Very rude n pathetic services from staff end. Never see non working staff very slow they are. They have some attitude problems. The watch and laugh at customers by passing jokes with their colleagues.

Taste good and price nice. And they are really friendly!

Manager was horrible to staff, she made one girl walk off crying the way she spoke to her, absolutely disgusting attitude!!! also need to do something with her mop that sits round her shoulder, either tie it up or feed it not sure which. Respect to the staff that have to put up with THAT as thier manager. Will never return!!!

Awful place dirty we had to pay for 4 ppl even tho only two of us said 8 drinks yet only hove 2 music choice is not the best Will never return again Dissappointed as was a treat for my daughter Wouldnt reccommend

How can you get a small tray of chips wrong????? When I use this chippy now I'll only risk chips and gravy curry and chips etc, nearly broke my teeth on the chips god knows how long they had been lying around for! This place is defo in the running for the worst chippy in Liverpool. I should of swerved it when I saw the woman who usually works behind the counter frying all the food. Avoid this health hazard people!!!!!!!!!

It’s the nth time to come to Suo Noodles. This is definitely the right place to choose Suo Noodles. Today I ordered Chongqing noodles and curry braised noodles. The noodles are both hand-pulled and very chewy. The portion is large and affordable. After swallowing a big bowl, the curry noodles taste surprisingly good~

We had breakfast and a coffee while waiting to see our granddaughter. The food quality was very poor. Over cooked and dried out and it was only 10am. Due to unforseen circumstances it was also closing at 2.30pm. Not great for staff, patients or visitors. I will recover from this experience, however my heart goes out to the staff, nurses and doctors who do use this facility, as they where in the queue like lambs to the Slaughter as their only option as far as I could see for a meal in probably a very long day of hard graft. Cost: 85p per item generally. I had 7 items my with 6. Bottle of coke zero and 2 coffees £16 odd. If the food was of good quality and taste that would of been fine. Don't get me started on the brown sauce!! We noticed a costa coffee once we sat down unfortunately.

Sometimes people bewilder me. This establishment is inside a supermarket and therefore hardly the place to seek out a fine dining experience. It was clean, the staff were friendly, the price was reasonable, the food was hot and tasty. Please put this cafe into its proper category, it exists to give you something to eat whilst you are out and about shopping. Too many Karens in this world
