The BEST Mac n Cheese in MANCHESTER!! Never fails to hit the spot, very friendly staff and a warm welcome greeted us. Ordered an ice cold strawberry milkshake, my wife had lemonchello spritz, we had trickles to start 😋 followed by New Yorker and house fries 👍😋💯 all very nice and 💯 recommend a visit by everyone.

I have being going ro Medos for 3 years and it’s the best cafe known to mankind. Top service, Top friendly staff and also a quiet and enjoyable atmosphere for family and friends. A true blessed cafe with lots of good energy and humble greetings 🙏🏼

Amazing food and a brilliant experience watching it be cooked in front of us. We all ordered different and no one was disappointed. The chef, Julius Ceasar was really lovely, funny and totally made the experience. We’ll be back and will recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Manchester!

If you want a basic Italian restaurant and affordable one then this is it. The popular creamy pasta didn’t taste so great but I enjoyed their cocktail 🥂

Been here 5 times for brunch, Sunday roast, dinner, and casual drinks on weekends. The service is always great: food and drinks are served quickly even during busy times, and the staff are always friendly. At first, it seemed like just a bar, so I didn’t have high hopes for the food — but it’s actually very good! I can’t recommend it enough for both the Sunday roast and dinner. Even though it’s in Ancoats, the prices feel reasonable too.
