Ordered F&C and a beer. It was not yet peak and the restaurant was fairly empty. After ordering, it took almost 10 mins for my drink to arrive. The food came later. Regarding the F&C, the fish was loaded with salt which I didn't want so had to scrape it off. Why not let customers add their own? And the mushy peas were a measly portion. Overall enjoyed the food after removing the salt, but please be more generous with the peas.

Pretty big place to have some food and drinks before your flight. You can either order using the QR code or at the bar. Service is pretty fast but since the place is huge, it often takes a while for the tables to get fully cleaned. Since it’s an airport it is busy and load so not a place to relax. Drinks selection is fine. Portions are good. The pie was not bad but not the best I have ever had. Good thing is they have monitors to keep track of your gate and flight.

Excellent service by Sophie, we were quickly seated and everything was explained clearly. It was a busy morning however you wouldn’t notice as food arrived quickly and efficiently. The full English was delicious, lovely cup of tea, great start to our holiday!

We came because it a micro brewery and enjoyed a couple of pints of Trail blazer. Both Nicola and Brad were welcoming giving good customer service. Feedback on the app doesn’t allow for just drinkers

The mayonnaise bottle was empty and even 7 other tables had empty ones. The burger was tasteless. Empty glasses were not taken of the table even though they walked past multiple times and the floor was dirty. Overall not a great experience before our flight

Well what a lovely time me and my Daughter had at The Bridgewater Exchange Manchester. This was before our flight out to Greece! And can honestly say was an all round great experience. From the atmosphere, The food and more importantly the staff especially a young man Harley.

Ordered the Eggs Benedict, presentable enough but the eggs weren’t even runny and it tasted of pure vinegar. Drinks took a long time to come over.

What wonderful staff! Ordered our food as we thought we had plenty of time seeing TUI sent us an email that our flight had changed from 6:10 to 7:15 on 24/9/24. Ordering was straightforward via the QR code, food arrived within 10 mins of placing our order, but when our meals arrived, the departure board changed from "relax" to "now boarding" at 5:55. We never ate our meals, pointed out showing the email that TUI mess up to the young male who said "we'll refund you" as I grab our bags and ran to gate 206. I figured I'll never see my money but I'd rather waste £30 instead of hundreds of pounds trying to catch our cruise ship. Today, I've received the refund,so I just wanted to say thank you...it was extremely busy, food looked delicious, arrived quickly, the staff were professional and their customer service was top notch! You've made my day! The next time we're due to fly from T2, we'll pop in again and eat our meal 😋

Came for a over priced barm and coke zero .. food was left under the heat lamp so the bun fornthe bacon barm was rock hard this was because they put table 21 not 51 where i was sat no apology after we went to find where oir food was .. wont be coming back

Had some time to spare before my flight and headed for dinner. The staff wasn't too motivated, the website didn't work properly, the food took long to be served eventhough there were not too many customers and the worst is that my boyfriend developed stomach issues (luckily after we landed). We had the same meals for the whole day, only here we decided to order something different. Wouldn't go there again :(

Food was pretty good but the service & staff really let this place down. They are polite enough but miserable, slow & lazy. Tables weren't getting cleared. I timed it & almost 30 minutes passed & then they just moved it somewhere else with other tables dirties (see pic). It was busy but staff members often walk past dirty tables talking at a leisurely pace. If I was the manger, I'd be fuming

It’s a bit of a mixed bag especially with delayed flights bringing in more customers than staff so wait times can be around 20 minutes. However, the staff were really friendly and Aaron and Amy were great at following up on our order. If you're around and fancy a pub, it's worth swinging by

I recently visited Bridgewater in T2 and tried the beetroot burger. It was really good! Service was surprisingly quick despite other reviews I also received brilliant service from Brad and Amy, who made the experience even better. Highly recommend checking it out!

Only restaurant open on the night I came strangely enough (but possibly because only 1 flight due to fly from terminal 2 tonight) Greeted by friendly staff Vaisiri who provided the menu and explained options to order/pay. Offered the black pudding mac & cheese which came with a side salad, which did the job. Elderflower G&T was refreshing. Price is as expected at the airport (aka not cheap)

It's pretty empty at 17.30 hrs on a Friday... thought the service would therefore be good/prompt..... wrong! Empty because the place is terrible ...staff really don't care and the food was stone cold. Had to look for my own cutlery and condiments. You expect to pay high prices but a lot more effort is definitely required, I can only describe our whole experience as shockingly bad 👎

Came in with the host at the door and was seated next to a great view of the airfield. Had the Mac & Cheese, very tasty! Will be popping in again before my flight next year.

Decent restraunt if you want a quick bite to eat before getting on your flight. It's expensive, as you should expect, being in an airport - but the quality of food was fantastic in my experience. The table wasn't cleaned upon seating which was a little disappointing but the situation wasn't dire either. Our waitress Aiesha was absolutely wonderful, her optimistic service was a highlight of the experience. I enjoyed my food, which was served promptly without issue, and so did my guests.

We’re in the bar now we have a dragon pass which gives a discount and the barman with the tiny pony tail is so rude and really bad mannered will definitely not be coming in here again shame on you Joseph holts!!!!!

I stood in line waiting to be seated. No staff approached, when they did it was to put something under the hostess stand. He never acknowledged any of us standing there. He just walked away.

Ordered 3 burgers and 3 cokes at the bar. Felt I payed a little less than I should and specifically asked if he had written down 3 of each. I was told he did. We got the 3 cokes but only 1 burger. I could have payed for two more but he demanded me to go back into the queue to do so. Service unacceptable.

I visited this restaurant in a rush before catching a flight, drawn in by their promise of "meals in 10 minutes." With my last bit of cash, I placed an order. What should have been a quick meal turned into a 35-minute wait. Despite repeatedly asking about my food, the staff just brushed me off, saying it would "only be a few more minutes." By the time my food finally arrived, I was already late. I missed my flight. Worse, my wife, already suspicious, now thinks I was lying about my whereabouts and accuses me of cheating. This restaurant has not only ruined my meal but put my entire relationship in jeopardy. All because they couldn’t deliver on their own promise. I will never come back here again. If you're in a rush or value your time, avoid this place at all costs. The smoky chicken Caesar salad tasted awful as well.

Manager is really helpful, one of the staff members actually let me know when my gate is open so I didnt miss my flight. He knew the which flight it was because he was really talktative and sweet. I think his name is dilan or dylan.

Food was below the lowest standard you can think of. The salad was a disgrace & dishonor to the farmer who spend his whole life perfecting his craft. Personel was slow and grumpy. Looks like a 16 year old intern is managing the place.

After ordering the food from the app the wait for most of the meals wasn’t too bad. Although one meal took over an hour after all the other food had been delivered. We asked 4 members of staff to check the meal for us and non of them came back to us to explain what had happened to the food!! When they eventually came back to us they had to ask what we had ordered. Poor attitude from the staff, as if they didn’t care.

Disgusting place. Disinterested staff shove a QR code in your face, and when it doesn't work (the entire website didn't work) they won't take your order and you have to walk to the bar yourself. £11.50 for a beer and a SMALL coke. And when I sat down eventually with my drink I discovered I had sat down in vomit that had been left on the chair. A suitably awful bar for an equally awful airport.

Waited over 40 mins for a drink. Ask for my money back waited another 10 mins just for a refund it wasn’t even that busy.

We arrived there was a queue, but this moved quickly. We were greeted by a loverly young male who showed us to a table. didn’t eat today but I saw plenty of tasty dishes leaving the kitchen. The pub was very busy, I used the QR code to order at the table. The system was easy to use and saved queuing at the bar. The drinks arrived quickly, my wine was chilled to perfection and my husbands larger was of similar quality. Next time I travel I will be sure to return. Thank you for starting our holiday on a great note

Had a horrible experience here. Chicken on my Caesar salad was essentially cold + took nearly 30 minutes to come out despite sign outside saying average 8 minutes. The chips and eggs were relatively stale and the gravy was a watery mess. Staff also seemed disinterested and ignored numerous tables. Do not recommend in the slightest !!!

Hey it's holiday time so everything is good! Mind food was nice service grand and looking at planes and people going on their hols what could be better...oh yeah the cups they were abit stained to day the least; so the advice would be stick to beer the glasses are much cleaner.

We pulled in hear for some breakfast before heading out on our 6am flight, seated fast order taken fast and food came out shortly afterwards the kids loved there’s, I had the vegetarian breakfast which was bob on. My son dropped his wallet and we didn’t notice until we got to Lanzarote , I emailed the company and had a response within 24hr saying they had found it, they offered to send someone to meet us at arrivals when we returned which was just brilliant. Thanks again to all the staff 🙂

I’ve had great experiences here in the past, but this visit was very disappointing, especially since it wasn’t even busy. The food was overcooked and to make matters worse, we were charged for a drink we never ordered. Getting a refund for the drink was a hassle and took way more time and effort than it should have. Unfortunately, this visit has made me reconsider returning.

Lots of seating. Took quite a while for “ table service” to come and take my order. Food arrived looked ok but stone cold. I sent it back. Fresh plate slightly warm bland food but the actual plate was really hot. Left most of the yummy eggs and soggy toast.

visited the bridgewater exhange today. 22/08/2024. At least with a Wetherspoons they have the nerve to charge for what you get..Here you get.. Sticky tables, dirty menus, ridiculous prices. Salad covered in some rank sweet dressing that made it inedible. The worse thing though was my son ordered Mac and Cheese and the waiting staff just threw it down.. no warning how hot the dish was. He burnt himself to the point of a blister. absolutely disgraceful. Avoid at all costs

Visited The Bridgewater Exchange at T2 Manchester Airport when it was quiet. In fact there were probably more staff members than customers. Unfortunately, none of them seemed to be there to do any work. The tables were dirty/sticky as were the menus. I only went in for a ‘quick’ drink - but trying to order it, and then get ice in said drink proved quite a challenge. As for trying to pay for my drink at the end.. not to be repeated.

Nuno asked if we would leave an honest review, his attention to his staff is invaluable the patience he had while under pressure was something you don't see anymore fantastic service all round

Wonderful breakfast, plenty of choice and clean plates all round. The manager was wonderful as was Midhun who really looked after us well. We will be back!!!

Ordered four meals and drinks, drinks arrived first. Then two of the meals arrived, we then waited fifteen minutes for the next meal, and a further five for the final meal. Food was good, but was let down by the waiting time.

Awful place. Members of staff slowly and reluctantly walk around with a ‘I can’t be bothered’ face on. Despite a long queue, tables are left dirty. You’re seated at a sticky table with a sticky menu. Fortunately, we only drank a beer whilst waiting for a flight and did not have to wait for a meal where everything is brown to arrive. If it wasn’t at the airport, this place would never survive.
