptable. Coffee is reasonable, staff friendly, service can be slow, probably due to staffing levels.

We were at the Fulwood Central Costa at 9:15. Where the sugars etc was stored it was very badly stained to the extent that it didn’t look like a few hours since they’d opened. The table we sat at wasn’t terribly clean and the floor was disgusting. There was no way it could and got stained and been full of crumbs in the short period they had been open. Staff were pleasant enough.

I have never had a bad experience. Just great to site down and have a a decent coffee

Mason - what a legend!! I asked him for a Rolo Latte. He informed me that they did Rolo Hot Chocolate or Rolo Milkshake. I advised that ever since the Rolo range landed at Costa, I have been having it as a latte, rather than hot chocolate. He agreed to the adaptation, and informed me that it was supposed to have ended already and that a selection of teas were replacing it (disgusted). I enquired as to when the Hot Cross Bun Latte was returning - he informed me not! (disgusted further) Mason and I continued our conversation (coffee/beverage relevant), which other customers in the queue engaged with also. When he handed me my coffee, he asked if I would like the lid putting on - I said not, and advised him that I had previously been told that they were not allowed to hand me a hot drink without the lid on. He expanded on this policy for my own understanding. Since the Rolo range arrived, I have had one store refuse point blank to serve it as a latte (Cottam Costa) the following day, I went to a competitor and noticed that a number of their specialty syrups were out of stock, the staff member asked me which one was it that I wanted, when I told her, she offered me a solution which stepped outside of brand restrictions in order to serve me a drink I wanted. Thank goodness for this girl - and thank goodness for the Mason's of this world.

Didn't eat anything so can't review. The coffee and rolo hot chocolate were delicious. Costa standards exceeded.

Slow service, cups and teapots not thoroughly cleaned. Fully smell near counter and sticky floor in two places

First time visiting this Costa Coffee restaurant. Excellent service and well prepared drinks and comfortable seating gave us a really good experience.

Nice coffee,but a bit awkward with students sitting in the warmth doing their work on computers...I think we were the only ones that were not students.They were in when we went in and still there when we left.

It's a crying shame the best bacon 🥓 butties have been withdrawn. So sad don't visit as often now

Excellent service, have used the drive through and instore, both hassle free and greeted with pleasant welcoming staff. Love the fact I can get my cappucinos with oatmilk

Might be useful to display your out of stock items on your drive thru menu board - save people joining a queue of other cars who are ordering and waiting for their drinks.

Located central to fulwood its a good place to catchup for a drink with friends, family or a meeting. Lots of car park space and other shops within walking distance.

Always friendly and fun. The manager is lovely and always recognises me and says he. Great coffee - far too addictive!

Great coffee, prices have gone up though.

It wasn't crowded and the atmosphere was pleasant. That allowed me time to look at the menu and were welcoming which was helpful because I have a bit of social anxiety. The coffee was good.

Its another Costa, one of 3 in my locale this being the largest with a drive through. There is a good selection of food here, particularly the vegan options and the drinks are satisfying and of a good quality. What let's it's down is the service which can be hit and miss at times. Slow to serve at times theit doesn't always seem to be the full compliment of staff one might expect for a store of this size. I think the drive through traffic gets priority over sit-in customers.

Sunday morning, 11.30ish, Staff pleasant and good coffee, lost stars, no lemon muffins, no blueberry muffins, the egg, mushroom and spinach bap, never got the red sauce asked for, one leaf of spinach 🤔😂😂😂

Awful place, EVERY table was dirty with crockery on, the place was quiet and staff stood talking, walked past dirty tables and customers were getting hand sanitizer to clean them themselves!

This is a well managed coffee shop with friendly and efficient staff.

Love Costa but on this occasion hardly any of the things we wanted in stock, usually a 4 star but not this time. There is the occasional totally rubbish drink, regular latte might as well have been cup of warm milk, I don't want to be harsh but at £3.15 a cup I expect great coffee. Not sure if the shot was in the cup or not?? I have to be honest not had one bad drink from any Starbucks I have ever visited, with Costa sometimes the drinks are good and other times they are not. Starbucks is definitely a stronger brew.

Staff rude at the drive through. Thought it was a one of last time, which even my kids picked up on. Wont be visiting again. I'll stick to Starbucks.

Asked for 3 bacon barms twice and she still got it wrong the sandwiches came and the bacon was still breathing absolutely rubbish and cost me £8.40 ruined my morning

Went in for a bite to eat and coffee on a quiet Sunday morning, service was good but not much more exciting than that. Did have to move seats after a group of 3 blokes decided the best place to sit in an entire Coffee shop that was occupied by me my partner and two other people about 4 tables away was... right behind us, I mean what's all that about, probably type of blokes that park right next to you in an empty carpark. Anyway that was nowt to do with Costa which was ok!

Worst Costa ive been to. Been several times whilst shopping on retail park and always been an issue. Had to send coffee back 3 times as barista just cannot make a flat white. Lattes been cold and scolding hot. One told me babycino chocolate doesnt come with flake when it does and since opened never had newspapers in shop as apparently have a ‘delivery problem’! Go get em from Asda then 5 min walk away! Now considerably improved!

Absolute shambles of service waited 20 mins for 2 drinks and then asked what my order was inexperienced staff left to fend for themselves no disrespect to them but bad management if you ask me. Not the 1st time I've had bad experience here just not coming back sorry 😐

When using drive thru you don't expect to wait 15 minutes plus in waiting area only to find you have to go inside to ask where your order is! Hot chocolate was fab! Lady inside who got our order was amazing. Thank you!

As usual I was not disappointed with my visit. Clean facilities in pleasant surroundings made the experience all the more enjoyable. I don't feel I need to comment on the quality of the drinks on offer, as I am never disappointed. Well recommended, will no doubt return. 👌

The drive through was good apart from the tight left hand turn which caught a couple of people out

This is my daily coffee retreat. All thru lockdown. Never fail to serve me with a smile. Never had a problem with my drinks. These guys are great. Flora who seems to be the boss is fab and quick to resolve any problems

Waited outside for 15 minutes to be informed that they were doing drive through only due to only having 2 staff.......Could have put a sign up. Very poor service from what is my normal "Go to " Coffee house.

Sat inside the costa and ordered off the app, selected the costa which was in my geographical location. Paid etc.etc. turns out the one I selected was a few miles down the road, (not according to the app) and the staff told me that they knew of this issue but reccomended I drove to the other costa instead of giving me a sensible solution I.e. making my drinks in that costa.

Nice new place however there are some staff that cant make coffee for example they put hot chocolate powder into my latte. However there are some good staff that can make good coffee so hit and miss

No semi skimmed milk Coffee to hot to drink, so bout half later ok to drink Did order a latte, think I got a normal coffee Was not nice at all, watered the grass with it

I was charged £3.95 for a £2.58 tomato soup. Once i pointed it out I was refunded the difference but it did take sometime for the lady to figure it out as she had to call the manager to help her out. That was a bit annoying because I was holding some people up behind me but besides that it was a decent experience. Clean chairs, chill atmosphere, hand sanitiser by the entrance. Not much else to say about it.
