French fries calzone didnt come with chill sauce or mayo as advertised

i was waiting for 2 hours i am verry unhappy because the food did not get delivered but the app said it has been delivered and the workers lied on the phone saying its still in the shop but even after another hour of waiting it did not get delivered verry disappointed.

From the time it said the driver was on the way to the point of delivery was more than 30mins. Hence the food was cold.

First time ordering from here and wont be ordering again. Whole meal was cold and the Donner meat tasted like feet.

ordered a combo kebab istanbul donna and chicken and it only come with 5 little pieces of chicken and no donna but a mountain of salad and chips was freezing cold

I live 2 minutes from the shop took over 1 hour 40 to deliver on a quite lunch time food cam freezing cold went straight in the bin waste of money avoid ordering from here

The restaurant never sent the items we ordered, we then called and asked for the items to be sent, they lied and said they had been re-sent. When we called them back 45 minutes later, they again lied and said we had never called and that they had sent them again 10 minutes ago. Terrible customer service and will not be ordering from them again.

Worst place ever ordered food 2 hours ago hasn’t arrived no update

Food was very late we was told food would arrive for 18:50 it arrived at 19:30, portions were tiny and bland

Food was very cold and soggy not right sauce , salad wasn’t fresh and my cheese and mushroom garlic calzone wasn’t what it said I was very disappointed never ate it would not order or recommend

"All served with fresh naan bread, fresh salad & sauce" is not true as my kebab did not come with bread. Donner was overcooked.

Waited 2 and a half hours for a £11 meal - delivery that they’d charged £4 for. Called the restaurant countless times who advised there was a traffic issue. I live 3 miles from the place. I asked for my money back as I’m not eating cold food and he guy was rude and put the phone down on me twice. The food never turned up in the end - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Absolutely atrocious! Avoid at all costs! The food arrived well over an hour late, with missing items and was stone cold. When we tried to contact them to resolve issues they were extremely rude and kept buttoning us! If I could put zero rating I would!!

Very bad experience from the first order itself..Have ordered chicken biriyani which we cant call it as a biriyani as we could not find any other ingredients needed for a biriyani..Just we can call it as rice with chicken curry and the taste was disgusting. .Not feel it as hygienic as we found chicken skin in that.. Ordered Chicken 65 as well ..If you buy never expect indian taste , also they gave us chicken neck .

failed to send an item off order, when I called to let them know. they said they would check and call me back but had no intention as no call came nor did the item not delivered.

Look, the food itself is but the portion was small, once i grabbed the takeaway bag i felt it is very light so i paind more than £11 and, comparing to the other palces it is small portion even for one. other thing is: i asked without onion but i received with onion on it. I like onions so it is not a problem for me but it might be for You. My rate is high. maybe one star higher but just as an encourage for them.

Second time I've ordered from here, should order more! Their doner meat is perfection and portion sizes are generous to say the least. Will definitely be ordering more. Just a little note, the mild chilli is definitely not mild but if you can handle it then I would recommend!

My food was absolutely freezing

2 pizzas were stuck to the roofs of the pizza boxes and a portion of chips was missing from the pizza meal deal. The kebabs were lovely as always.

it was cold when it got here and I am a young woman and had to watch two men hooded walking over to me in the dark while i was alone, they was really intimidating walking over hooded and hands in there pockets, this is not a place I would go to agen as there only needs to be 1 delivery driver not two with one all hooded up, and cold food

I had chicken chicken briyani today. For the price, it was a pretty good dish. I did not try any other dishes, but the biriyani was good.

Totally awful service and quality of the food. Order was over an hour and a half late. When the food finally arrived it was luke warm at best which made it taste not very nice. Will not be ordering from there again.

Avoid at all costs, about 4 cubes of chicken if you get a chicken kebab and it was freezing cold . Forgot the chips and garlic bread . Abysmal

Everything about this place was abysmal except for the delivery driver. They kept changing the delivery time. The service was extremely ignorant and rude. Food was bland and freezing. The drinks were warmer than the food. how they're still open is beyond me. don't waste your money.

Extremely tiny portion sizes on the kebabs (6/7 tiny pieces of chicken per kebab) food quality was standard takeaway quality nothing special.

Food was absolutely disgusting! Chicken Kebab had minimal chicken (tiny pieces and very few of them). And was disgusting. Pizza has a really funny taste and hardly any cheese - neither of us could finish the food it was so bad! Would never order from here again!

Paid for boneless mix grill for 2 an a large Donner kebab the mix grill portion wow not even good enough for 1 person nevermind 2 tiny pieces of meat also and as for the large kebab was really small not even good enough for kids meal chips rock hard

yeno what I was gutted about how much meat the donner kebab had but it was crazy how filling it was so gave the 5 stars and I was starving too
