Not good dessert recommend don’t go you should try little dessert or Annie’s dessert or heavenly dessert I recommend please this is not nice all the plates were very dirty I request if you don’t want to get allargic and dirty food inside you

The ice cream they sell here is most definitely not gelato! Why label It as that? It doesn’t even taste of ice cream. It just tastes of ice and sugar, no flavour at all. Friendly service but won’t be coming here again. Not going to pay for ice sorry.

Worst ice cream ever tasted. Just mixed sugar in water to make sweet ice. Ice pieces were clearly seen. They even dont know what actually ice cream should like. When showed the staff he said we are not specialist in ice creams.

That is there regular waffle. Instead of saying regular waffle they need to write small half waffle.

Honestly it’s so crazy expensive they provide such basic basic service…. Each ice cream scoop is £3 so if you order 3 flavours its £9 while on the menu it says £5.49…. Not worth the wait Churros had too much cinnamon looked like it was burnt The mango ice cream is just like concentrate not real mango The ferrero Rochelle taste nice 👍🏽

We buy - Churros Outer side overcooked, but inside non cooked. Very poor quality,Not recommended.

I've been here a few times and the desserts are delicious, not too sweet. Great fruit juice, there is a play area for children and you can relax, drink and talk with friends.

Got delivered by deliveroo ordered banoffee crepe the (should've come with tresleches cream) they put some old rotting bananas and on top maple syrup. Utterly disgusting look of that ordered falooda tasted bad. The noodles they put in was rock hard. Please when you are in business of food take care of the taste and the look of the food.

Appalling service, waited nearly 2 hours for delivery. Had to ring 4 times for an update. Each time was told order is on its way. Did the same with the last order. Food was cold when it arrived! Wont be ordering again.

Worst desserts place that i have everbeen bad customer service never get what u want always something missing. When u ask whats missing you will be charged will never go there again

I waited over one hour for my order to be delivered via Uber eats which was within a 1 mile radius of my house. Arrival times was 20-40 minutes originally. No updates given, rang in 3 times asking and was told order should have been delivered but hadn't yet been delivered. Absolutely ridiculous service. And it them arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes late, with the incorrect order, and all melted food!. The shop closed whilst i was trying to ring them over 8 times, saying they'll get me an update but then closed down without having the decency to call me back.

Overcharged me says 6.49 but charged me £7 I know it’s not a lot but could’ve still said.

Getting worse and worse. We've been coming here for tears and it used to be the nicest place. Today for the second time the gelato were half melted and freezer obviously broken... These gelatos are a health hazard!

What a dog awful place to go to. Went in tonight, thought I'd sit in. Water was dripping from either the AC or the roof and the seating area stank. Strawberry milkshake was so bad, 1 sip and in the bin. I'm surprised it's still open. Needs to be shut down ASAP

Woman was very rude they charge 3£ each children in play area like this play area every where free but they charge 3£ and then they have card machine still they say bring cash I never see like this attitude in people Definitely deserve 1 start if it's 0 I give them 0 star So beautiful Staff was very good

£6 for 2 scoops of Ice Cream. Scandalous. Normally £4.50 but because we asked for it in a seperate tub they charged double without even telling us. When i complained i just got a blank look! Never coming back!

Just bought three milk shakes ordered large but got cheated and got one large and two small. When called for customer service they replied that they have mixed the cups and forgot to pour in to the large cups.. So please kindly buyers check their milkshake cup sizes ..

Used to go here a lot sadly it's gone downhill. Asked for Desi tea and was told it would take 15 mins which in my opinion you should have ready like most places, no milk cakes so i ordered a peanut butter stack which looked more like a peanut butter SMASHED it was warmed too much. Our crepe that we ordered was cold and only came with whipped cream only. We also had to wait 20 mins for these disappointing deserts to arrive.

Food is Good But service is Shocking!!!. I recently revisited the shop after a long time, only to find that it has significantly deteriorated. I don't have an issue with the staff being young, but they displayed a complete lack of concern or better customer service. To make matters worse, there is a hole in the floor that poses a safety hazard. I unfortunately twisted my ankle last night because the hole was concealed by a mat with no warning signs. The staff member I approached about this matter showed absolute disregard for my situation. I am extremely angry and could potentially pursue legal action, although I have chosen not to do so. SORTED IT OUT BEFORE SOMEONE GET INJURED SERIOUSLY!⚠️

This place just keeps going downhill. Ordered a large cookie dough and got served a regular one, when I asked about it they lied and said it's large, and that the flavour I ordered comes in smaller sizes compared to others. What sense does that make? They clearly messed up and couldn't be arsed fixing it or refunding me the difference. Not to mention the extortionate prices (£6 for a regular milkshake or slice of cake). Highly recommend avoiding and taking your money elsewhere, absolute scam of a place.

Never again. Just under 3 hours for delivery and half the order was missing. Good luck trying to speak to anyone, they never answer the phone. Give this place a miss.

As usual great customer care by the young lady behind the counter and crepes are as nice as they could be!

Ordered desserts totalling over £60. A few items never arrived. Phoned them. They apologised and said come and get them. I advised them I am unable to, and that it's their fault, they should bring the items out to me. They said OK, kept me waiting but didn't redeliver. I rang again, twice, and they wouldn't answer. The next day I rang to complain, the person who answered didn't have a clue what I was on about. I asked to speak to the manager and got told he's busy. I got my refund through PayPal eventually.

There is no spark in the place like there used to, the customer service was cold, and the toilets are still out of service. There was nowhere for us to wash our hands. We had ordered 2 Large Chocolate Chip Cookie Doughs, a regular Bubblegum milkshake, and a regular Snickers milkshake. The desserts were okay.

Very awful experience. I was here like one or two years ago and it was great, I ordered food and kids were playing. Now, when I just have went in they asked 3 pounds cash each child to use softplay. I paid and went to my table. There another waitress approach me and say I have to order at least 8 pound food so kids can play... So they wanted me pay 14 pounds so two small kids can eat ice cream and play, because I don't think they would eat waffle or sundae, unless it's about wasting food. Not nice experience and question: why you take cash for using softplay and no receipt is given? My daughter really loved this place but they started ripping off people.

I now know why it's always empty! Rude male staff giving me the evil eye, then to make matters worse I discovered they contaminate their desserts! I ordered a strawberry syrup waffle, when it came the syrup had bubbles popping up on the plate, then when I lifted my fork into the waffle strings about a mile long were coming away off my plate!!! So they obviously are spitting in the syrup and desserts and doing God knows what else to the desserts. Disgusting people, shame on them! NEVER going again.

Ice cream was so tasteless hardly any flavour we got 4 between the family and none of them were good. My Oreo milkshake was terrible no Oreo taste at all. A shame to be honest used to be really good.

Terrible. Ice creams were very icy, it was like eating ice. Waffles were dry. Milkshake tasted like medicine. Won’t be visiting again. Waste of time, money and calories!

I’m not much of a dessert person so decided to get some churros and also the chocolate fondue as I felt they won’t be too sweet. The chocolate fondue was perfect with marshmallows, chocolate brownies and strawberries and bananas. The fondue was the perfect sweet fix without being too heavy and the churros were nice and light and with some melted chocolate I enjoyed it very much. I cannot wait to go back. The staff and managers were so nice and friendly.

Order from here every time I'm in the mood for dessert! Big portion sizes and lovely flavour 👌

Been here once. Ordered 2 Oreo Milkshakes. They did other ice creams and shakes and waffles but we just went with the Milkshakes (they probably do more but we were in a rush). They only thing I can say is a bit pricey £4.50 for regular size shake but the shake was nice and they have space at the back to sit down privately. Got served straight away and wasn't waiting long (but we didn't come at busy time) -1 star for being a tad for pricey (sorry guys)

ordered a crepe today, theyve gone very appalling compared to last time. The pancake was too thick, chocolate sauce was used instead of nutella, probably new management. Fix up gelato passion you wastemen I wasted money on an absolutely dead crepe. Big up creams and range dessert.

Cookie dough and ice cream is what I ordered for take out. The cookie dough was awful to be honest uncooked raw and cheap taste is the best way to describe it. BUT if you fancy cheap store bought vanilla ice cream then that's one thing u definitely get. Quality of food has definitely gone down hill. Very disappointed

Poor food quality - The worst waffle I have ever had in the whole of Manchester! The texture of the waffle was dry and had no taste! The table was wobbly which was very annoying! I was table 23 however the guys at table 24 who came in after food arrived first. They only take cash which was a bit of an inconvenience. Which business in this day and age doesn’t take card payments? Falooda was terrible aswell! Honestly guys I have nothing good to say about this place

Very unprofessional staff. Gave cv and was called to come in for training. First it was 2 days (UNPAID) then decided to add another 1. Then invited my brother for training too. Was told we both had the jobs. And will be giving shifts on the Sunday which was 3 days later. Been 2 weeks. The excuse that was used oh the boss had "a lot" on. So why call school leavers to come for training? It wasn't just us . A few ppl they have done this to. They are making ppl do so many hours training, and saying have jobs. But don't contact us. They are calling ppl for free work. Just wanted to give this a notice of what they are doing.

Should change closing time on google. Shop will close at 2am. Went for ice cream at 1.26am and was told everything is closed. Staff seems nice but should have the proper timing on website. Reason for 1 star

Terrible experience, four of us waited 5 mints in the shop hoping someone would take an order but no nobody bothered although 3 staff members were at the counter chatting with each other. Incredible attitude.

Waited 5 minutes for somebody to give us attention, shouted for attention a couple of time, out of three people on the till nobody seemed to be bothered. All they were bothered about was to chat to each other . Wouldn’t recommend.

Scruffy delivery girl ate my waffle because I didn’t recieve it proper little scammers pay £16 for desert for them to just deliver a dumb little chocolate lava cake but she had the cheek to eat my Nutella waffle dont order from here 👋🏼

It is illegal to refuse old £20 bank note yet! So the have committed a crime. Then atleast half an hour to serve 3 cone ice creams and a cup of copoccino which was cold. Upon asking who to and how I complain about it, nothing was provided the bearded gent Was trying to be as nice as he could bless him but the girl on till was rude and ignorant! It was our first time here and shall become the last too.

Came here today and the guy called kaif served me very efficiently and made my Oreo milkshake very nice.

Absolutely disgusting service. Was trying to order my food and the lady with the purple nails walked way mid ordering. Waited 30 minutes for my desert and when i asked how much longer the same lady replied with i don’t know ask someone else whilst rolling her eyes. Then she proceeded to go on her phone. Very slow service, there regular waffle is just 2 small slices of a waffle!! complete rip off for the price they changed more than £5 and not even a full waffle!! Was very disappointing when it arrived after 25 mins of waiting!

I ordered cookie dough and when it came the chocolate syrup is very poor quality, and the layer was very thin, when I spoke to the staff they didn’t listen about my complaint and ignored me, when I spoke to the senior staff member on the counter they answered very rudely and they just said that’s how we make it’s just a rip off It’s my last visit to this place with my family
