The best restaurants in Cheshire East North West

Odd place with a strange assortment of overpriced items for sale. It was a cold day when we went and there didn't seem to be any heating on - everyone kept their coats on. A long list of items were not available but the food we had was pretty good and the service was also fine. There are better options in Sandbach town centre for lunch though.

Always spot on food and good service although I’ve never eaten in ( always takeaway )

It’s quite a while since we ate at the Thai Corner as we don’t often visit Crewe. The ownership has changed since our last visit (before covid) and I must say that the current owner has established a great standard in both the food and the service. We had Tom Yum Talay and Squid for starters with a prawn curry and sizzling beef for main course. All beautifully presented. All of the staff were courteous and friendly and created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We will return a lot sooner next time.

Called in at the hawk Friday night to toast daughter getting keys to new house.Five of us adults and a tiny jack russell,asked if it was OK to bring dog in and get a rude response from a lady server 'only in that area but it's full.Then when asked if ok to have a drink and wait got told no .Well won't be coming back probably the rudest bar staff ever .

A hidden gem with a peaceful seating area in an enclosed courtyard. Friendly atmosphere. Tasty and well presented food.

Standards are dropping sadly. When we first started coming it was beautiful, the sushi was served on dry ice and a stunning board, all tiered and presentation was 10/10. Last time their sushi came with roses as decoration then last night it was just sushi on a plate, really boring. Still tasty but we used to come cos it was something special but last night it was just average sushi to be honest. I know they do weekend offers now but we never go for these so we paid full price each time we have been but it really has taken the shine off it for us sadly.

Very nice venue and good selection of cakes but the menu for savoury dishes is limited especially if you're gluten free. So I had a salad which was covered in sugar coated nuts which is not my taste but I guess would appeal to some. Unfortunately the salad had a lot of sand in it which makes me wonder if they didn't wash it.

The food is amazing,the staff and owners and the best I've ever seen,best chippy ever by far,try it yourself, you'll see exactly what I mean,best ever 💯❤️❤️❤️

We had a table upstairs ✅ Only one other family in the back room, however the waitress came in twice and did not acknowledge we were there. The other 2 table the. filled and guess what….the waitress came in and took someone else’s order. We were there for at least 15 minutes prior to the other tables being taken. Such a shames as the reviews looked good. So we moved on somewhere else and was served promptly. Go somewhere else don’t waste your time.

Have had numerous meals here over past years, and have never been disappointed.

I hadn't been to Macclesfield in a couple of years and was really hoping this place would still be open from my last visit and to my delight it was, and importantly still serving delicious food brought by super friendly staff. I had lobster balls, lamb sizzla stir-fry with egg fried rice and watlapan dessert, all of which I'd definitely order again...if there weren't so many other tempting things to try on their menu

Enjoyed the food. Service is nothing special, maybe because the waitresses are young. Paid the bill and because I was surprised by the amount, I kept the bill. Came home and realised a 12.5% ie £10.61 service charge was added. Unknowingly I also gave a £2 tip on top. Not happy, be warned of their service charge

I got a takeaway from Paprika last night and had to leave a review to say how good it was! Every element was delicious, with distinct flavours and so fresh, not at all oily and greasy like I've experienced from other takeaways. The delivery was fast and the portion sizes were great too. A special shout out to the chana dal and the keema naan which were some of the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be ordering again!!
