DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALD'S.
by far the worst place I've eaten EVER. it was absolutely filthy. Litter everywhere, torn seating and the staff we're rude. No order screen and the staff member calling out the order numbers must have had tonsillitis or something nobody could hear them even when stood at the front. A Father and daughter came in and chose a table whilst waiting after about 15 minutes the daughter went up to see what was happening with their order and it had already been called and was put back on the tray behind the counter sat going cold.
I can't say enough bad things about this place so just save yourself some money and go elsewhere
The year was about 2020. I was just wondering about the different shopping centres in the north of England and perhaps how they really compared. When I found myself in Manchester for the afternoon. I made a B line for the half empty upper floor foodhall and ordered a burger. I was soon aware of a large gang of maybe 15+ young men. They all looked dark skinned or brown. They sat next to me but not all of them were eating burgers. My table was facing theirs but I found it very difficult to look at them without feeling worried that they were all going to try to talk to me at the same time. Or just leave me dangling over the balcony on the high part of the upper landing. Like a scene in the racehorse jockey Frankie Dettori's autobiography.
Needless to say I felt very scared and soon departed the building. I felt a dizzy spell or a vertigo attack or something. Through the thought of being dangled over the balcony like a puppet master's Muppet for the afternoon ❗
We came today long way from deans gate to wimslow road to have proper asian (desi) style food, 1stly we want to sit up stairs but the lady on front line wear black formal outfit denied 2ndly while ordering the food i asked about the taste and difference between the chicken lahori karai, is it similar or its totally diffrent from individuals Menu as we ordered chicken, samosa chat, naan and coke
She started to give explaintion about the prices, this isnt i was asking.
3rdly, i told her to do bit spicy for chicken.
The samosa chat was good but when we took the 1st bit of our main course, terribly spicy it was just give the taste of chillies.
As we were only customers for the whole resturant. The 4 people cant handle 2 of them?
The even worse was jobseekers were coming to ask about the jobs as we all hve diffrent acents, the front line lady couldnt understand what she was saying.. and started making fun of them when they were out. Inappropriate behaviour on till with the guy name sunny she was laughing terribly how pethatic and disgusting, how unproffesional is that as you made spicy but not even asking about the food service they were making fun of us by gossping it. We became so uncomfortable. The even worse was when we payed our bill as we complained about it. But the sunny named man just said OK I TOOK YOU COMPLAIN. we have paid around £30. Instead giving an explaination the lady started giving a creepy smile. Worst experience
Unprofessionals
Mannerless staff
Customer service was really bad . Staff there really needs training , how to be polite and friendly with customers. They show an attitude that they don't care about customers. They totally ignores and stand there . It was a girl and boy when we visited . They were so rude and was not at all interested with the customers. Won't be ever visiting there again just because of bad customer service .

You have to order spicy dishes in this restaurant to eat well. The grilled squid tentacles and the blood curd are both very good, and the Hongji beef noodles are also delicious. I forgot to take pictures of the delicious dishes 😂 I personally feel that the pot-fried pork and pig's trotters are just average, and the pig's trotters have a bit of pig smell 🤣 The downside of this restaurant is that every time I go there, I smell like oil smoke 🥲
Food arrived cold but chips were soggy, wrap was just thrown together. Peri chips had basically no salt on them and were soggy. 100% would not recommend. Driver was rude when called asking where he was 3 times he just hung up.
I have never been so humiliated in my whole life. 1st time visiting Manchester. Arndale centre. The Costa on the bottom floor. 1st of all they wudnt accept my friends money because it was northern Irish. My husband stuck up for her and told the girl it's all Sterling. She then proceeds to tell my husband she wasn't serving him... he then tells me and I go up and ask what the problem was with out money. She said we accept Scottish money but not yours. I told her this was discrimination. She then proceeds to call security and 3 guards ask us to leave with our items even though we paid for sit in. Costa you should be ashamed of yourself. Totally disgusting.

Horrible horrible experience. From the moment we walked in, the owner seemed annoyed at our presence. he kept rushing us when we tried to order even though we were the only customers there. The food was horrible. no salt and dry. The worst part: when another person of his ethnicity walked in, he starded badmouthing us in his native language very oviously. I believe he wanted us to know we were unwelcomed there but too money hungry to turn us away. 1/10
