Love this cozy neighbourhood cafe. Really good prices and delicious food. Very very friendly staff - Nathan is probably the best I’ve experienced in Manchester.

My boyfriend and I I love going to this place, the food is excellent and so is customer service. The bartender prepared me nice cocktails. He was very friendly and professional. Thank u very much. I’ve recommended this restaurant to my cousins and friends. 🔥🥰

I live local & used to go here when it was formerly “MDK shawarma” the new place is now selling lamb that smells really bad & they can’t even clean the tables for the customers. It’s a really dirty place now. Prices have also gone up so much

Really enjoyed my Suya and fried plantain takeaway on a Saturday. The place was full of people talking and laughing. Afrobeat playing. The chef was very friendly and very professional. The waitress was polite and friendly. I had a glass of wine while waiting for my food. Friendly atmosphere. The best part was how great the food tasted 😋. Absolutely divine. The plantain and meat portions were very generous. The chef asked me how hot I wanted my meat to be seasoned and it was spot on. I also really like the chili sauce - delicious.
Will definitely come back to try more of the menu with friends.
Can’t recommend QPlus Tropical Restaurant enough. Go and try it out then come and share your experience.
Thank you 🙏🏽
Ordered a pizza tratuffona and came with bacon which i have allergy from but when i ask for another one w/o they say you have to pay for both, first and last time at this unprofessional resturant

I visited Nando's for the first time and had high expectations. The chicken lived up to the hype, 5 out of 5. However, the rest of the food was more average.
Unfortunately, the experience was dragged down by the fact that the tables and chairs were very uncomfortable. You sat close and felt stuffed. My two friends got their food after 12 minutes but after 25 minutes I still hadn't received mine. When I asked the staff, it turned out that my order was not registered at all.. or maybe it had just been forgotten.
As an apology, I was given two extra garlic breads, which was a sweet gesture. All in all it was a mixed experience. The chicken was great, but the service and comfort let it down. Not necessarily a place I look forward to visiting again.
We visited this cosy Vietnamese restaurant in Manchester last weekend and sampled their signature dishes plus fab drinks.
We tried the following:
》Premium Pho with Beef, Chicken, Viet pork sausage & boiled egg
》BBQ Pork with rice and fresh veggies
》Summer Rolls with Prawn and Pork
》Spice me up Sling | Apple juice, Mint, Coriander, Lemonade, Chilli
》Lychee Virgin Hollis | Guava, Watermelon, Lychee, Lime
The various meat (Beef, Chicken, Vietnamese pork sausage) and veggies on the Premium Pho really hit the spot plus the noodles weren't soggy at all. The charred Bbq pork was perfectly seasoned, complimented by the veggies on the side and the dipping sauce which cuts thru the oiliness of the dish. The freshness of the summer rolls with prawn and pork was quite lovely too.
We had first dibs on 2 of their carefully concocted mocktails and they were mega - Please put them on the menu asap! We absolutely enjoyed these eye candies which had fresh, balanced flavours and so unique.
They just relaunched March of this year and offers a vibrant mix of classic & innovative creations, do check them out.

On my second visit to Nam, I once again had an exceptionally pleasant experience. The beef pho is a heartwarming, especially on chilly days, and is a must-try for everyone. The consistency in the quality of other dishes is also great. During my first visit, I enjoyed the crispy fried calamari (though I missed taking a photo). The pork belly buns are equally amazing. However, Nam’s chicken wings are my personal favorite. Frankly, I’m not sure as to why this place isn’t more popular, especially when compared to another Vietnamese restaurant in Ancoats. In my opinion, Nam offers far better food and service.
