Greggs in Preston

Shocking, half my food is missing, most of the food was cold. Rang the store and she laughed and put the phone down

Food came quick and quality is good

food arrived at a good temperature, very tasty food, ordered 3 breakfast baguettes, and 3 portions of hash browns, cannot fault you, kids enjoyed it, thank you

He’s was absolutely useless I would of been better going my self everything was cold when he finally got here

Got a free sausage roll. It wasn't over £15. Got a little note with it. So cute. Great food as always.

Terrible here shelfs with sandwiches etc always empty and hot food stone cold !! Who wants a stone cold steak bake or cheese pasty no thanks .

very pleasant driver even left a note and sure it won't have been his fault. however considering the fee food took close to an hour for such a short distance.

delivery had a bacon breakfast baguette but I ordered sausage and bacon, with extra sausage and bacon. very disappointed. quality was good, but not what I ordered.

Missing six slices off my order , should of got 6 pepperoni, 6 mexico only recieved , only got 3 of each

Went in for a quick bite qnd the food was good, lack of stuff on display. The floors dirty covered in rubbish and crumbs. Un usable seats because of the rubbish and had 0 sugar and we were un able to drink our brews due to the lack of sugar what a waste

There’s always something missing from the order. I can’t comprehend how the staff lack the ability to read.

Everything was freezing, they put cold drinks in with hot food, didn’t send the two hot chocolates and didn’t follow order notes at all.

Alex called me from the store to say there was an issue with the order, beyond their control, and was happy to substitute items to correct it. Overall, great service and communication. High quality scran is standard for Greggs.

Pies are good, but they need to bring back the meat and potato pasties

I don’t know where you get some of these people from, but they can’t even pack a couple things into our bag. I was missing my sausage bean cheese melt. I only order a couple of things and I have this one thing missing was my half of the meal letdown.com.

Always simple but good quality stuff, the hot food being kept at a sensible temperature so you can eat right away. Prices are very reasonable, and the service is excellent. Recommended!

drives past street adding extra time. food cold. poor manners not closing gate behind them despite it being closed when they arrived and notice asking to close the gate. pulled a face when reminded he hadn't closed the gate

Delicious pizza and sausage rolls. I am thrilled with the food I ordered. It was super hot, arrived earlier than anticipated too. Its a greggs, standard everything

The bun and bacon taste was a 5 and had the bacon been hot rather than Luke warm and had the choice of buttering the bun so not as dry it would of been a 5 without doubt. The prices was very good as they was not shy with the bacon like most.

Very late to deliver. Rang store was informed driver hasn’t swiped collected - surely that’s the store’s responsibility to ensure the driver had done so. Delivered hot drinks 30 mins late and yes they were cold suprise suprise.

No pizza no cookies no tuna baguette

Can be hit and miss. Sometimes the food will be piping hot, sometimes it can be cold and taste stale. Queues can be long depending on when you go in

Its your typical Greg's, if I had one small criticism it is thay they need more staff at busy times. But otherwise spot on.
