The best restaurants in City Centre Manchester North West

Absolutely awful experience if I could give no stars I would. Went in with a group of 8, waited over 1 hour for food to come to the table stone cold, wrong orders, vegetarian given a pork sausage, no apology, no explanation. Staff kept saying they didn’t understand what was going on in the kitchen, manager non the wiser. Absolutely awful. Got up and left.

The average room in a Leonardo Hotel is absolute rubbish, to be blunt. Too small to open a suitcase, no mini bar, dated lime-wash laminex cabinetry, TV reception that's so bad you can't watch anything without getting hacked off, air-conditioning that simply doesn't work, and a tiny bathroom that on this occasion smelt bad - with water pressure that made getting wet, difficult. This Hotel chain has to be a joke, it doesn't even serve a purpose. This is the second Leonardo Hotel I have visited in the last 3 days, and they both been awful. I walked out of the last one in disgust but I'm stuck with this one. Life is too short to spend ANY of it in this Hotel chain. It will definitely be the last time.

Great central location in Manchester, rooms are very nice and staff very helpful and friendly. Note, if you use the Q car park and are staying for a few days it's pretty expensive.

Went for the Hollywood Supperclub with the wine flight. Food was excellent and the wines complemented each course. Fantastic value for money; we are going back again for a different menu next week. Massive shout out to our server, Millie; polite, attentive and knowledgable about both the food and the wines.

I called the restaurant and the guy that answered was being so rude after hanging up on me two time then asked me so rudely what do you want! I told him it’s rude to speak to customer like that and he said ok! I’ve been to this place more for the past few years with the family I’m a loyal customer but this is so disrespectful and disappointing.

Would NOT recommend this place, chef needs to learn how to season food with salt Hidden service charge also…. Not cool

A very friendly atmosphere combined with great service and delicious food

We were on a day out and saw this place which looked appealing. Choice looked good. Pre Ordered and paid at the counter, the lad serving was friendly. When the drinks came the waitress just plonked them down, without telling us which coffee was which so we guessed, she followed with the food again no conversation or smile… it doesn’t take much. Food was nice enough

A really nice old fashioned English pub.

One of the best Sunday lunches in a long time! Roast Porchetta was perfectly cooked & would recommend the cauliflower cheese side! Nice pub atmosphere in the centre of town, will come again!
