I bought a Groupon to enjoy with a friend: a brunch with hot chocolate for around £8 each. There were about half a dozen options, and I went for Eggs Benedict with Salmon. Unsurprisingly for Cocoa Cabana, the drink was supreme- out of Classic, Mint and Orange, I picked the latter. I think it was made with steamed milk as it remained hot for ages:) Forgoing a dessert doesn’t appear in my dictionary, so I also indulged in a pistachio-based cake (see picture).

Fantastic chocolate afternoon tea. The servings were very generous with a range of savoury products, a large fresh scone (with strawberries, caramel and cream) and 4 different cakes. Comes with unlimited tea, coffee or any of the fresh hot chocolate range. Service was great and as a side note, the truffle and parmesan fries are divine!!

Booked a "Chocolate Afternoon Tea" with Groupon - 2 other couples were there for the same. Bottomless hot drinks including a large selection of chocolate drinks made with real chocolate drops (as in Bruges) which were very good. Sandwiches tasty, small quiche and salmon vol-au-vont then the sweet things - both the chocolate brownie and the chocolate ganache were amazingly rich and filling - to die for!! Scone had cream plus a caramel sauce, mini macaroon and mini chocolate tart completed the selection. Doggie box or a slow walk home with full stomach required! This chocolatier is strongly recommended.

Really enjoyed our visit here today. The desserts are absolutely delicious! Especially the chocolate fudge cake, it’s to die for. Bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Would recommend.

My brother and I were booked for afternoon tea. On entering we were greeted with friendly staff who seated us. Afternoon tea was a lovely choice which included sandwiches, mini quiche, scones, macrons, cake and tart. All very tasty, and plentiful. We couldn't eat it all so asked for a box to take away, which wasn't a problem. We also enjoyed a kinder Bueno hot chocolate and one of their special hot chocolate which were amazing. Would definitely recommend this place for the lovely food, beautiful decor and friendly staff.

First time visit and between the six of us we all chose different brunch options. My Benedict with bacon was superb and the poached eggs cooked perfectly. Would recommend because they also cater for vegetarian options

Absolutely delicious afternoon tea and great service. Bottomless hot drinks, selection of sandwiches and other savoury items, scones with cream and toffee sauce, brownies, macarons and a cherry chocolate mousse. We were so full we couldn’t eat it all but were able to take away what we hadn’t managed to finish. Would definitely recommend!

We went for chocolate afternoon tea, on a Groupon voucher. We had a warm welcome and were promptly seated. There was a wide choice of drinks, and the tea consisted of-bottom tray- 4 sandwhiches, 2warmed mini quiches and 2 other items. 2nd tray had two warm scones, cream, and a chocolate spread. The top tray had 4 chocolates, 2 slices of marshmallow cake, and 2 slices of chocolate fudge cake. All were much appreciated. This was an unusual but very welcome take on the traditional afternoon tea

I treated my 3 girlfriends to Chocolate Afternoon Tea with Prosecco at this fab eatery on Monday 11th December. Warm welcome from both male and female staff.We had 3 Lotus Biscoff Hot chocolates which was lovely and 1 normal Hot Chocolate.. Afternoon tea consisted of 2 sandwiches, quiche, warm scones and variety of chocolate deserts which we took home as we was all full after sandwiches and scones. Prosecco was good too and service was excellent. We will definitely be returning

Went for afternoon tea with my friend and her daughter, ordered afternoon tea and was given an adult one for the kid, we just presumed they would get a different one being a kid and we did mention several times she won't eat the stuff given and had to order different food for her, not one staff member tried to remedy this, when we asked about this they said it's not much different to the adults one, not suitable for kids, most kids would not what was provided and we also didn't enjoy the deserts, the only thing we enjoyed was the hot chocolate which was lovely

Took my friend there for afternoon tea after having a lovely brunch there last Sunday. It didn't disappoint. Prosecco, unlimited tea or coffee or you could have a hot chocolate. Lovely sandwiches and mini quiche, gorgeous scrummy cakes and chocolate. Lovely staff. A great experience.

An amazing afternoon tea , everything was tasty and fresh, a particular favourite of the group was the chocolate cherry desert , oh and the blondie, oh and the salted caramel sauce for the scone , the chocolates and not to forget the delicious savouries. Its a a shame we didn't catch the servers name but she was marvellous , attentive kept the drinks flowing, smiley and looks like she enjoys her job ...an asset to the business . Can thoroughly recommend !

My husband and I came for afternoon tea . 1st I would like to say a massive thankyou to the staff they were all really lovely and welcoming but I would like to shout out to Catherine who looked after us she was amazing nothing was to much trouble . 2nd shout out to the chef the afternoon tea was beautiful . We like to try different place at least once a fortnight but honestly couldn't think of going anywhere else that could beat this .

I made my own food tour around Manchester- Cocoa Cabana was stop number two. As it was Easter time, there were plenty of seasonal treats! My friend and I shared a chocolate cake and Mini Egg rocky road (pictured) which were both magnificent. I also enjoyed a luscious Biscoff Hot Chocolate. This chocolatier is simply a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. Service could have been a tad more friendly, but I want to return for a loaded/Augustus Gloop Hot Chocolate.

We ordered our food at 11.45 and were told that the table was booked for 1 so we’d need to move for them which is absolutely fine. 12.30 still had no food so we asked. Turns out our food had been sat outside for some reason which they tried to give us cold, so we asked for it warm. We were also asked to move at 12.20 as the booking for 1pm was 40 minutes early. Of course we moved, but this booking never arrived so no idea why we were asked to move. Finally received our food at 12.50 which was very nice and I can only fault the waitress unfortunately. For £28 the service clearly wasn’t included in the price, also the beans clearly weren’t included in the price

My 13 year old grand-daughter came especially from Belfast for the Augustus Gloop special to celebrate her birthday. We had previously emailed to ask if we needed to book and we’re told we didn’t. The waiter didn’t try to accommodate us in any way. Three people with no booking came after us and we’re given seats. Our experience was very disappointing and we will never be back.

I am absolutely obsessed! We were here for a brief long weekend away. The menu with extraordinary options (like a combination of waffles and chicken) got our attention. When we got there on a Wednesday morning for a brunch it was a bit quiet. There was something wrong with our reservation, which the friendly person behind the counter all took care of. Big points for this guy. We both could order straight away and got a table. We got the waffles with chicken. It-was-phenomenal. For a small price you get a plate filled with waffles and chicken on top. If i could give six points on Tripadvisor I would.
