Crediting the staff for their hard work and being put under pressure when serving so many customers. Staff shouldn't be treated unfairly its disgusting. . I always feel uncomfortable in costa even though I like buying regular food and drink. Want to thank JASMINE JADA the guy with glasses the funny blonde woman the ones that left and the one with blonde hair there the one deserves credit management rubbish

The opening time needs improvement. 15 minutes late today

Turned up at 8.30am for a regular weekly working breakfast. There was no one behind the counter but I could hear noises from the back. I picked up my breakfast from the fridge and moved around to the payment area. Within a few minutes a queue started to form but no sign of a staff member. Then a guy comes from the back with a trolley saying the store wasn't open and that he was just there delivering products. Behind him followed a member of Costa staff who said the opening hours had changed and they weren't open til 9am explaining the delivery guy had removed the rope and not put it back behind him. Regardless of this, why on earth wasn't there a note advising customers that the opening hours had changed? Very very poor!

Bad customer service. Shop very dirty. They don’t clean the tables. Very filthy. We asked workers to clean one of the table. She started complaining. They leave the cups on table until we as customers to pick it up to sit. Slow on orders. No ice machine for over two months. Oven broken for few weeks. No hot sandwiches because of broken oven.

Not surprisingly serves latte’s… Standard Costa fare and fair :-)

Gone down hill over the last few years they have lost some brilliant staff replaced by average. For some reason they give me the exact same drink when order a capp or lattee and just ask if I want choc sprinkles on top. The old staff used to make a proper capp with reduced milk and more Thoth. The bald head guy is quite good but all the girls are struggling and seem stressed out all the time.

Came with mum, niece is and friend. My mum and friend ordered and I am sat at table. Was dirty so I had baby wipe to clean. Main gripe was coffee awful and not to usual standard. I took keep cup back and asked to pour bit out and top back up oat milk. She did just that be and never offered to replace! First Costa I've had in long time so bad!

Opening times, says open at 7 but been there for 10 / 15 mins and still not open

It was the only place open for breakfast before 08:00 on a bank holiday. Coffee was reliably good and the vegan sausage in a bun was okay with brown sauce. Lone staff member was friendly and helpful.

Staff behind the counter clearly didn't want to be there moaning loudly about the job and throwing things around as they were making coffee's. Had mine almost thrown at me in the cup after it was made.and When I went back as they had given me the wrong one was told "we can't make it again". You'll have to have what you have.

I ordered a take away this morning, when my coffee arrived it had a personal note in there saying good morning to me. it give me a reason to smile this morning. Thank you 5* service.

this place i would not really call an express as it had a surprisingly large seating area and a got choice of items we had a voucher to try frappe so both opted for the mango one which was interesting

Came here today for the first time although I've been into Tesco on numerous occasions and I have to say that I'm really disappointed with the coffee I bought. I ordered a flat white to takeaway which I was given. On my way back to the car I started to feel the heat coming through the cup causing me to change hands, after a couple of minutes I decided to take a sip but had to spit it out as it was far too hot. I had to open the lid to allow the drink to cool and when it did the coffee tasted awful as the heat had burnt the coffee. I literally wasted £2.60 which is alot concidering I threw the dam thing away.

It's a Costa so pretty standard fare. Quite busy and a good place to people watch as it is inside Tesco.

I visited this Costa Coffee today along with my severely disabled relative. The sevice we received can only be described as exemplary particularly by “Craig” who not only treated us well but welcomed and served every other customer as if they were the only one that day. I love this extra- mile ethos of service. You are a star Craig along with the rest of the team who were also hardworking and meticulous. You have no idea how you much your contribution was appreciated today. A born leader if ever I saw one. Thank you 😊 .

Overpriced, except for pot of tea but the tea was disappointing. Difficult to get around if in a wheelchair as very little space between tables. Also, not enough staff on.

Nice and clean with quick friendly service. Prices are a little high. Good parking and plenty of power points to charge phones and laptops. Much brighter and cleaner since the refit. Lovely comfy couch at the back of the seating area. Great place for people watching.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I have to leave this review based on my visit on Monday 1st April. I visited around 2:30pm with my friend for a catch up. It was starting to pick up and I could see the team that was on we’re doing they’re best to cater everyone’s needs. I am writing this review mainly about your assistant manager Craig. As an assistant manager myself for Mitchell and butlers, his performance was outstanding! He came through the que to see what people wanted to speed things up and he was so attentive to everyone’s needs including the deaf girls who were behind me in the que. This guy is a credit to your team and I can see why he’s in his job role! Thank you Craig 😊

Pleasant surroundings attached to a Tesco. Usual costa fare , coffee and cakes. Not much you could mess up despite other comments. Two staff, but is a small unit .pleasant experience

Excellent Costa with really friendly staff. In the middle of renovation so a little untidy but the team get 10 out of 10 for bringing my order and making sure the table was spotless...

Although the coffee is always the Costa standard, this branch always seems to be understaffed. Often only two staff in evidence, resulting in slow service and many times uncleared tables

Regular happy customer until today Visited Costa Coffee cafe at Tesco in Prestwich this morning Along with my order came a dirty spoon I politely requested a new spoon and was astounded a new spoon was thrown into my tray and the dirty spoon was thrown across my tray into the corner in front of me Went to enjoy a bacon butty and a coffee but was not a good experience On the way out I reported this to a member of staff and was amazed the staff who did this was the assistant manager.She clearly needs more training busy or not you cannot behave in this manner especially to and infront of customers Very disappointing

Slow service, poor cappuccino also.

Took the kids for some hot chocolate and a latte for me and the wife. Good coffee and nice friendly service, easy parking. But we only went there because we went to Timpsons to get some passport photos done, great guy working in there, great customer service.

Basic branch of Costa in the local tesco store, not much else to say. The usual menu and the usual food options. There's not much in the way of seating so can't be quite cramped.

I ordered a small skinny latte - any resemblance to coffee was purely imaginary. It did not compare with the coffee on offer at Patisserie Valerie in Bury. That was what I call coffee. I don't know what people see in Costa Coffee.
