Pizza Hut in Chorley

The food was fantastic and tasty, staff was very friendly and polite. I will buy it again. Recommended pizza lovers to try good pizza from Pizza Hut in Chorley.☺️

Had a delivery from Pizza hut today, after waiting for it to turn up I realised they had the order wrong again. I ordered a Margherita for the kids but an additional pepperoni came in its place. I cant understand how this actually happens TBH. Food however was top notch as usual. I could have complained but this is the second time it's happened, last time it was obvious they didn't give a toss. At £45 for a meal you would have thought someone can do their job. Deliver driver was a real nice guy!

We have always been Dominos customers but tried something different today. Being a premium price I was expecting more. The pepperoni pizza seemed to have no cheese on it just crunchy pepperoni. was

During lockdown we ordered a large pizza to share and the chicken strips. Pizzas are always of a very high quality from Pizza Hut and on this occasion the pizza was no different, the chicken strips however a complete different story. I received five of what I can only describe as lukewarm nugget type things that were lukewarm and cost £5.99, absolutely ridiculous portion size for the money, I will never purchase these again. Having said that, we will order from here again as I really like the pizzas and a shout out to the staff providing us all with hot food at this time of crisis.

In the middle of corona lock down, ordered pizza for kids as a treat. It was rubbish. Very very disappointing. Waited 1hr 15 mins (was told 30 mins), pizza bearly warm when it arrived and just tasted meh. Dominoes next time.

Went in to order and was promptly told that they couldn't add chicken to a pizza, even for an extra charge. I questioned this and they then said they would do it as a one off! In a pizza place! I enquired about student discount and they told me i was getting my food cheap enough as it is. Then when I went to pay I asked to pay by contactless and was rudely told that they didn't accept contactless, despite there being signs saying you can pay this way. Their reasoning was that their had been people using other peoples cards to pay. My card was then taken off me, checked, put in the machine and rudely shoved back to me. I got my food reasonably soon afterwards, no problems with the food, just bad service.

I have been to Pizza hut delivery in Chorley. The place is very clean with lovely and friendly staff, especially Mohammed whom we found very helpful and friendly. Our order was ready on time and it tasted great. This has been an excellent experience for me and my family. Strongly recommend and I will definitely visit this place again. Well done pizza hut.

Order delivered wrong. Caught the driver before he had drove off who apologised and he rung the restaurant to let them. I over heard the boss Mohammed being very abusive to his employee and the manager hung up on him. The employee was very shaken by thus. I rung the restaurant to talk to the manager Mohammed to request a refund was told by him that if I want a refund I must write a letter to head office to request this!!! He was very rude and abusive to me. He then hung up on me! I rung there central customer service team who states he is telling lies!they apologised and refunded me. Overall a terrible experience of ordering a takeaway pizza. Ordered at 19.15 and at 21.00 still no food as driver told to take wrong pizza away! Would never order from them again due to how he treats employees and customers and blatantly tells lies!!! Be warned DO NOT TOUCH!!!

Pizza hut has also been my pizza of choice however the recent service we received has been terrible. Overcharge my debit card then got told they couldn't issue refunds as the payment had gone through. Was promised a call by the manager and still waiting for that. Have put a complaint in to Head office and again still awaiting a response. When we got home the pizza was wrong and also cold from trying to sort out the card situation. With so many places to get pizza around Chorley its a wonder this shambles in still in business.

So expensive so only went once.How can you elaborate on some where being so expensive ? Pizzas really small for the price,sloiw service although there seems to be lots of staff standing around.What more can I say ?? Except Me or my family will no be visiting again any. time soon ..........

Paid £5:99 for super supreme, £2 for potato wedges and £2:50 for the type of crust we chose, rang order through and collected on time. Clean shop, helpful staff, good value, ready on time, very tasty.

In the past we have enjoyed pizzas from Pizza Hut. The last time we ordered take out from here we found them to be quite salty and ended up throwing most of our pizzas away. We complained but got a poor (standard) response which doesn't address our concern or redress the fact that we have wasted money on pizzas which were not up to expectations. The salt levels in the pizzas from here need to be looked at carefully as I'm sure they can't be healthy. Very disappointed with the pizza's and the customer service from this place!

We ordered pizzas and they where delivered to us and we paid cash. However they came back to my house the following day and took the same amount of money off my mum saying we never paid. I spoke to the manager and he said we can't refund you the money because it's already in the till. I think this is a terrible way to deal with this situation. We still haven't received the money back and this situation is still ongoing.

Wouldn't often be bothered to write a review for a takeaway but it's rare to receive such impeccable service from a chain. Mohammed took my order over the phone and he couldn't have been more enthusiastic, helpful and friendly. He seemed to genuinely enjoy his job.

The owner and his staff go out of there way to ensure you get the perfect Pizza every time. Always cooked to perfection and hot when you eat it

Enjoyed pizza with my girlies, online ordering was easy enough using the website. My youngest did all the ordering, managed to use some of the online deals. Did not take long to be delivered hot and fresh.

Great service.Friendly staff. I was very excited when a Pizza Hut came to Chorley .I'm from America so I really missed a good pizza. I love coming in here for a taste of home.

Pizza Hut has always been my pizza provider of choice and I was really pleased when they came to Chorley.
