MDK SHAWARMA in Manchester

I live local & used to go here when it was formerly “MDK shawarma” the new place is now selling lamb that smells really bad & they can’t even clean the tables for the customers. It’s a really dirty place now. Prices have also gone up so much

I do not recommend it. The rotisserie chicken is not only not baked but also spoiled. I ordered half of a grilled chicken to try. It turned out that the meat inside was pink and didn't fall off the bone and smelled like rotten meat. The staff pretended to be surprised. We've been going there for shawarma every week for several years, but now it's better and safer to make it yourself.

I went there to buy some Nann on Saturday. They charged me £2 for only 3 Nann and when I got home my wife told me one of them was just a half, not even a complete Nann.

Food is great but portion size is small

Very nice shawarma, excellent service and very friendly staff.

I went into the store and ordered 2 chicken shawarmas, one with chips and one with naan. They packed the order in front of me, but when I got home, I realized they completely missed the naan. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Extremely disappointing service – I won’t be ordering from here again.

Delivered very quickly, incredibly good food. Good price for the good food.

Awful shawarma. Meat tasted very cheap with jelly bits. My nan wasn't even a complete nan, half was missing.

The best falafel I had in my life! Shawarma is absolutely delicious! I am sure the ingredients play a massive role in this, good olive oil, fresh salad, chicken and Donner amazingly tasteful! Best part: homemade freshly baked pittas! Absolutely amazing 🤩. Well done!

Food cooked in the wrong order. Did a quick kebab first then cooked a pizza. By the time we got home the kebab was cold.

Got two fatayer to take away.. both made fresh and tasted good. Service was good and the guy behind the counter really freindly towards my daughter!

When you don't want to deleiver order than please don't accept orders,specially at morning time.now everything closed,After 15 min receiving order you cancelled it to waste my time.00000 stars for you.and now I am waiting for refund.

Delicious lamb shawarma, one of the best I've had and great prices. Lovely fresh salad and samoon bread, ignore the bad reviews and try the food here, you'll be glad you did.

No problem with the food normally but customer service is awful. Sent me wrong other and would’nt even replace it. All went in the bin as wasn’t what I liked and ordered. Poor to not even replace it woth that was ordered. Beware before ordering as there not bothered about there customers

The best chicken shawarma,.fast friendly service,.food cooked freshly in front of you, proper clay oven for naan bread, very cheap compared to everywhere else I've eaten from. It's open from dinner time around mid day

Servicable, got 2 x chicken shawarma and chips. The chips were undercooked and a very small portion. Shawarma taste needs more seasoning. First and last for me unfortunately.

Had our “Friday” night takeaway from MDK 29th. OMDays I was impressed. The previous shop/owner came highly recommended, but I would have gave a 1 star, at most. MDK on the other hand was a 5+ all day long. Prepared properly and in the time frame they said whilst ordering(annoys me when shops say a time you get there and stood 15/20 minutes🤬) MDK was brilliant. My girls are very fussy so for them to be as impressed speaks volumes. Would 100% recommend for anyone. Whoever runs/owns the place has done a very good job 👏🏼. Gaz.

Had it twice in 2 days for my dinner. Foods tasty n fresh. The naans are cooked infront of you. Thin crispy n very filling. Reasonably priced as well. About time a decent kebab house opened that doesn't serve run of the mill doner meat and rubber chicken.
