Amazing little cafe/bar. not as busy as it should be. They do the most AMAzing homemade hot chocolates made fresh in house with REAL chocolate. They have an incredible dessert menu featuring chocolate and everything else! The staff are so friendly and were so helpful when my husband couldn't decide which beer he wanted to drink. They have a pop up food place with them at the moment that does the most amazing burgers. had to take a star off because its extremely annoying having to pay the bar for drinks and dessert separately to the burgers. Makes everything feel unorganised. Wish they offered more desserts than Ice-cream

Told me my dog wasn’t allowed but all they had to do was give me my food that was ordered and ready. They were doing that thing where they’re slow. They caused it hahaha

Ordered food and it was delivered in 15 minutes. Brilliant

The worst branch of Costa I've ever been in..... Customers queuing to the door whilst one hapless member of staff flails around behind the counter and dirty pots pile up on the tables..... Ordered and paid for my coffee but had to just leave without it and kiss goodbye to my £3-odd after gone 15 minutes waiting as my bus was coming

8 of us played this fantastic golf course with a great clubhouse with sky sports and a games room. The breakfast was one of the best I've had. We will be back soon.

sorry but on the order the old is completely wrong because of a few reasons first it was wrong from the salad to the food being on the wrong sub because the meatball sub has everything on it where the other sub has nothing on it

Good coffee shop is a busy Tesco store.

Fantastic and trendy. They have a new menu which was epic. Also had a dj on while we were there and that mixed it up a bit, which was great. Fantastic staff and a cracking little place.

Cafe is freezing cold. Tables are filthy & the staff stand around literally watching customers trying to find a clean table. They’re even happy to stand around doing nothing watching customers cleaning tables for them and make no effort to intervene with this. I have never encountered staff in a food establishment that are as inept and lazy as the staff at the prestwich M and s cafe. They appear to have created their own work to rule culture whereby doing the absolute minimum is the norm. They don’t even check that the cutlery is clean before putting in the container for collection by the customer so had to replace two dirty knives.

I've never had an overwhelmingly positive or negative experience here from the three times I've come, but after this one night I feel inclined to write a review. I don't believe in slamming small businesses, but if a small business treats it's customers with disrespect there are repercussions and kinder businesses to support. I've seen extremely negative reviews about the treatment from staff and via people who have experienced it firsthand. The food and drinks are simply mediocre. However, this particular night the attitude of the bar people was shocking and I'm not sure why it hasn't changed or a conversation has not happened to change this as it appears to be a universal experience. After hearing similar complaints, I believe this review is necessary and justified. Recommend places like Remal and Cuckoo in Prestwich if you're looking for a bar/restraunt that appreciates their customers.

Overpriced, poor customer service, staff very rude, poor range of products and very badly managed. Also watch out for the flavours because the more adventurous they get, the worse they taste. The plain flavour is good though. The fruit toppings okay, but some times the fruit isn't fresh. Personally, between this place and the ice cream van, I would choose the ice cream van 8/10 times.

Friendly staff serving from a clean location, great service and delicious food, would really recommend the BBQ Baller and raspberry cheesecake cookie

Stung again. Got home to realise we only had part of the order. The option are you wait at the window and go through the bag to check all items, or you think how hard can it be! Clearly too difficult for KFC Staff.
