The best restaurants serving Italian food in City Centre Manchester North West

Waited for more than an hour for the food to come!! The chicken skewers and margarita pizza was good but the pasta was undercooked!!! The seating was very uncomfortable to sit for soo long.

To be honest I wasn't expected it that bad!! Came last night with a friend . Restaurant half empty. So we had 3 different waters coming at our tables asking me if I was finish regarding my friend is still eating . Prerry annoying . Quality of pizza!! Honestly except it was a large pizza I Don t know where you bought the ingredient but fir sure they are not fresh!! 1 simple ingredients is the mushroom. They are from a can . Not even fresh!! Artichoke absolutely tasteless from a can. Sorry but I have 20 years of hospitality and this pizza went to wrong hand. Cover charge for 4 pieces of old bread!!2.50 GBP per person .. my friend had rhe proxiutto and rocket pizza and that s she gets no more. Not even a bit of shave parmesam or dressing. Prosciutto was vert blend . I wanted to put 0 star fir food but couldn't. Honestly you will do a better pizza at home . Sorry it s pricey and bad.

We attended the restaurant for my birthday the 15 December. I’ve never felt so unwelcome and felt being rushed, the restaurant was part full. The waiter took our food and drinks order. Starters arrived no drinks, after finishing our starters, we asked where our drinks were, the waiter forgot to order them. We paid the bill including a service charge, no thank you nor thank you for your custom, no apology for the drinks delay. We were out of the door within 1 hour. Poor poor service. I will never

Keep it up guys, customers would appreciate even more with more live music please?

Bang average place, over-priced and pretentious. Was told food will be served to us “when we are ready to serve it to you and not in the order you want it”. Nice table and decor, but that’s about it.

Para ser justos debo decir que comimos aquí dos veces. La primera noche batidos y mi calificación general estaba por debajo de 4. 0 sino por la comida. Pero porque no me gusta el ambiente del centro comercial para comer. Sin embargo en nuestra segunda visita hicimos crepes y un gofre. La comida era de 5 por completo, pero de nuevo en general 4 porque todavía está en el centro comercial. Vale la pena probar. Grandes porciones y atractivo preparado

My husband and I regularly go to Via Roma for dinner and we have never had a bad meal yet, the food is always freshly made and served piping hot to the table. We have taken friends and family to the restaurant and everyone has commented about how lovely the food is. We have even had our steak and pasta to takeaway. I would highly recommend this restaurant, the staff are lovely, attentive but without being intrusive, we tell all our friends, family and even the taxi drivers to go!
