Very slow service even when trying to pay to run for our gate

was served by a lovely turkish man, brilliant service and had great conversations with him about ajax and the netherlands. cannot recommend more!

We visited this morning and was amazed with the speed of service and the food quality, we really enjoyed our breakfast. Callum was very polite and fast and gave us recommendations on what to order too. We felt looked after and it was nice to crack a few jokes with her in the morning to start our trip with a smile.

Had an early flight & instead of the usual croissant, decided to come to San Carlo… great decision. I had the most delicious eggs royal! Perfectly cooked eggs (& I’m very fussy about my eggs🤣!) Excellent, speedy service, without feeling rushed or stressed. Ultra efficient staff, especially my server, Zeferino who was lovely. Perfect way to start any trip!

I had amazing service off SZILVIA today. Her service was above and beyond and the breakfast was very nice too. I highly recommend when your in terminal two.

Fantastic vegan breakfast ! I would have liked to have a full English but the sausages weren’t gluten free , (please get gluten free sausage , they are the same price as normal ones) Out waitress Szilvia was great

Service was poor! Restaurant wasn’t very busy either! Had ask to order food & drinks, then had to ask again to order coffees & desert, then sat for 15 mins waiting for pistachio cake to then be approached to say no vanilla icecream & select another flavour. Wait time on service was really poor considering the San Carlo brand & reputation I have experienced previously during my frequent visits to the Manchester restaurant

Delicious breakfast with great service from kaloyan

Very lovely service with polite and very positive team member (considering 7am), food was really tasty and delivered very quickly. Check back also done, we were asked for any allergies or dietary restrictions. Music and light very appropriate for the morning time.

As airport restaurants go this is very good, slick, quick food. No messing about. Food was delicious! Boris who served me was great also.

Quickish but poor food. Do not get the pizza, I should have known better but it’s weaker than supermarket frozens. Also super overpriced.

Completely ignored more than once. Waited for 10 minutes when quiet and 5 staff stood at the back. When we were greeted we were asked what we wanted. Very tempted to say a hair appointment!! No customer service skills at all, not a friendly smile, just made to feel we were putting her out. When given our table we were again ignored even when we tried to attract attention. We got up and walked out. There were 2 staff members that seemed to be doing the majority of the work and the others were completely rude. Never again will I enter one of these establishments.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful waitress Julia at San Carlo at the airport. From the first minute, her friendliness and attentiveness created a very pleasant atmosphere. She was extremely attentive to detail, helped me quickly decide on the dishes I wanted to try, recommended delicious menu items and smiled sincerely throughout the service. I was especially pleased that despite the busy schedule, she did not forget about any table and found time for each guest. She made waiting for the flight much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you very much for your professionalism and warm attitude! I recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants to spend time at the airport in comfort!

Ordered a pizza ! came with very little any cheese on it ! so I spoke with the waiter ,the waiter sent it back ( not my idea by the way !)! After that kitchen staff where looking at me ?? New pizza came along and tasted funny ! Bill came and the waiter (female with heir all over her face) charger me for the original pizza and the new one as well also an extra charge for more cheese ! The food arrived by some old man who then sat at the bar and was eating a meal as well ! weird ! love San Carlos in Liverpool Manchester no problem but here !
