I recently dined at Vapiano and had the pleasure of enjoying their Chicken Alfredo Pasta. The dish was absolutely delightful! The creamy Alfredo sauce was rich and flavourful What truly enhanced my dining experience was the service by Labiba. She was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that my meal was just right. Her friendly demeanor and prompt service made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Overall, it was a fantastic experience 100% returning!!

Labiba was a lovely lady who helped us out when we couldn’t manage to do the online ordering. Super helpful and gave us a lovely experience.

I recently visited Vapiano restaurant I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with modern décor. The staff were welcoming and friendly especially Labiba🫰🏻, She is attentive with excellent service. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and rich flavors. I particularly enjoyed the pesto Basilico and The Cheesy garlic Bread . The prices were reasonable for the quality and portion size. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience.”

Come here to eat pastas and was a bit " oh ok it's just gonna be pastas not so good" BUT.... So just for the restaurant he is clean, vapiano style you can find anywhere. Waiters are making the job! For the food i took : _ garlic cheesy bread : and i find all that are in the name so i was happy _ Fusilli Chicken Alfredo : Soooooo surprised... That was damn good. Pastas al dente, and great sauce where i find the taste of all ingredient .. chicken, cream, mushrooms and some pepper i personnally add

Visited Vapiano in exchange square today, for a lunch with my brother and my mom. The meal was lovely and filling. Julian our waiter really helped giving our meal such a good vibe with his positive energy. He was also always making sure we are ok and if we needed anything else! Makes such a difference !

Vapiano Manchester is hands down one of the best restaurants my brother and I visit regularly! As full-time wheelchair users, accessibility and hospitality are very important to us, and the team here goes above and beyond to ensure we have an amazing experience every time. A huge thank you to Julian and his colleagues—their service is unbelievable! They are always so welcoming, attentive, and accommodating, making sure we’re comfortable and never feel like an inconvenience. The restaurant is also spacious and easy to navigate, which makes a big difference for wheelchair users. Beyond the outstanding service, the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Whether it’s pasta, pizza, or their desserts, everything is made with care and served promptly. The atmosphere is always lively, and the staff make the whole experience even better.

After enjoying the Vapiano in Prague over New Year, our son said he wanted to try the Manchester one for his 9th birthday meal with us and grandparents. We had lovely meal of pizza and pasta and would definitely recommend. Staff were great and brought out his cake singing happy birthday. Thankyou

terrible place, terrible food. overpriced warmed up ready meals. no table service only QR code scanning so had to ask for butter and extra plates at counter. cheesy garlic bread small and scrimped on the cheese and tasteless. kids pizza came out burnt and without the smiley face my son wanted and too much sickly tomato puree and not enough cheese. my daughter loves spag bol but did not even eat half of it. our pasta dish with chicken was so poor, lots of pasta but very littke else, only 4 minute pieces of proccessed chicken in it so for the money very poor. if it was cheaper like wetherspoons you dont mind paying for what you get but they boast fresh pasta etc but there are no real chefs its all pre weighed and packed portions warmed up and sold at a high price with no taste. asked for a refund on the 2 adult padra meals as we did notceat it and the the waitress offered more chicken so I said yes but then she came back and said no to more chicken so sent tge manager who tgen offered more chicken, by which point I said no a refund for sure and she dissappeared without our refund. we had to go chase her down to get it in the end. we eat out a lot and I can say its rare we complain but I will not be going back amy time soon.

Vapiano is definately my go to for itallian food. Its Halal as well as tasty. The food is amazing and flavourful. You always have the option to add chilli flakes or chilli oil to make the food more spicy which is great! The atmosphere is very chilled as well and the music is not too loud. Pooja was very friendly and helpful and assisted me in my order. Highly reccommend this spot to everyone. 10/10

This place was a real mixed bag! A lovely setting, food was decent but the service was non-existent. The online ordering was not particularly intuitive and it didn't feel like any particular member of staff was looking after us. The food arrived in dribs and drabs which meant none of us enjoyed our meal together. When we did make requests, we had to ask multiple times for things like table water and updates on our food. Really took the shine off of what had the potential to be a perfectly serviceable lunch. We made sure to share our feedback with the staff before leaving.

Came in with a booking, felt rushed by waitres's they had no manners. Felt like we did something wrong for some reason. Beer was flat they disagreed so I got a bottle and it was warm. Food was very nice though. Overall was disappointed from what I've seen on social media.

Okay atmosphere, we came an hour and a half or so before closing. Short patience staff who are not very nice or welcoming. It could’ve been a tiring Saturday for them I guess, however I will not be returning. Poor couple in before us with children didn’t get their food until 30 mins after the kitchen closed, as we were on our way out. Almost wanted to go over and apologise myself because the waiting staff weren’t apologetic or sympathising at all! Not where to go when visiting Manchester on a weekend unfortunately, good food however. We had the pizza, so not very hard to get wrong.

Food and drinks arrived quickly and although it’s QR code ordering, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Nice and spacious restaurant, tables are spread apart so doesn’t feel like you are sitting on top of others. Food was nice and you get what you pay for.

Pooja was really welcoming and was very helpful with my allergy.

Vapiano is a lovely place for Italian food lovers!! They’ve got plenty of great vegetarian options as well and everything tastes so fresh and delicious. My friend Divya works there. She is an amazing person—so kind and attentive. She really made the whole experience special. I’d definitely recommend this place!

3 of us visited, ordered on the app. I ordered lasagne to be told it was not available, (the next table who came in after were told the same), I then asked for beef Ragu to be told this wasn't available either. So I settled on a chicken pasta dish, minus the ricotta which also wasn't available. They brought out my pasta and a kids pizza, followed by the lasagne I had originally ordered to which I told them I was told it wasn't available?! The waiter said he would go check and went straight to the next table and gave it to them. Shocking. They then forgot my partners pizza so had to wait ages for that and I had to request the kids appetiser which didn't appear either. Pizzas were tasty, pasta was average. Service was shockingly bad. Would not go back. Didn't argue over the 25p they owed me for ending up with a cheaper meal and was not offered any apology for the shocking service.

The foods are very delicious. And Pooja is very helpful. If i come again i will visit this place its for sure.

First thing to say, I have been to other Vapiano locations and it has been better so hoping this was a one off. Went with work colleagues and although the staff were nice, it felt more like an Italian McDonald's now, order on the app, things are brought over and it's all very meh. The food between us all was distinctly average, some of the pasta dishes had no taste at all, still had excess of water from the pasta (not been drained enough) and just generally average. The only thing I would recommend was the garlic bread. Sadly, I don't think any of us would be going back as I just can't recommend it.

Service without a smile, and pasta that sticks to your teeth it’s been that overcooked. Ciabatta wasn’t recognisable as Ciabatta, but 2 small slices of what looked like a flat French Pain. Won’t be back in a hurry. Enough said.

Worst service you can imagine . We had 4 children with us , they served 3 of them and the 4th had to wait for 20 minutes watching his friends eat while waiting for his food. Even after telling them after a couple of minutes there was no urgency to rectify the situation. Horrendous service. Sadly when we finally got our food it was actually quite good but the service and stupidity of the staff presently enjoyment of the food . Avoid avoid avoid . !!!

Had to order everything using QR codes. Very small portion size & very bland food. No chips, No tomato sauce and all food came out at different times for the 5 of us. Table wasn't cleaned properly. Would not recommend this place at all, very poor.

As a couple we have eaten at quite afew vapianos across Europe. It is most recommended and enjoyable for pasta...however the drinks are expensive which spoils the experience.

Visited this place a while ago. Complained got nothing back. Sent an email and feedback. Got no reply. Then an auto reply saying we would like to speak to you about your recent feedback. Then got nothing back. Dish was watery flavourless and the staff were so inattentive. Had to ask for the bread I ordered which eventually arrived. May aswell not have bothered as that was dry as a bone too. My husband ate his meal before mine arrived as there was such a gap. We raised this to be told “it’s coming” the point of a meal is to eat it together. Definitely will not be back and would avoid. Would give zero stars if I could as it spoilt our afternoon

The portions were very small, we got up to leave and we were still hungry. The space was beautifully decorated and very friendly. The service was excellent, except for the fact that we would have preferred to choose where to sit rather than having the staff assign us a table. The taste was good enough

Very poor service, been in Vapiano in many cities and this was the worst by far. Plates came in diferent time ranges, water was ordered three times until it was served and pasta was too cooked. Disappointing experience.

Excellent attention from Julian! We had a vegan chicken pizza and it was fresh and crunchy. Perfect atmosphere, music and good staff.

Possibly the worst carbonara ever and the Aperol arrived pale, I knew it was going to taste bad before I even tried it. Not the best experience.

Came in, lovely atmosphere except for rnb rap music…. Didn’t really fit the ambience until half way through meal…. service was quick and new system to order was explained (well the last time we came in was before Covid and you had to queue up with a black box to order and pay for food: now it’s QR code and table service). Unfortunately our mains didn’t come with the promised and paid for extra bruschetta despite querying and our pasta dishes didn’t arrive at the same time; we’d ordered dessert but it took 40 mins to come and my cappuccino that I’d ordered after I’d ordered dessert came before! Up side to the ordering and busy fiasco was that my other half paid for a half pint and got a full one. Don’t know if that was done deliberately. Food itself when arrived was beautiful and I was sad we didn’t get the bruschetta as paid for to mop up sauce and aioli. Not sure we will be coming back here to be honest even though food was great.

Waited for more than an hour for the food to come!! The chicken skewers and margarita pizza was good but the pasta was undercooked!!! The seating was very uncomfortable to sit for soo long.

Contender for the worst resturant experience I've ever had. The clues were there when the waiting staff had to be reminded twice about our drinks. By this time we had already ordered our meals on the app and paid a 10% tip upfront, so hoped the drinks were an oversight. The meal arrived in good time and we asked if we could have some parmesan cheese. Fifteen minutes later after asking two further staff then the manager, we were given the cheese to sprinkle on our now cold mains. Both mains contained very overdone, barely edible pasta. After the meal I approached the manager to put across my grievances and ask for the tip to be refunded as the meal and service was substandard. He apologised and said he would refund the tip but that it would take three working days to find it's way back into my bank. I still haven't received the refund.

Anna, (some sort of manager I believe ) was excellent. The way she came over with a smile and fixed my concern.. I basically ordered the wrong dish which was my fault and Anna took the plate, sorted it as quick as anything. She is brilliant and thank you Anna for helping me the way you did.

First time in Vapiano and we were greeted with a smile, given choice of table and asked if we’d been before. We hadn’t, so the menu was explained to us and although normal process is to order through qr code on each table we were offered chance to order through Pooja who had greeted us. Felt very welcomed and not rushed. Fresh food and worth the wait. Hope to be back.

We had an amazing dining experience at Vapiano! The freshly made pasta was incredibly delicious and cooked to perfection. What truly made our experience stand out, however, was the exceptional service. We unfortunately made a mistake with our order, but Pooja went above and beyond to help us correct it. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism were truly appreciated. We can't wait to come back and enjoy another fantastic meal at Vapiano!

Their pasta is just an overcooked pasta. Jammed together with no meaning at all.

The best pizza in Manchester I have been a restorator and chef for many years so I can tell you if you like a nice pizza just come to Vapiano thank you to the pizza chef and staff. I have to had I have been here many times before also Nissa was fantastic 👏
