By far the very best BK I've ever had it was so delicious and what an offer "King Box" £5.99 wow!!!! I was served today by Mrwa who was super friendly and was more than happy to assist as I wasn't familiar with the self service screens. Very clean and organised unit. I will be sure to come here again. Great Job guys well done!!!

Despite some negative reviews (though not as bad as some other M6 service stations), we tried Charnock Richard, north bound. I’m pleased to say it was fine, although it was quiet when we visited. Easy to park, clean and nice toilets. Our Starbucks drinks and snack were as expected, staff were friendly and we spotted (a) someone cleaning the floors and (b) some blackboards for kids. Also tables were clean and bins weren’t overflowing. Would recommend/visit again.

I'm a charity supporter for charities of my own choice and at a time of my own choosing. It was therefore a surprise st Starbucks Charnock Richard on 22nd July when the till was seeking a different price to the advertised price of the coffees ordered. I queried the maths and was told 'It's a cup charge'. When I said they should charge what is indicated on the board the guy said 'It's for charity' . When one looks for the prices and sizes that's all you want to see so most customers won't be looking around the wider board for terms and conditions even if it is claimed it is shown somewhere there. As I proceeded down the line various waitresses adjoined the conversation and said 'We get this all day'. I replied that I am not at all surprised. YET ....... Starbucks continues with this practice. Coffee generally is becoming an alarming price in many places. Starbucks in Bergen was about 10.80 for 2 coffees. The population will have to draw a line soon and not be prepared to go further. I wonder how the Starbucks managers etc would feel re filling their car with petrol then finding there is a pump charge added...... be it for charity or not. If Starbucks wants to donate from their own profits they should do so but they should charge customers what it says next to the item on the board. And , incidentally, the queues were long and dealt with slowly and many of the table tops around had not even been wiped clean. We called at Charnock Richard on our return run on 26th. Needless to say we got our coffee elsewhere ( from a machine). It tasted just as good, it was cheaper and self-service was quick.The seating area was also queiter and cleaner Also no mandatory charity 'donation'When is the asking price not the till price cup charge!

If only we could give it zero stars. Off handed person took our order and could barely speak English, after the order it took over an hour and a half to arrive and was absolutely incredible, possibly the worst takeaway we have ever had. Beggars belief how they are still going.

Looking for fast food? Look again! I waited over half an hour for one pice of chicken and chips and eventually gave up. Just as I was asking for a refund the food miraculously turned up. I gave up and went to one of the generic coffee shops downstairs instead. Added about one hour to an already arduous journey. Avoid, avoid avoid!!

It's a chippy but this time we have meat and potato pie, steak pudding and chips, peas and gravy every thing was just right, we'd go again tomorrow.

After a great day at Blackpool Pleasure beach , we were looking for a snack for the road up to home. Burger King at this location was disgusting. Every single table was filthy, disgusting , food ridden and the overall floor was putrid. There were dead flies at every window. The struggling staff were apathetic . The food took forever to arrive. We had to ask them for cleaning stuff to make our table sterile enough to sit at despite the fact that there was rubbish all over the floor. The food itself was dry, stale and cold. Absolutely a waste of our money. Shame on you Burger King

Had a delivery from Pizza hut today, after waiting for it to turn up I realised they had the order wrong again. I ordered a Margherita for the kids but an additional pepperoni came in its place. I cant understand how this actually happens TBH. Food however was top notch as usual. I could have complained but this is the second time it's happened, last time it was obvious they didn't give a toss. At £45 for a meal you would have thought someone can do their job. Deliver driver was a real nice guy!

Such a disappointing and devaluing experience.... I live local and ordered by phone and went to collect when the order was declared "ready". I arrived to collect and stood at the counter; there were 2-3 staff working in the kitchen/back-bar area and all basically acted as if wasn't there (one was sorting deliveries I think). Someone eventually shouted over "be with you in a couple of mins" (or words to that effect - was hard to distinguish right from the back of the kitchen). My order was showing "ready" - when someone eventually came over I said I was here to collect my order for XXXX and they said "be a few minutes" (the order screen was showing "ready" - this got quickly deleted by a member of staff). I waited several more minutes and observed two more customers come in who got similarly ignored so at least it wasn't just me. Meanwhile the food being prepared back home was ruined/overcooked as the order took at least 35 minutes from point of order where the phone app states get ready for "pizza heaven" to collection (supposedly 9-14mins). In future we will support smaller local businesses where you can get better quality food, for less, and served by someone who will treat you as a fellow human being.

Horrendous slow service. We ordered two sausage sandwiches which took over half an hour to arrive - which were on brown bread when we'd asked for white. We noticed several other customers going up and checking on their orders and eventually did so ourselves as we weren't confident it was still on its way, only to get snapped at that it's on its way and been really busy, which it didn't seem so to us. Will avoid in future as we chose it as we wanted a super quick option, which it was not.
