Nettes Ambiente etwas ungepflegt, Toiletten ein Desaster. Schade das der Kamin zugemauert ist, das würde den Laden aufpeppen. Vor allem von älteren Semestern gut besucht. Sitzplätze teils etwas seltsam... britisch halt.

I ordered a chicken burger meal, but the burger was raw. When I informed the staff, they offered me chicken strips, which I didn’t want after seeing the raw meat. I requested a swap for a small pizza, which is cheaper, but my request was denied. I left the restaurant and will be reporting this to the authorities, as I have video and pictures as evidence

Positivos 1 calle. La ubicación es muy buena para el centro de la ciudad. El personal, desde el saludo hasta el barman nocturno. ¡EXCELENTE! ! Gente amable, cortés, servicial y en general muy agradable. Las camas eran muy cómodas y limpias. Negativos Pagamos 125 por pareja por 1 noches. No se incluyó el desayuno en ese precio y luego nos cobraron 10 para estacionar nuestro automóvil en el lugar. Muy caro. Las habitaciones están gastadas, necesitan una reforma decente. El baño estaba limpio pero necesita una actualización a un nivel decente. La ducha era patética. Nos hemos alojado en propiedades más bonitas por mucho menos, que incluía desayuno y estacionamiento. No volveré Las imágenes de la propiedad en línea no son una imagen real de lo que usted se queda. Muy decepcionante para ese tipo de dinero. Afortunadamente, nuestro tiempo fuera del hotel fue mucho más agradable.

Always great friendly service and they always go out your way to make sure all ok with order. Highly reccomend

Imagine trying to be the worst chippy in Liverpool & exceeding ten times over. Rude boss man, rude girls on the till. Get given raw food - phone to tell them and they’ll say “bring it back and I’ll do you another one but it’ll be the same” make that make sense. Everything was soggy & undercooked VILE

Nice place to rest, why waiting for your flight service a little slow food was cold but plenty of hot drinks

Amazing place! Beautiful decor, very friendly and caring staff and the food was with BIG portions and so DELICIOUS! Also, quite affordable.

This is the 2nd time we’ve come here for breakfast whilst staying in Liverpool. Both times has been lovely. Friendly service, lovely food will definitely come back

The bread was so bad and the food was very cold . I have to chase the driver to let him know wheather he have my food and the answer was no as soon as I walk off he then call me and said where did you order food then that’s the time he gave me the food if I was not on a night shift I would have return the food, that’s my second meal as we are on Ramadan. Disgrace!

proper let down 👎 different brands of sausages, stinky eggs, over fried hashbrowns that taste of oil, an id rather try lesbianism than eat that bacon. only thing that i could stomach to finish was the beans

Just tried to order food from this place and was waiting well over an hour, when I let them know i was waiting so long, they then said they were delivering, didn’t move at all, after another 10 minutes I brought it up and then they cancelled my order, waited over an hour and a half after the supposed time they’d be there before they cancelled because I called them out, don’t go here, not worth you time let alone money.

asked for no chilly on the chip flip because of allergies, put chilly on chip wrap and when we called them they where no help, no said on chicken wrap, think they need to take allergies more serious
