Spot on! Unbelievably amazing! Highly recommend the burgers they are spot on and the buns keep.all the ingredients in and not sloppy!!

after seeing such good reviews we were very excited to visit. but our table was booked for 6.30 and we only received starters at 8. there was a dark hair in my curry. was barely busy and the service was extremely disappointing. staff acting as if they have never had a job before. a waiter we had put the food on the table without asking who it was for or saying what it was. bill was incorrect adding around £20 extra to the whole family bill, the menus price is different then what they charge. will never be stepping foot in there ever again.

Lots of places can have a bad night and my experience wouldn’t put me off trying it again. The service was quick and attentive, however the staff members were quite abrupt and not overly friendly. The pie I ordered (mince beef and onion) tasted ok but it had clearly just been microwaved. The pastry was tough and chewy, when it should be short and crumbly. I would rather wait an extra 10 minutes than have my food pinged in the microwave. That being said, the flavour of the filling was ok.

I booked my daughter’s afternoon tea baby shower at Just Ice and was delighted with the food, venue and service. We had a lovely afternoon and would definitely use this cafe again for any future events. A special thank you to Jo for accommodating our booking and Emma for looking after us on the day.

Had an Afternoon tea delivered to my door. Was excellent, sandwiches, little quiches ,savoury. Cakes were a delight,macarons, scones with jam & cream just a beautiful selection. Delivery on time and service was brilliant. Thankyou for making our celebration brilliant.

We went for a meal with 2 of our friends and from the beginning the whole experience was excellent, the young lady who served us was lovely and smiley..our food was amazing, we often holiday in Italy but I can honestly say our Pizza and pasta dishes were better than we get when we’re away!!! We also thought it was great value for money. We will be back as soon as we can.

Fish and chips and a drink £6 and it was excellent.

Clearly very popular but despite being busy the staff found a table for our party of 4. Great coffee and a fabulous menu choice. The staff were very helpful, efficient and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

A busy cafe. Staff were attentive. Table couldnt be clear right away, which was not a problem for me. Later on, chef gave us a cake, gratis asan apolgy for not getting the table cleared sooner. A nice gesture.

Went to Poynton for a walk and popped into this local chippy for lunch. Ordered a small fish and chips for £5. Fish was freshly cooked and when it arrived the portion was anything but small. Fish was cooked to perfection and chips were lovely. Well worth the price which is almost impossible to find nowadays. Owner was friendly and very chatty 😁

We used to love Ciao and was hoping for an amazing Italian. Social just lacked that friendly, Italian feel. Service lacks warmth and personality. It was quiet enough to take the time to smile at least and engage with the customers. Food is nice enough but cold and not presented brilliantly. Tiramisu had hair in it and rubbish bag left in the hallway as you walked to toilets. One of my little girls banged her head and the bar staff just looked over and carried on laughing and chatting. Ciao used to make the children feel special and that’s why they wanted to eat there! Food is expensive for what it is.

Had a lovely Meze at Fire & Ice last night can definitely recommend food was delicious & lovely service too will be definitely coming back
