Ordered off chorley eats .. this is the worst food I've ever tasted !! Our bill was over £40 which most of went in the bin !! Cold soggy and no taste .. don't waste your money! Never again!!

When the tiny bag got delivered, I was shocked! Such small portions! Tasted ok but wouldn't order again. Just thought we would try somewhere different. So disappointed. Cost £30 too 🥺

Food arrived 30 minutes late and was cold , the whole order except the egg fried rice was awful, have used many Chinese takeaways in the surrounding area and never had a bad one but thought we would try somewhere new tonight , what a mistake - cold, dry, overfried food, phoned takeaway to let them know and they were not interested, asked for a part refund and they refused but offered 10% off our next order - wouldnt order again in a million years ! Dont waste your money , £38 down the drain!

Well what can I say not sure what us worse the food or the customer service found 2 public hairs in my spare ribs the chicken chow Mein was cold and the meat was definitely not chicken was ill for three days from what little small amount I was stupid enough to try avoid much better takeaways in area without the risk of food poisoning

Was passing and decided to get some chips. Got ripped off £4.60 for a small portion of dry chips and tub of gravy. The phone was ringing non stop while I was in there so maybe their chinese meals are good but I would not recommend their chips and certainly not at that price.

Got to be the worst chicken and beef satay I've ever had, taste sour absolutely disgusting had to throw it away thanks money tree I've literally wasted my money !!!

ordered my food two hours ago and still no sign of it. called them half an hour ago and they said it was on it's way. i live a fifteen minute drive MAXIMUM

This takeaway is so hit and miss. One week you can have a lovely fresh piping hot meal delivered quickly and the next wait 1hr 30mins for delivery and the food feel like it’s been sitting and prawn crackers stale.

Awful. Chicken was slimy and very strange texture. Inedible. Both mine and my husbands meals went in the bin.

The worse Chinese Takeaway i have ever experienced, special chow mein slimy meat and the meat was cover in a slimy gel, special curry was tasteless, ended up in the bin

Ordered food via Uber Eats as there was a promo going on. Keep trying different Chinese restaurants in the hope that i would find the Indo-chinese taste that we get back in India. I ordered the veg fried rice and the vegetables in schezuan sauce. Some fries as well. The portion size of the rice and the fries was huge, will last for more than one meal for 2 people. The taste was good and i would order again. Quite similar to the Indo-Chinese food.

Ordered food at 18:30 sat waiting till 20:30 after calling to see where food was and just got “mail box full” so couldn’t even get through to talk to the take away. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We have been waiting over 2 hours for our food and it’s an hour later than their latest time very disappointed Our order number was 40785 through Uber Eats - arrived 2.5hrs after the order was placed

Ordered food and paid for it online this evening. Order was accepted yet it never arrived. Tried calling as it was late. Got no answer.... Drove round to see what was happening and they were already closed. Absolutely apalling service.

As always food ready on time. Delicious large portion of tender ribs, stunning fried rice. Definitely recommend.

We visited money tree a few days ago, they special fried rice prawns made us all ill! Go at your own risk.

Ordered online, turned up to collect, they'd lost the order, so started it. An hour after first ordering get home and one of the meals was wrong! Mediocre quality food. Wont be going back!

Not great , ordered told it would be 10 minutes. Turned up and waited another 20 in shop. Food was not good either. If I was you I would give it a miss

Last minute Sunday night decision to have a chinese take away, and returned to an old favourite after a few months without visiting. The food was just great, couldn't fault it at all. Our eyes were certainly bigger than our bellies but we just fancied a few bits. Dim sum combo to start was just nice to share. For mains I had crispy chicken in kung po which was delicious. Nice and spicy just right. The mrs had chicken in pineapple sauce which was lovely too. Egg fried rice and salt and pepper chips on the side ended a belly busting meal. Lovely as always thanks very much.

Not tried this takeaway before but I was very pleased with the food it took a while to arrive but under the circumstances its understandable it was hot and very tasty the prawn crackers were very nice the best I have ever had and there was plenty of food lots of prawn toast also very nice would recommend this place, will use again

Ordered food they said be a hour it was just over food was hot and tasty they got the order mixed up with the ribs but got the ones we ordered out to us within about 15 mins would definitely go back lovely food and flavours

The best hot and sour soup I've ever tasted. The sweet & sour chicken is a must have. Always cook & serve up great testing food with value for money portion sizes.

Ordered at 5.30 for a 7 o`clock delivery. Order arrived at 7.40 . The duck was ok but the pancakes were see-through so couldn`t hold any filling. The chow mein was completely dry, the crispy noodles were i n one lump and the crispy shredded chicken simply wasn`t. The worst chinese meal ever and the paper menu went straight in the bin.

Very Poor. Food not nice at all- so much MSG i could stand a spoon up in it. BBQ ribs were tough. Mixed Veg in curry sauce was Awful. Never again. Female serving was quite rude & asked if we wanted our change!! Too bloody right i want my change-cheeky mare!!

We had a big order for our family's sunday meal ,food was great ,full of tasty ,the salt pepper bits and ribs were fantastic ,the special fried rice was very big portion,crispy chilli beef was nice and i love the sauce .we were all enjoyed it .the service was very good .staff was very lovely .we will be back soon

We have been used this Chinese takeaway since we move to here . The food is good and price is cheap. Especially the salt and pepper dishes, the counter lady is always friendly

I think this may have changed ownership since my last visit. Lady serving is borderline rude & she had a face mask on....!!! Food was poor too, char siu in satay sauce absolutely zero taste, & char siu was really poor! I was a bit concerned at the standards in the kitchen (which you can see into), I checked hygiene rating, from March this year & it’s a 1.... I’ll be going elsewhere in future, such a shame as previous visits have been good.

Think we've tried every Chinese takeaway in Chorley over the years but this one is far and away the best. Great tasting food, good portion sizes, quick service. Brill!

What a disappointment. We checked their website to review the menu but on arrival at the outlet they denied knowledge of the site, stating it must be out of date!! We should have walked away then! The service was awful, quantity was ok but we were short delivered on what we ordered. We will never return to this place!

Salt & pepper chips where cold,dry and mainly onions on them not much else. Special curry only had two prawns, meat was like leather and no mushrooms. Crispy shredded beef was terrible it taste burnt and salt & pepper chicken had an hair in it.I won’t be going to money tree again waist of £28 quid.

If you want service with a smile you're not going to find it here, foods ok though

They do Tofu as well for vegans and vegetarians.

Just been her for our tea and we’ve got home it’s honestly the worst thing I have ever eaten, the chemicals in this meal are horrendous. Would never go here

The food was excellent. The prawn crackers were so big I thought they might eat me. The service was fast and friendly.

Ordered for the first time from Money Tree and have always loved a special chowmein, so I thought that I should stick to what I know. The food arrived and I have never seen eaten such a poor quality and tasteless chowmein. The sauce was like water! The meat in it was awful as well, chewy and looked terrible (see photo attached.) I paid £6.10 for it which is a complete rip off for what I was given. It’s a shame as my boyfriend ordered crispy shredded beef in OK sauce and it was nice, so I’m unsure how they could go so wrong! Nonetheless from the quality of the meat in the chowmein I would 100% give this takeaway a miss.

Worst Chinese by far. Chips like bricks and fillet steak in cantonese sauce tasted disgusting. Couldn't eat it. What a waste of money

Good food, good taste, good price

food has gone down hill since changing hands. Phone staff aren’t the best. Rude delivery driver. Knocked the door and didn’t give me chance to get to the door and then ran back to his car when I answered. He said “ i don’t have all night to wait we’re busy”. And stood waiting for a tip after being rude.

Tastes have recently completely changed, not quite as good. Can't pay by card either which is a big drawback especially when there's lots of local Chinese using JustEat.

The best salt and pepper chips EVER. Really easy to place an order and they deliver. Always get our Chinese from Money Tree. Love it!

Ordered a chicken chow mein meal tonight, got halfway through and found hairs inside the dish, not very happy, put me off the food. Won't go back there again

order regularly from this take away without disappointment. favourites the crispy shredded chicken in Peking sauce salt and pepper prawns also very nice, all reasonably priced and consistently good quality

Used this takeaway a couple of times as most Chinese outlets in the Chorley area are not as good as the old days. Chinese food should only be cooked by someone from China!!!..... This food is 100% authentic usually great but can be a bit bland sometimes. Usually though it is really good and this time they got it right. Sweet n sour pork was fine, Rice Perfect and mix'd veg stir fry really nice. In the old days (not so long ago) people came from China and opened good quality takeaways the problem now is that second generation owners are using less and less fresh foods resulting in poor meals. This is one of the best in the area. But not the best if you can understand what i am trying to say.

Went on Friday night.I had salt n pepper ribs to start, not a massive portion but nicely cooked & tasted great. Main was char sui with pineapple, again very good.My only slight gripe is that you can see in the kitchen, bits of cardboard on the floor looked grubby / greasy. I did check hygiene rating & it’s a 4.I’ll definitely use again.

After a long wait after ordering and absolutely starving, i finally got home and the food was luke warm and found that the noodles in my meal were burnt. My meal was obviously waiting in a queue and put under the grill to keep warm. Not impressed with this place. Crap service and a very rude member of staff, this is the second time something has happened, wont be eating from here again.

So today we decided to order food for home delivery yet some horrid rude woman said we dont deliver to you area as your too far . We have ordered lots of times . But there loss take my business somewhere else . The silly woman even started to argue down the phone just awful no need for that at all . Saying we live too far away in miles she aint got a clue we only live down the road .

I have been ordering food from this takeaway after it being recommended by a friend and so want to give this review so other people can discover this oasis in Euxton, Chorley. Simply great food that only matched by great service including a very prompt delivery service. Give it a try......

Excellent food, never had a bad meal there. If you love Chinese/Cantonese cuisine then look no further. Great service and food at a pretty good price!

With only living in Euxton for the last 8mths I haven't yet tried a lot of takeaways and restaurants. Saturday night we fancied a Chinese and my local one, 2mins walk away, is Mays on Runshaw Lane. We walked round for a menu but it was closed due to holidays. We went back home and had a look online at 'JUST EAT' but it's not the same looking at a menu online. So we drove to Money Tree to collect a menu and great... they deliver too! Ordered by telephone at 6.20pm. Didn't want the meal until about 7.30pm and was advised that it may take 1hr 50mins as they were busy but that didn't bother us because we wasn't in any rush. One hour after ordering, the driver delivered. The salt and pepper chilli chicken balls as a starter were delicious. Then I had shredded chicken with kung Po sauce and the girlfriend had a chicken dish with Satay. Again both delicious. Will be definitely eating from here again. Made a good choice and very pleased with service. 5*****

Called in on Friday evening. I only ordered 2 starters, deep fried squid & salt n pepper ribs.Was told it would be 10 minutes, 30 minutes later the food finally arrived.To be honest I don't mind waiting when it's busy, but I don't like being told it will be 10 minutes when the reality is 3 times longer. Was offered prawn crackers by way of apology. Well done for that.The food was ok, squid a bit over cooked but tasty, ribs were nice but not a large portion.

Mays takeaway in the other bit of Euxton has always been my preferred Chinese. However tonight it was shut so for the first time I ended up at the Money Tree. We didn't get much but what we did have was very good. The rice and noodles were fine, my sweet and sour chicken was certainly no worse than from any other takeaway I've had and the prawn toast was actually better than May's version. I'd certainly give it another go.

have been going to the money tree regularly for past 8 or so years. Best takeaway in the area. Service a bit slow on occasions but always made up for by the quality of the food. Last two vists in last couple of weeks, food terrible ended up throwing most of it away - just wondering it if had changed hands. Both occasions bought a number of dishes - fatty, greasy and generally poor quality. Curry is disgusting. Only went the second time as previously the food had been so good thought it might have been an off night; will not return and recommend to aviod.

Hungry, tired, wanting something nice to eat. Ordered Garlic chilli chicken (Sezchuan style) - extra hot. Had a problem understanding what 'extra hot' meant (e.g. Sezchuan is normally spicy - I want it to kick me straight away)... Don't take card - cash only - which, when you are staying over because you work from home (and work kindly re-imburse evening meals) and when you ask for a VAT receipt you get a blank stare... Say no more! So, got back to my B&B, and basically was bathed in shop brought sweet chilli sauce (you could feel the sugar rush in the first 2 mouthfuls). No taste of garlic. Egg fried rice - ok - will give them that - was cooked and ok - what Chinese takeaway could mess that up?

Depends who is cooking can be garbage but can also be excellent.
