Always amazing, lamb chops perfectly cooked, no dryness amazing.

Always good to visit very quick service if you want a big plate of delicious food then go here you will be happy no matter what you ordered. Sit in is a bit of a hit and miss it can be very busy but they go take aways. Special sauce is on the table make use of it👌

If I had to recommend one place in Preston this would be it. Delicious food, can be really busy at times but that’s because it’s that good, I usually place a phone order and collect when I know it’s quiet, you can eat inside. I get the shawarma with rice usually , best chicken and rice in Preston for me, the Jamaican jerk chicken is really tender and another item I’d recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Love this place great food, amazing staff. The taste is mind blowing. Mediterranean food is usually quite bland due to the traditional element. However Jaffa offer a unique taste and a great experience.

Been a few times and enjoyed everything I've tried so far. The creamy penne pasta and the jerk chicken with rice are my personal favourites here. The food and service is great. The only downside for me is that they do not accept card payment but otherwise everything is good.

Second time going and honestly it’s one of the nicest places for food, nice big portions and so much flavour. The workers also go above and beyond to make sure everything’s perfect during your time there.

They keep increasing the prices each and year but their service and quantity keeps reducing. Very overprice and they do not take cards either. They pay no taxes by charging you with cash but they price keep going up all the time. Wondering how the tax man allows it. Will never use it again.

The most unprofessional and rude staff. Had a party of 7 and they rushed us not long after we got our meals. One lady came to us and told us we had 5 minutes to get out. We were sat waiting for our food longer than having time to eat it. Such a shame as I have been going to jaffas when it first opened. Always felt the staff to be rude however my most recent time will be my last time visiting. Didn't even have the chance to finish half of my meal as their ridiculous behaviour meant we were pushed and forced to leave. Customers sympathised with us and have expressed they have had similar experiences with the staff

Brought here today by a friend we had been visiting. He told us it’s one of two place he eats in Preston and we can see why. The food was fresh and delicious. Very well made and very flavourful. When we come back to visit we will be back here again

Awesome place, even it doesn’t look welcoming from the outside! Food is great, delicious and for a great price. Totally recommendable. However, limited space, no option for reservation, no credit payment and they kick you out as soon as possible, they even push you to eat faster. Very pity.

Absolutely fantastic food - my favourite place to eat in Preston. Love the Chicken Shawarma and Jaffa rice and hummus! Just as a sidenote the restaurant is card only but there is a cash machine at Tesco just up the road.

I went to Jaffa yesterday and was quite disappointed with my experience. The rice I received was severely undercooked, resulting in a hard and unpleasant texture. This was particularly disappointing considering the high price I paid for the meal. The undercooked rice significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish. The service was poor as I was waiting much longer than I was told, and the subpar quality of the food left me with a less than satisfactory impression. I hope they can improve the cooking standards in the future.

Wonderful food and wonderful service! I've always enjoyed eating here and consider it one of my fave places to eat in Preston. I always recommend it to friends who visit as the food is always good quality and as is the service! I have never been disappointed eating here! Highly recommend!

My favorite Mediterranean restaurant in Preston! They always make good kebabs with tasty rice. Their wedges are really nice too so I usually ask them to have both for my side. I recommend to get their special sauce as well it's better than ketchup or mayonnaise.

The first time I went here I enjoyed such a culinary delight. Tasty, mouth watering, succulent dishes that are amazing. However when I was leaving I saw a pizza, I knew then and there I needed to go back a try one. I was not wrong to feel that way. Tonight I had a pizza from there and I can easily say it's the best pizza I've ever had. Do yourself a flavour favour and try your hand at this den of delights!

Really lovely food! I got lamb chops and rice but wish I got the mix grill - rice was so tasteful and lamb chops were nice, maybe just a little bit more salt but would definitely recommend everyone to go and try it - only downside is there's no card but can use bank transfer

Went here on a recommendation to have the jerk chicken and rice dish and was very disappointed. All you could taste was tomato from the sauce they put on top. The chops were nice and I may return if I am in Town to taste the other items on the menu. Oh also that pitta bread served with the Hummus could be improved. Some.nice authentic bread would go down a treat. It's always nice when a starter makes a good impression.

One of my all time favourite places to eat. The service is quick and the food always tasty and cooked to perfection. Mix grill is amazing, you get abit of everything. Cheese Garlic Bread is another level 😋. The ladies who wait on the tables are lovely too, friendly and a nice family vibe. Always busy the place buzzes, no airs and graces so a casual atmosphere. Great place to take kids too you don't feel out of place. Down to earth.

Been to Jaffas many times, food is always consistenly good and the wait times aren't long. It can get busy because many people do visit. Definitely worth trying if you're coming to Preston.

Wow!!! Wow! Wow! I ordered Jerk Chicken on recommendation. This food is outstanding. The rice was lush, soft & tasty and the chicken was mouth watering with the chicken falling off the bone. I would highly recommend this place. In fact less than a week later I’m already ordering from there again. Definitely a 10 out of 10 place. I can’t wait to order other items off the menu. After visiting once again this time as dine in, I have included additional pics from my dine in experience. Staff are super friendly and we didn’t even wait that long for food to be served. Tables are chairs are cleaned really well. Credit to ALL the staff working here for the most pleasant experience. Good place. Very busy. Service is quick. Food is acceptable. We had mixed grill (chips) 17£ second was mostly chips. Suggest take with salad or rice. Single chip but very chewy . Similarly rest of the meat prices were chewy. Also had babganoush 5.4£ and grilled halloumi 6.4£ (both were ok) Overall 3/5 for food quality and taste. Rice dishes seemed to be better due to their rice taste and everybody was ordering food with rice.

If you’re travelling to Preston this is the only place you’d want to eat! The food was so succulent and the environment was really nice to eat in as well 👍

Been going here on & off for best part of 12/13 years since I was at UClan - but Jaffas portion sizes are getting smaller & the prices as going up even faster! Last order I picked up was for Jerk Chicken, the bird hadn’t even been cleaned / plucked properly - there was still a feather piece sticking out! All the guy said on the phone was ‘sorry’!

While in Preston, I came here by accident and I don't regret it at all! When eating at the Jaffa restaurant, you can experience amazing culinary experiences... I have never tasted anything as good as here in the area. The service was quite ok. The owner was extremely charismatic. I recommend.

When it comes to Mediterranean food in Lancashire, nothing even comes close to Jaffas. Definitely up there with the best places to eat in Preston. Their Jamaican jerk chicken with chips/rice is absolutely phenomenal; moist chicken thigh which is cooked to perfection and complimented with a brilliant sauce. Their mixed grills, chops, kebabs are also every nice and the prices are very reasonable. Lastly, the chicken calzone is a must try if you’ve never had it before! Definitely a place I’ll carry on visiting again and again!

Jaffa is hands down the best restaurant in Preston. I make a trip from Wigan especially when I want a delicious and affordable meal. I recommend the Mixed Grill, compliments to the chef!

Hands down the best Lebanese / Mediterranean I've had in the North West plus in the centre of Preston perfect for grabbing food when I'm in town. There is so much to choose from and it's always bustling as it's loved by the locals.

Small fast place restaurant with good variety and food options. The food was delicious but place does need decorating and there is bad smell of damp. Also I am giving three stars as they only accept cash?!

I was in this dirty restaurant today and whilst I was sitting there eating an unhappy customer was very politely complaining about the food being salty which is what I also experienced but couldn’t be bothered complaining as I have no intention to go back after seeing how rude the owner was being to the customer, my meal was completely spoiled by this mans attitude towards the customer he was actually screaming and shouting at the top of his voice whilst there was a shop full of customers !

Extremely rude owner never seen such awful customer service, spent £50 in the shop and we were not happy with one of the items which was £12.90 as all you could taste was salt and was not edible at all. Complained about it and he had the cheek to say there’s nothing wrong with it here is £5 which was more then disrespectful we then told him keep the £5 as you clearly need it more then we do so you can happily feed your children with it. Good luck with your business and I hope you will get the chance to take your money with you when you leave this world!

Been going here years and always been amazing busy and very nice food. However the last few times have been tasteless. Jusy took a visit recently and the shop was empty staff on their phones. The price has doubled and the quality of food just isnt there anymore. Its a shame as it was up there with one of the best in preston.

Staff are very lovely and welcoming, the food is top tier, only 'downside' is its cash only but theres plenty of ATMs around (There's a tesco down the road that's free, others are paid), but it's hardly a game changer

Very poor service! While we were having our meal one of the ladies working there told us to finish quickly in a very rude manner just so another customer could have our seating (even though they were already seated somewhere else). Very racist and rude customer service.

Vibrant, busy and lively is the atmosphere! Friendly, professional and well managed service. This place is always packed! And rightly so, good classic selections on the menu for everyone, their food is lovely, well seasoned, not spicy, great portions. Family friendly with children, clean and very affordable. I'v been a few times now with only Two people at a time, myself and a friend for £25 dinning in, always bring cash. You can order to takeaway aswell but its collection only. Can't wait to go back again. They are very considerate of all their guests and try to be as accomodating as possible.

Hands down the best and tastiest food in Preston, bar none!! Jaffa has become a mainstay for Prestonians and uni students alike over the last few years. It has the most amazing grilled (on a genuine charcoal barbecue) food which you could easily be eating in a Mediterranean country. It’s a bit small and can get cramped when it’s busy (pretty much always to be honest) but I don’t see that as a bad thing. Purely because in my opinion, even if this were twice the size, they’d have no trouble filling it. It’s always very cosmopolitan in here as there are always a great deal of international students frequenting here. 10/10 for the food whether it’s been taken out or eaten in. Top of anyones list for places to eat in Preston! All menu items are halal.
