The best restaurants in City Centre Manchester North West

Beautiful, very elegant and chosen decoration. Menu of sufficient dishes. I loved the fish and chips, nothing like other places. Good wine list and exquisite desserts. Very friendly and attentive service.

Traditional style pub on the bank of the canal with a distinctly countryside feel to it. Big terrace and 2 floors of indoor seating, plus a huge bar, offering a good selection of ales (incl. hand pulled) and usually fast / efficient service. Food is traditional pub fare, looks great for omnivores but a bit limited for vegans. Also it’s dog friendly. All in all, one of the best pubs in the city. Just tried the vegan Sunday (nut) roast today. Decent, but a bit sparse on vegetables for £20 (incl. service charge). Shame, this great pub lets itself down on food, certainly on the vegan dishes we have tried.

It was a very busy place, and the food looked good. We only went for a coffee, if I marked it on the coffee it would be a minus. I had an espresso and it really wasn't nice.

Delicious food, excellent service, cozy and pleasant place. An ideal place for both a romantic date and family meetings.

Very disappointed that our booking was taken even though unbeknown to us that the place had closed down and we only found out on arrival. This spoilt a planned birthday celebration

Great atmosphere when there wasn't much else going on in Manchester. didn't eat but had a fun time here drinking with my wife.

A fantastic dining experience. We could not fault the food or the service. Every dish was flavourful and you got a very good portion for the price. Our personal favourites were the croquettes and meatballs, however, the olives were also great. Very, very reasonable prices for high quality food. Please excuse the mess my friend left on the table in the photo!

Best cafe in Manchester - the vibes are relaxed, coffee is good and decor is comfy and cosy! They always playing really groovy music as well, but quietly enough that it still feels calm. The garlic bread is amazing to snack on, so so tasty! I’ve also attended a meditation class here too, highly recommend. I only wish the food menus were a little larger and more varied ! :)

The picture of the food speak for itself self. With the so called coleslaw looking rough to say the least. Drinks not great as well.

Hidden gem, cosy bar with live music in the evenings and an incredible selection of whiskeys and cocktails. Highly recommend.

Wouldn't have known this place existed until we noticed the doorman outside and so glad we did coz this place is amazing, staff are really helpfull and very good at there jobs, while spending time to explain what goes into the cocktails, what the bartender makes it was such an amazing experience. thankyou to all the staff

Came here after davis cup on sunday a modern day Fawlty Towers the only members of staff knew what they were doing was the female chef and female waitress ali the chef had enough and walked out the two men waiters were unless food was good

Service was a tad slow, but the atmosphere was fantastic
