Nettes Ambiente etwas ungepflegt, Toiletten ein Desaster. Schade das der Kamin zugemauert ist, das würde den Laden aufpeppen. Vor allem von älteren Semestern gut besucht. Sitzplätze teils etwas seltsam... britisch halt.

Its a pity really as the setting is really good but tucked away in the foyer of the British Music Museum is a micro sized cafe. Its all wrong as the till and serving / ordering bar is up against half the windows that have the waterfront view ..... so much light and great space is blocked out. With only a few tables the cafe seems like an afterthought ....... however the food and goodies is prepared by "Cuthberts" of Liverpool ...... so pop in if you like (its free to get in the cafe) and if it is full then pop out again.

Everything on the menu is yummy. Make sure you get the chips with seasoned salt because its such an upgrade.

Terrible food hygiene. When I ate here the server wiped his face then touched my food and as they served me he coughed without covering his mouth. This place has staff parties in the kitchen area where food is prepared. These parties last until 6am with terrible music and strobe lights. Do not eat here.

Positivos 1 calle. La ubicación es muy buena para el centro de la ciudad. El personal, desde el saludo hasta el barman nocturno. ¡EXCELENTE! ! Gente amable, cortés, servicial y en general muy agradable. Las camas eran muy cómodas y limpias. Negativos Pagamos 125 por pareja por 1 noches. No se incluyó el desayuno en ese precio y luego nos cobraron 10 para estacionar nuestro automóvil en el lugar. Muy caro. Las habitaciones están gastadas, necesitan una reforma decente. El baño estaba limpio pero necesita una actualización a un nivel decente. La ducha era patética. Nos hemos alojado en propiedades más bonitas por mucho menos, que incluía desayuno y estacionamiento. No volveré Las imágenes de la propiedad en línea no son una imagen real de lo que usted se queda. Muy decepcionante para ese tipo de dinero. Afortunadamente, nuestro tiempo fuera del hotel fue mucho más agradable.

If I could give no stars I would used to be a nice cafe back in the day since the new owners have taken over tho it’s a shambles waited over 2 hours for 2 breakfasts still not arrived the women on the phone has the worst attitude going sound like shes was on a a Benda lastnight not helpful at all said my food will be with me when it’s with me nothing I can do about it worst service possible if the food arrives it will most likely be freezing cold

Order was missing bread, salad and sauce for 1 of 2 kebabs. Phoned shop but guy was rude and unwilling to offer to deliver missing items even though they had been paid for. He then told me only one kebab comes with bread, salad etc???? Strange policy. In the end the guy was just making it up as he went along. Very poor. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I came into subway today with my daughter. The food was great and the location is good, all of which would’ve made me want to write a good review. This, however, is not that. The tall man behind the counter was rather impolite and aggressive, he was snappy and I felt as though our presence was an inconvenience to him. It really scared my daughter. We felt so uncomfortable and didn’t want to be there so we took our food and left. To all parents out there… I wouldn’t suggest going here!
