Ordered online, no one at restaurant. Had to wait an hour to get refund sorted through delivery app.

Calzone was awful, burnt and said it comes with garlic butter on it but it didn’t! Garlic bread was disgusting too! I’m disappointed

It's constantly online and seems to be taking money from people, yet it's been closed since early December. There's still prawn crackers in the hot hold that have been there for months. I live facing it, not once has it been open. Don't try and order from here.

I got salt and pepper king prawns and they were not real prawns. They were made from reformed mush loaded with salt and sugar to hide the fakery. I also got a Thai red curry and it was not even close to real Thai curry. It was slimy, sugary sirup with no Thai flavours or coconut milk and just like the prawns, it was not even real chicken, it was rubbery, reformed, fake meat. I ate a few prawns, and 1 piece of chicken and then had to throw it all in the bin because it was inedible. There was no way i was putting that garbage into my body.

Waiting over 3 hours for a pizza is crazy

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, all round it’s a 0. Delivery is the worst, the food comes hours late, freezing cold, not properly cooked and the complete wrong order. The customer service is terrible and their excuse is ‘short staffed’. Wouldn’t waste your money on Runcorn McDonalds it’s an absolute shambles.

Ordered and waited almost 2 hours for delivery. First time I've ordered in a long time and it was a mistake Spoke to a guy on the phone after waiting an hour and 20 minutes since ordering as the tracker said it's been delivered for the past 10 minutes, and was told to wait another 30 minutes for it to show up as they had one delivery driver. Understand it can be busy especially on a bank holiday weekend but they shouldn't be offering delivery if it's that busy. They mentioned they closed delivery off too on the phone. Gave him my order details and he said the delivery driver has it now and is on the way after saying I'm not happy with waiting longer when it was a 40-50 min delivery time when ordering Arrived outside of one of the heat bags deliveries usually use, barely warm, usually feel the heat of the food at the bottom of the box and that was stone cold. Not even going to bother ordering from them again, after seeing some other recent reviews it seems like they have been like this for a while

Bought the chicken noodle box with bean sprouts; hardly any chicken ; the noodles were dry think they’d been microwaved, and as for the bean sprouts like the chicken still searching for them, absolute rip off won’t be going there again

The food was delightful - compliments to the chef and the service was excellent - Even though all the staff were nice and friendly- the two young lads Owen & Jamie provided an excellent service and both worked very hard. They were friendly and helpful - Nice to see these days - will definitely visit again.

DONT BOTHER!!! How can they get a cheese + tomato pizza wrong??? Look at the screenshot taken from their website and what was delivered. Nearly all just cooked bread, and a bit of tomato × cheese! Totally disappointed - 19th September 2014

This McDonald’s has gone downhill and this used to be really good but unfortunately the staff are very rude and there are always full of kids messing about and the food has gone crap

Best Indian take away in widnes, been going here for years now and the food never disappoints. Staff are really friendly and always have a good chat.

The food at this place is really good, you won't get a better kabab in widnes try the charcoal special is the one and the chicken kabab also do you remember pizza pantry in Ditton they use to make cheese mushroom & garlic calzone well these have nailed it 5* from me.
