Great apart from drinks being put with food so food cold

Hardly any sauce or chicken in my salad, basically a bowl of lettuce and veg. I had to pay extra for rotisserie chicken as well and got hardly any. Not great!

Not received order I would like refund

order turned up late and my vegetarian breakfast sub was filled with bacon!

Loads of the items were missing from the meals and just eat doesn’t let me select the individual items so probably won’t receive a refund considering it’s a £50 order and over half missing.

Not happy at all, didn’t bring drink with meals I would like to have my money back or get it delivered to me, thanks

It took almost 2 hours from ordering before it was delivery. The driver was at the restaurant for 45 mins before delivery and then he went 2 miles in the wrong direction .... food was stone cold yet we live less than a mile from the restaurant... l

Not a very good subway sandwich. I think ordering on line is no good the sandwich had hardly any salad or sauce. This was not worth the money I paid. I will not be ordering subway online again 😒

They sent the wrong item they sent a tuna submelt instead of bbq chicken and bacon submelt they didn’t even message me asking if I wanted that if it was a substitute

Rubbish experience, ordered a vege sub with extra cheese and came with no cheese, wont be ordering from here again

They really are useless in this place. Order came with no drink and the sandwich wasn't toasted... Not a cell between them

The wrong items were delivered and we had missing side meals.

Ordered a 6 inch tuna sandwich and it came with no tuna.

Food was freezing by the time it eventually arrived. Terrible.

Order was much later than expected, driver just sat in his car apparently 'trying to call', although not a single missed call on my phone. Ridiculous really. Won't be ordering again

Can't tell the difference between a salad order and a sandwich order, send the wrong thing and don't answer their phone when you try to sort it out.

I think whoever made the sub used to work at McDonald's as the sub was falling apart and the sauce on the outside of the bread 🤣

First time I ordered a veggie sub, it was fantastic

This is by far far the worst lunch experience I have ever had! The sub came with no salad or cheese as requested so was just the mushed patty! It’s not rocket science! Lazy half wits!!

There was food missing off my meatless Philly. Once again ripped off by subway !!!!! Really not impressed. Want my money back this time!!!!

The driver went from 2 mins away to 18 mins away and then didn't move for 30 mins. Tried blaming the app taking him to the wrong address when he finally arrived. Food was cold when it finally got here and the driver was obviously lying so won't be using g just eat again or recommending it. Very shoddy

The food was late, cold and had the wrong items in the sandwiches.

Too much tomatoe sauce drowns the sandwich and spoilt it.

Too much tomato base. No oinion pieces alot of the food was on the outside of the bun. No napkin, cold. Meat wasn't spread, poorly put together.

Ordered a delivery, half of the order missing, called & was told if we want the rest of the order we have to go & pick it up, which defeats the object of “delivery” now have to wait 7 days for a refund of food that was never delivered.

Big Beef foot long, no any salad and veg just the beef in bun.... Turkey Breast & Ham little bit of lettuce some meat and square pace of mozzarella... How it's possible ?? Definitely no more time from This Subway....

No cheesy garlic slices arrived, and no crisps that came with the meal deal. Called subway and she said it was all packed. Don’t see how they can disappear between subway and my door. Hmm, dodgy driver?

Everything was great for me. Nice friendly staff, good sandwhiches as always, opens earlier not like others which are in the area. We've had breakfast and they had everything (some branches have excuses in the early hours), they have made it very tasty. Thank you Heres a picture as well to find it easy

As Subways go, nothing to complain about. Wasn't busy when I was there so served straight away. Had what I want. So all is good.

Whilst I have been having deliveries from them for a while, they have just recently made a sneaky update to their large meal. Most of the sandwiches on it are 6" rather than footlong, as the meal advertises. This caught me off guard when I went through ordering mostly on autopilot and ended up having a 6" sub delivered. I nearly ended up blaming the delivery service, but it turns out it's this franchise who decided to change their menu. Very disappointed with the change, without changing the price of the deal in any way. It feels incredibly deliberately deceptive.
