Orderd on the just eat app for delivery Sunday 20th mid afternoon, a selection of burgers chips drinks ect.when the order arrived we were trying to be handed bags of Asda shopping !!!! We didn't order this......the driver was useless had no clue ,he took the shopping away and that was that no food nothing....I phoned Asda McDonald's and spoke with a nice chap who wasn't surprised at all, he then explained that they were now shut...so lost £23 no food...I put in for a refund on justeat to to sent a reply say no refund as no photo evidence, hilarious as I had nothing to photograph....this place is a joke it's not the first time I've been given wrong order from here. I love to know where my food went and where all the shopping bags went I would hope the person who ordered shopping got them or they will be loads of money down and food...these driver you deal with are a joke.will definitely not be returning.

I ordered my food online and it said it would be here in 20-25 minutes my friends came in 5 minutes and mine is still not here after 1 hour of waiting. I find it appalling that it has not arrived. And I double checked it was ordered.

I went to buy some food for my son and what I got was 1/4 of a cup of Mcflurry and half of portion of Large fries which is absolutely diabolical. Every time I go there its the same thing UNDERFILLING !!! Then they have the nerve to say we do not make PROFIT if we don't this. So cheating customers openly !!! The staff are so rude and do not apologise even when they do wrong. I am definitely reporting this to TRADING STANDARDS as this is just unacceptable to me and others.

Very good choice of menu I ordered my food and we got my food quickly table service was excellent the staff were very friendly and should do table service more often

i waited 10 minutes from placing order to receiving a breakfast for my son(takeaway) I queried it with i presume was a manager who didnt even reply to my query just walked away when i did get the order from another manager there was no apology they seemed to be more concerned with getting just eat orders out when i did get the food my son said it was cold and the hot drink wasnt the right one

Greeted at 10am (opening time) today, Sunday 2nd August by a blonde female manager who proceeded to say, "no food available" (not sorry, no food available or other form of apology). An attempt to ellicit a time when food would be available was met with a shrug of the shoulders as in I don't know or care. We went down to the McDonalds at Riversway instead which was a wholly better experience and subsequently shopped at Morrisons rather than Asda. Avoid like the plague!

Never had a breakfast from here before ad I had the sausage and egg muffin. Very nice and freah - prompt service too

Asda is expensive compared to lidl and aldi don't understand why people shop there. One example is.Old fajita kit in asda £3.89 same one in lidl £1.89 for the same thing.Half the price. I have stopped going now and go to either lidl or aldi. It's a no brainer

اتمنى ان يتواجد اكل حلال هنالـِ أتمكن من اكل وجبه كامله عندهمولكن لامانع في طلب بطاطسهم اللذيذة مع البيبسي و أيضاً الايس كريم في بعض الاوقات.

Place always busy , mainly mothers with young kids something to appease them after a shopping for boring food, " don't scream around the store then get you a happy meal" Myself a nice coffee the new flat whites quite nice, not the usual 99p but so much cheaper than the other coffee stores on the high Street. Pity that the coffee cups get left around asda from shoppers after drank up

Last visit it was not very clean. This time it was immaculate with cleaners wiping tables immediately they were vacated. Breakfast wrap was quickly served and very tasty. Will call again.

Been a few times to Asda McDonald, nice place, always somewhere to sit, helpful stuff, pleasant atmosphere

I went to the store and noticed that the 'cleaners' where using the same cloth to wipe up milk and the tables AND the bin tops. the cloths where also kept on top of the bins where the trays are, spreading germs and bacteria all over the tables. I also bought a coffee which tasted sour and cold! when I reported the coffee they did not believe me and didn't take my complaint into consideration. I am appalled!

Every time I go to ASDA to pick up something small, I end up with a double cheeseburger meal and six chicken nuggets. At least I don't shop hungry...

Been here a few times, staff are always friendly and polite. Food is just as you'd expect, there are often long lines but you never seem to have to wait very long. Restaurant kept clean.

No different to any other macdonalds really service at lunchtime can be time consuming but worth the wait as food is hot and customer care is good with free top up drinks

Often leave my husband with a cup of tea while I go shopping.. When I come back we order our meal. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault the food

No he tenido en estos por un buen rato, pero me dieron 2 cupones (£1. 99 para una gran mac y patatas fritas), así que cogimos la señora como ella merecía un regalo! La verdad es que me pareció bastante bueno. Sin embargo, el lugar es un poco desaliñada, apretadas y el servicio es lento.

Soy un cliente de movilidad reducida que utiliza una silla de ruedas. Sólo puedo movilizar a distancias muy cortas, así que cuando compras muletas en los supermercados a menudo alquilar una moto de movilidad. El Mcdonalds en Asda es muy pequeño y es casi imposible conseguir una silla de ruedas o un scooter a través de la zona de asientos y además hay gente de fuselaje ancho siempre sentado en la mesa asignada para los discapacitados.

Ir con bastante regularidad y estoy acostumbrado a ser ocupados, pero realmente se tomaron el mickey hoy. Llegamos a 10. 00 como mi hijo tenía una cita los ópticos en 10. 30 en el supermercado Asda así a tratar dijo que podría haber un desayuno un macdonalds. Cola un rato, puse mi orden una salchicha y huevos, un panecillo comida y cena muffin de bacon y huevos 3 croquetas de patata. Nada fuera de lo normal. Entonces me paraba allí, y se quedó allí, y se quedó allí. Gente que había venido después me estaban recibiendo sus artículos (desayuno magdalenas con croquetas de patata. Me preguntó qué la) retraso, me dijeron que era el hash browns, pero había visto ellos sirven croquetas de patata a numerosos miembros del personal asda. Después de 15 minutos finalmente conseguimos nuestro desayuno, lo que por desgracia no pudimos terminar como mi hijo hubiera sido tarde para su nombramiento.

McDonalds bastante estándar. Demasiado larga cola mientras estuvimos allí. Personal educado, asientos limitados y ruido ambiente.

I am referring to the Docks restaurant, I usually order by drive through and they always get my order wrong. Their ice-cream machine is always broken. I only go there if necessary. Toilets are usually unattended, dirty .

Popped in here when shopping in Saturday morning.Good to see Staff ensuring kids high chairs all clean, using anti bacterial cleaner.Fast service, but my sausage & egg Mcmuffin could have done to be hot, rather than warm. Some staff look untidy.Restaurant clean and tidy.

All I can say is don't eat here. They NEVER have your order ready . You either have to stand in the way of everyone for 10 mins whilst they make your order or they bring it to your table, usually half wrong and cold.

Now then now then as an unacceptable corporate monolith McDonald's does indeed seek to plumb the depths of unethical and unhealthy cheap fast food provision. But it is like pot noodles .. every so often you try it just because, there is some appeal and you forgot why eating them is a really bad idea.So anyway onto this particular McDonald outlet. As a part of an empire producing low cost food based on pink slime (or so it is reported) McDonald's in Pitman way really do work at maxing the companies ethos. Service can be slow, the outlet can be dirty, and so on. But our last visit really did hit the peak.In summary service was slow, the outlet was dirty, and food was stone cold. If we really 'must' eat McDonald's we will order a 'grill order' (just ask for something either extra or less, for example 'extra pickle' or 'no pickle') which means that they have to cook a new one and avoid the Big Macs that have sat congealing for the last 45 minutes. So the burgers were OK but chips were pretty much stone cold.I would have complained, but this is not the first time this has been a problem with this McDonald's, and the reason we ordered 'fast food' was because we were short on time. Getting fresh food at Pitman way McDonald's is the exception from here congealing cold food is the standard. This review could have been even worse as every once in a while we are in more of a rush and don't 'grill order' burgers. We have even done this once or twice here ..

This restaurant is situated within an Asda Store and is a convenient restaurant prior to shopping at the store. On occasions the service here is quite slow. The restaurant can be very busy at times & very untidy a a result. There is only ever one person on cleaning duties and the standard of cleaning suffers as a result. The layout of this restaurant is very poor there are too many chairs & tables which are very poorly laid out. Most of the time it is extremely difficult to make your way through the restaurant from one side to the other. I must admit that i am surprised at the difficulty for any wheelchair access into the main areas of the restaurant. The only really open area is the queuing area in front of the service area.

Popped in while in Asda for a breakfast. Had a double bacon & egg Mcmuffin with hash brown which was ok, but nothing special, served by a untidy & scruffy member of staff. Am not inspired to return - would have been better to buy a sandwich and eat it in the car!

arguing managers. crew members unpolite. fries where cold. dining area was a mess. usual maccies atmosphere.

Never very friendly but as its always busy the food is hot which is great .restaurant clean and its nice to be able to grab something after shopping.

Staff unclean, unshaved, clothes grimy, hair not combed properly. Tables greasy with food on floor. Staff unclear about protocols. Other staff intervening when questions asked to order taker.

Great McDonald's just like any other. Food and drink always same so I can only review location staff and cleanliness. The place is very clean and in the middle of an asda supermarket. Staff are good and do what they can to help. It's such a shame it is not a drive through

Quick Service no problems, would visit again, I think the prices were cheaper than some other mcdonalds I have been too on some of the products

Not a fan of Maccy Ds and never will be. Have tried on numerous occasions and always felt hungry after eating it.

What can I say it is like every other McDonalds I have visited. Staff were pleasant and food just the same as others. But comfy chairs near window and loads of parking. Ideal place if you want your usual McDonalds.
